“This is my favourite pizza. The slices are traditional Roman slice, “al taglio” (by-the-cut), where slices are cut and purchased by their weight. They have rotating test recipes which are always a please, I recommend the ‘balsamico’ if they have it, and their potato with proscuitto. Does not disappoint, and is the closest thing to Italian pizza in the GTA!“

“Came here for a business lunch and was surprisingly pleased with my meal.

The service was NOT bad, but I don’t remember feeling that it was particularly good. Definitely nothing to complain about, but nothing to rave about either. Our server took our orders fairly efficiently, and the food didn’t take very to come out.

Our appetizers were extremely good, especially the gnocco frito, which had a honey glaze on them. I had the wild boar bolognese, which I think wasn’t on the menu, but was a special. I really enjoyed it, and it was a good portion size.

All in all, I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.“

“Had my nephew’s engagement over the weekend and the food was exceptional! My choice was salmon with vegetables and the salmon was enjoyed by all. A very nice size cooked to perfection…a nice crispy top and ever so tender on the inside. Not dry at all! Service was wonderful as well. Definitely going back!“

“Spacious venue with a euro casual vibe. there were guests dressed up and guests dressed casually. We went for a Birthday celebration and were a group of 15. First and foremost the service was fantastic. We had Lucien as our server and he made the celebration experience memorable. He was serving quite a few tables but it felt like he was only serving ours. Hard to find servers like that these days. The great service extends to the busser team as well. We never felt wanting.

“We happen onto this place by accident. We were headed somewhere else but the other place was closed for a private party. We got to Cotto about 15 minutes before closing. They were nice enough to seat us and feed us. The food was fabulous and the service was great. We ordered the Penne alla vodka and Linguine frutti di mare. The portions were generous. The staff is nothing slight of warm and welcoming with a hint of giving you that “welcome home” feeling.

Their gluten free selection is nothing short of incredibly delicious so far… I am currently eating their spinach and ricotta ravioli, and the Margherita Arancini!!!

“Great offer for free item. Love pizza hut on Saturdays for the veggie lovers deal, sometimes they have 40 to 50 % off regular priced pizzas all the time almost which make them the standard to beat. Dominos and papa johns do not even come close so there is no such thing as pizza wars. Pizza hut is king, also my buddy said its the only pizza that doesn't give him heartburn! Today I am getting extra cheese with pepporoni and olives, going to be fire.“

“I've been a regular customer for 10+ years. The same employees since Day 1 know my whole family and friends. Affordable as always, renovations fit well, clean place, waste management is perfect, employees are wonderful and most importantly the pizza is always great. Toppings always are generous (well maybe because they know me very well) and you can ask if you want it lightly done or well done. The only thing I don't like is the fact you have to get a key to use the restroom. Try not to use the mobile app, the app is quite unusable but that's for every store in the chain. You know what? This is my favourite pizza place I've ever been to. And I will continue to go here. This place is special. The crew is special. The memories made with this Pizza Pizza are special.“

“I want to emphasize this first. When I come to pick up my online orders, the pizza is always kept hot, even when I reach home it’s still hot (temperature) and it’s nice to enjoy when it’s hot. The night staff here are friendly and accommodating. It’s really convenient that they are open late too. They have your late night cravings available even when everything else isn’t open.

I only wish that their pick up specials included a complimentary dipping sauce.

As a long standing customer with Pizza Pizza, I do remember a time when these were once free. It would be outstanding and nice to bring that vibe back.

Five stars for me would mean to bring back the free dipping sauces on the pick up special menu.“
