He ensured that each guest was fed, was alive to dietary restrictions and was kind and courteous throughout. I am very picky but the food was delicious. The owner/mc dedicated time to each party and made everyone feel special. Dmitry took wonderful and thoughtful videos and pictures of us all. Everyone we've dealt with was courteous and professional. “Great new-ish place to get a healthy and quick meal. The ingredients used aren’t exactly top tier, but they do the job. If this place wanted to reach next-level, an investment in fresher lettuce, better quality chicken and overall crispier vegetables/fruits would make a world of difference. The prices also have room to increase with this investment in better quality.
Overall, good enough for the neighborhood, but when a new/better place comes around, I’ll try them out.“

“Very nice place, good food, very friendly service. I orderd the seafood platter. All tasted great except the fries. They need to cooked at better temperature. They were a bit soggy. I liked the fish (haddok) and the shrimps and scallops were very nice as well. The onion rings were very thin I couldnt taste the onion. Very nice staff, very accommodating.“

“This is my first time having seafood boil and it is the best I have ever ever had in my entire life. The food was so amazing I went back a couple more times throughout this month. This is the only place in the GTA that I have tasted such fresh lobsters. It was so amazing, and kudos to the staff. They are so friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable on the menu. “In this photo, you’ll see Linguini Mare and a cup of cappucino! Our server was Alessandro (hope I spelt his name right), an absolute gem of a human. Incredibly attentive and very very personable! Alessandro created such a wonderful experience, he made all of us feel so welcome and comfortable! We came to celebrate a birthday with the family and everyone enjoyed their meal and most of all the service. BONUS they have their own in house sauce that adds a nice kick if you’re a fan of spicy flare ?Will definitely return to try other items on their menu!“

I decided to take food to-go....ribs and wings (served with fresh corn bread, fries, coleslaw and veg sticks/dip). Holy. Wasn't expecting how good this would be. My taste buds are singing. “I've been to Yu Seafood Yorkdale several times. An upscaled restaurant near all the high-end retailers. I bought my nephew here during his business trip and everything is good, and the bill was paid without going through the details. Not until I got home and found out one of the dishes was missed out from the dinner set for six. I called the restaurant the next day and the general manager Neilson responded promptly. It could be a human error and promised to compensate on my next visit. Having said that Yu is a great place to enjoy dinner or lunch despite of the mistake they have made on my last visit.“

“I have been getting my special occasion lobsters from Avenue Seafood for years. The prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and helpful and the lobsters are always fresh and delicious. Their lobster bisque is also excellent. They also do a very good take out fish and chips. Recently my wife went to pick up a couple of orders for dinner. Alas, by the time she made it to Avenue Seafood they were about to close. However, the owner told my wife that she would stay late to make fish and chips. To me this exemplifies what I love about Avenue Seafood - a local business that offers great wares and excellent customer service.“
