The staff let me know it would take about 5 minutes since it’s made fresh, which I really appreciated. Service was great, and it’s also super convenient being close to home. Definitely a solid spot for a quick and tasty meal!“

“My cousins and I came to this location at around 12:30 am the other night and received impeccable service. Our food was made pretty fast and was soooo delicious, fulfilling our burger cravings. The employee was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with our experience at this exact Hero Burger location. “Prabh was one of the best sandwich artists I’ve come across. He was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in, and his attitude made the whole experience so much better. He handled all our requests with patience and care, didn’t complain once even when we were being a bit picky and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Every other subway has artist, and they barely speak to you, however this environment was very welcoming.“

She made me feel welcomed from my entry then she took my order and allowed me to make up my mind even though I was not so decisive. She was not the one to make the food but she also took it and presented it to me but overall the way she spoke to me and dealt with me made me feel like I could never stopped coming to the store.
