Romano's Restaurant is a beautiful spot, especially for events. It has consistently been the best Italian restaurant in Woodbridge for over 30 years. The food is fantastic, amazing, and delicious. The bruschetta, Caesar salad, two different pizzas, and frito misto are all fresh and very delicious. The meat and cheese lasagna from the catering service was also a highlight. The staff is attentive, mature, and professional, always making sure guests have everything. The service is warm and inviting. The drinks are great, with a fantastic wine selection. The calamari is a favorite. While the food and service on the day are excellent, the planning for large events can be a bit disorganized. Communication regarding specific event menus and logistics may require follow-up. However, the food and the ladies working are extremely helpful. The restaurant is highly recommended for hosting lovely milestones like bridal showers, baby showers, communions, confirmations, and birthday celebrations. The efficiency of clearing and resetting tables is seamless. The team is truly great and well knowledgeable in hospitality. There is no doubt guests will be returning.
