I travelled to the bakery to buy and try the croissants which were recommended by a French Canadian who now lives in the GTA. I could hardly believe how close they taste to the ones that the specialty bakeries made in Quebec. The plain ones are the best for me. Raspberry second. Not fond of the Almond or other ones.
