“Jonny the waiter was not only attentive, but also so catering to the needs of our group. He made sure our drinks were always topped up during the live band also while caring for a full out door patio. Matty in the back who carried out my steak did an incredible job not only was it cooked to satisfactory but it was above and beyond what my expectations were I had the best experience I could have asked for and would recommend to anyone i possibly could.

“We just recently had my step father’s surprise birthday party in the upstairs hall. I initially booked with Ines who was super thorough, professional and kind. I then worked with Elisabete along the way and she was completely honest and worked with me to make sure that everything would be perfect. The servers and the bartenders were absolutely amazing. “Felt like a wonderful home made meal. Warm, hearty vegan platter which was great value! Not to mention delicious.The owner was a sweet and gentle man, felt like he was truly concerned with our well being. One note is to move away from styrofoam but otherwise just amazing! Highly recommend as this is one of the best vegan places I've been to!

“One of my family members said this is the best place for Portuguese food in Toronto. We were hungry so we thought we would give it a try. We phoned through our order and went and collected it and once it was home we tucked in. The food was EXCELLENT! There was plenty to go round and for us all. Highly Recommended!“

“I waited purposely to rate this place the day after we ordered. Had left overs and needless to say tasted even better. Ordered the pad Thai. One of the best ones I had in a while. The lemon is nice I added lime and threw more peanuts overall pretty good. Tempura shrimp, and veggies were really good. Yam,mushrooms, and broccoli. Lastly we ordered sushi. Every sushi dish was amazing and the spicy tuna melts velvety and silky in one’s mouth. Our new found favourite place will definitely order again. Thank you for a great experience.“

“Well what a great lunch we just had. A delicious dozen East coast oysters. French Kiss and Lucky Lime. plump and tasty with a smack of brine. Very nice selection of condiments. Two glasses of super tasty French Chablis followed up by Haddock tacos and the Blackened haddock burger. delicious fries to compliment the dish. The side of couscous was the perfect complement—light, fluffy, and seasoned just right. What really made the experience memorable though was the kindness of the owner, who surprised us with a complimentary serving of the potato side. “A large Club group of 40 had lunch at the Red Lobster on the Queensway! We had a separate party room for our group. The service was just great and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating. We received our meals in a timely fashion considering the size of the group. The menu is very extensive but varied which serves well to many different tastes and appetites. Everyone in the group really enjoyed their luncheon choices and most had to ask for takeaway cartons. We had couple or individual bills and they were handled efficiently by the staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon!“

I appreciate firstly and foremostly the way everything was packed so neatly, clean and tidy, edible and safely... Secondly, I was surprised to find that the portions were heavily packed and generous 😇 in the offerings 🫴... Mom and I ate half of our fish and chips each, the haddock with the fries, coleslaw and tarter sauce... I also very much appreciate the cutlery, stapled paperbag marked (8lbs) knowing 😄 👌 😉 I'm getting more than enough and for the Uber driver to handle with care due to the weight which he did... The meal was special, tasty, tantalizing our taste buds, while we watched a Michael Jackson documentary... A spectacular feast... Could serve 4 persons instead of 2 or like mom and I we will have the rest tomorrow again for dinner 🍽 😋...

“What really sets Avenue Seafood apart though is how friendly and helpful the staff are. They’re welcoming, patient, and genuinely passionate about seafood. They answered all my questions and even gave me tips on how to prepare what I bought.

I called for a reservation for my girl's birthday a week in advance and the owner remembered without me saying a word when we arrived. At the end he brought her a complimentary delicious French vanilla ice cream topped with a macaron and raspberries filled with caramel. That's world class. As for the main meal, we ordered crab cakes, scallops, and I had the ribeye and she had the striploin. It was cooked exactly the way we love it and the beef quality is absolutely fantastic. The Chilean wine we had with it was fantastic. My desert was a warm pecan pie a la mode. Just delicious. This is the kind of place you would want to be at for a special birthday. We will 100% be back. Service like this isn't common in Toronto and I think you will enjoy it as much as we did.“

We visited for a weekday dinner and ordered the “Premium Set AYCE” and enjoyed the delicious hot pot and the vibes.
