“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Babushka! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how clean and beautifully designed the restaurant was. The outdoor seating area surrounded by flowers created a wonderful atmosphere. The best part was the food — every dish was presented beautifully and served individually to each guest. In today’s world, we don’t just look for quantity, but for quality, a personal touch, and excellent service, and Babushka delivered on all fronts. Our waiter, Dima, was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. The owner, Pasha, was respectful, attentive, and added a touch of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. He personally greeted everyone and made us feel special. The dancers performing on stage added so much energy and excitement to the evening. They truly elevated the atmosphere, making it feel like a real celebration. The washrooms were spotless and stocked with hand towels, which I really appreciated. The music was just right — lively but not too loud, with a great mix of different cultures and breaks so guests could talk or dance. “I got the lemon-infused sauerkraut soup. It was absolutely delicious. It's nice that they also have quite a few extra things they give you (free of charge) in your dish like vegetables, rice, and large-sized portions of meat. The variety of options they have with their fish options are amazing, some with pumpkin-flavoured items and whatnot. Would definitely recommend! Only downside might be that this place is quite popular so there can be long wait times (as seating is limited) and quite a bit of noise (at the time of writing, on most days the restaurant is filled with a lot of people who can be quite disruptive to a happy meal).“

“I saw a video in Tiktok where in they tried this fish and chips restaurant, so I gave it a try. In all honesty, it didn't disappoint me, the serving of the fish and chips are great alongside with its taste. I've tried the haddock and chips. Definitely, will come back here soon. Good for people who do meat abstinence this Lent season. 👍“

“I've been to Yu Seafood Yorkdale several times. An upscaled restaurant near all the high-end retailers. I bought my nephew here during his business trip and everything is good, and the bill was paid without going through the details. Not until I got home and found out one of the dishes was missed out from the dinner set for six. I called the restaurant the next day and the general manager Neilson responded promptly. It could be a human error and promised to compensate on my next visit. Having said that Yu is a great place to enjoy dinner or lunch despite of the mistake they have made on my last visit.“

Rude staff and an even more rude owner... don't bother complaining about anything because you're just going to get cussed at... absolutely appalling behavior... the usual crowd are loud obnoxious and seriously over their limits. I've witnessed tables and chairs falling all over the place on many occasions because people are way too intoxicated to think. The owner acts like he's untouchable and says things like " you're in a bar what do you expect " . I expect to be treated as a paying customer. Never going there again. also... one of the servers is literally always drunk out of her mind... my very first visit she was crying about her ex... and almost every time I ordered wings SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG....over and over again!! let's just say ive had many free wings and stuff from her as an apology... I gave them a chance. several actually. but after that conversation with the owner.... im done. DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!“

“Cute Korean restaurant about 3-5 min walk from Finch Subway station. Tip: exit through the passenger pickup area of Finch station if you're walking, that's the closest exit to the restaurant. I came here specifically to try their Ganjang Gejang (raw blue crab marinated in soy sauce), it seems that they might be the only restaurant that serves this dish in Toronto, that I could find and know of. There is a very slight fishy smell when I sniffed it, which is expected since it's raw crab, but when I was eating it, I didn't find it fishy at all, it was really delicious. The crab roe was soft and rich, the meat was smooth and fresh, everything went really well with the rice. I can see why this dish is called a rice thief now. I was really tempted to order another bowl of rice but on account of my diet I stopped myself. I would definitely try this dish again. I also ordered the kimchi stew and my friend got a spicy beef soup. Although it was not as outstanding as the Ganjang Gejang, Both were delicious and portions were good. The side dishes were good as well. Not sure if there's free refills or not since we didn't ask for any. The service was good, it's a smaller shop, seems like it's family owned. People were doing multi jobs so if you wanted more tea or something you have to ask them, they do really try to check up you though and would walk around once in awhile to refill your tea and see how you're doing. Overall a good dining experience, I would come back to try their raw crab. However if I was just going out for Korean food then I may not specifically go out of my way to come here since although the other dishes were good, it's not super outstanding. Aside from indoor dining they also have outdoor dining, there's a big white tent outside, they provides pretty good shelter, there's also hanging lights out there, really cute set up. We dined inside though since it was windy.“

Parking is a bit tricky. We parked at the back as some businesses were closed during the weekends so we parked there, but I would be careful during working business hours.“

One thing about this restaurant is the owner will made special dessert (black sesame soup) every Wednesday and Firday. “Wiki Hut located in the Lawrence/Allen Mall is definitely was a happen upon type of stop as some of the food stores were closed and I was hungry I really did not want to stop somewhere else. The food was good. I ordered fried rice/noodle, veggie and Honey chicken/crispy chicken. It was one meal to go. I ate in the car as I really was famish. I was not aware that it was a specialty fried rice I though it was a veggie fried rice but, not the staff fault as I really did not look at the names on the glass I just ordered. I had not ordered Honey chicken before and it was tangy taste nothing like sweet and sour as I asked for that but, not the right place, lol. The lady explained that but she gave a bit of the gravy so it was nice. The crispy chicken was as said crispy and that is good. The mild noodles was good as well. I think because I was loaded I paid about twenty three dollars as I had food, lol. I was glad to try something different. I won't say I would not go back but, for this mall it isn't a first choice but the service was nice. Nice in Toronto is appreciated as it does not happen much. In all give Wiki Hut a try. Hopefully a good try for you too“

“Always a great spot for lunch and economical. Every time I go, there is a constant stream of people that come in for both dining and takeout. It is a family runned restaurant with limited staff, so the service is quite slow when it’s busy.

The food is always hot and tasty. The lunch specials are $8.75 or $9.75 and from 11am to 5pm everyday. It’s a great value!
