“I am Korean Canadian with a pretty normal palate for food. I have become a regular here for the breads and pastry. In particular I love their personal sized pizzas and a tubular pastry that has feta and spinach Burek I think, I forget the name but absolutely the most crispy flaky and delicious breakfast I can have. Seems (pronounce Shems) is the gentlman usually behind the counter who is just the kindest man. They also have raw honey which my kids loved and I just tried the cherry drink. Good stuff especially for my gout. I am a customer for life~”

“This is my favourite pizza. The slices are traditional Roman slice, “al taglio” (by-the-cut), where slices are cut and purchased by their weight. They have rotating test recipes which are always a please, I recommend the ‘balsamico’ if they have it, and their potato with proscuitto. Does not disappoint, and is the closest thing to Italian pizza in the GTA!”

“I first tried this spot 3 years ago when they opened but was not all that impressed. Decided to give them another try today as Google reviews are super. They weren’t misleading. This place really knows how to keep it fresh and delicious. I highly recommend if you are looking for something different, fresh, lots of options including veg and good portions. I had their signature bowl and ratios for half salad and half purple rice plus toppings was on point. Go and give it a try you won’t regret 😊 spent $24 with specialty cold tea.”

“Delicious sashimi! The salmon is melt in your mouth. I loved the torched mixed fish option, tasty. The crispy chicken is superb. The chunks of chicken are large the batter is very crispy and the dipping sauce is creamy and satisfying. I will order from this place again. I didn’t remember until we were almost done eating that I wanted to take some pictures. This only usually happens when the food is so aesthetically pleasing that I forget to take my camera out and take a picture before I start gobbling it up. I can’t comment on the service or the atmosphere because I ordered the food to be delivered.”

The service was NOT bad, but I don’t remember feeling that it was particularly good. Definitely nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. Our server took our orders fairly efficiently, and the food didn’t take very to come out.

Our appetizers were extremely good, especially the gnocco frito, which had a honey glaze on them. I had the wild boar bolognese, which I think wasn’t on the menu, but was a special. I really enjoyed it, and it was a good portion size.

All in all, I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.”

The Only disappointing thing was we ordered the veal sandwich and were looking forward to trying it. The meat was not tender and very tough to eat and also they charged $2 for each topping and the sauce apparently was considered a topping and cost $2. So the sandwich ended up costing $20 by the time we added a couple toppings and sauce 😳. That seems like a lot for a veal sandwich and we never have had to pay for sauce anywhere else. It was just ok the bread had gotten a bit soggy too.”
