Our second visit was a touch different from our first visit. The food continued to be spectacular with every plate carefully and exquisitely prepared and plated.

The ambience however was much different this time around. There was a very large group on the other side of the restaurant which was not very loud. However, the children of the group decided to use the restaurant as a race track and were constantly running and screaming through the area, where we were dining. It came to the point where we could not even hear ourselves speaking to each other, and the children began to, run right into our table. The wait staff and house staff did nothing to prevent this from happening.

Finally, one of the older children reported to the parents, and the children were retrieved for the time being, only to start again. This actually really impacted our enjoyment of our afternoon. The staff however, served us beautifully, and our server was incredible. I just wish that our party of 7 had a peaceful time to talk without being interrupted by screaming, running and intruding children. The noise level from the screaming and running was evident. The parents of course also play a role, but assistance from the staff to ensure a pleasant experience for all diners would have been great.

FIRST VISIT
Beautiful place in the heart of Kleinburg. The wait staff was attentive and wonderful and the menu had a wide variety of choices. The ambience in the trattoria was calm, classy and elegant. Although it was pretty full when we were dining (noon on a Saturday) the volume in the restaurant was pretty good and my group was able to chat easily without having to strain to hear. The meal was on par and we’ve already started planning our return visit meals. My favourite was the dessert with a delectable crème brûlée. Thank you Belsito for a lovely afternoon lunch!“

“I ordered a large number of pizzas for my company event. They were able make the pizzas quickly for pickup the next day. One of the guys on the phone took the time to go through each option.

At Pickup I needed my pizza cut into more slices. Two ladies: Ammod and Anmol were able to accommodate my request quickly.

“We just celebrated my 6 year olds birthday party here, (the middle package is worth it!!), and Rona was AMAZING!! From attention to detail, to making sure that my son and his friends had everything they needed, Rona always had a smile on her face, (I can't speak for the other hosts who were catering to the parties beside us). She was very interactive with the children and did such a great job keeping up with the mess the younger ones made, (sorry ?).

“I’ve been to this restaurant several times. Food is absolutely amazing and for this reason alone I will return. But as far as the owner is concerned … was very disappointed how he treated us. He basically kicked us out of our seats. The couple sitting next to us who were there already when we were seated were still there enjoying their time yet Walter asked my friend and I to leave because he had the next guests waiting. My guess is he had no problem asking us to leave because we were two females hence the reason he felt he could bully us, however, it would be a different story had he asked a couple to leave. Long story short, not impressed with Walter to say the least but food is exceptional!!“

I almost walked away from it thinking it was shutdown for maintenance until I saw the side of the machine. Also atkeast notify the client that the pizza won’t be cut. Had to eat like huge burrito“

Tge owner is very well aware that many customers ask this but he won't change his mind.
If you want bread you order foccaccia on the menu.
