“Fantastic restaurant. Server was perfect, came around enough but not too much. Some of the food was great and some could have been a little more flavorful but not enough to make me not go back. My only real complaint is that they don't have enough parking but they do have complimentary parking but I'm ocd and need to park myself so I had to park next door and it was really cold. Overall great place. Do recommend.“

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times. Food is absolutely amazing and for this reason alone I will return. But as far as the owner is concerned … was very disappointed how he treated us. He basically kicked us out of our seats. The couple sitting next to us who were there already when we were seated were still there enjoying their time yet Walter asked my friend and I to leave because he had the next guests waiting. My guess is he had no problem asking us to leave because we were two females hence the reason he felt he could bully us, however, it would be a different story had he asked a couple to leave. Long story short, not impressed with Walter to say the least but food is exceptional!!“

“This isn't your typical Italian hot table kind of place. It is when you walk in but not after you taste the food. My go-to favorite by far is their pizza. In my humble opinion this is probably the best pizza in the city. They cater to the industrial neighborhood so they're closed evenings and on weekends but if you're in the area definitely drop in for a slice of pizza you won't regret it.“

For all the reviews complaining about esrly close time, obviously they're used to consuming the subpar products available from everywhere else in the city, and havent been to Berto's often enough. They sell out of stuff all the time since they keep their products fresh, Only buying their projected amount so as not to waste and have top quality for their customers. If you want to be sure that what you want is there, get there BEFORE 2PM or CALL AHEAD and place your order for pickup.
