“Ordered their egusi and pounded yam on doordash, food is great in terms of taste and it was fresh. I’m giving them a 3 cos they are too pricey it’s actually ridiculous!
I also paid for extra pounded yam but didn’t get it (probably missed it though but i’m pained cos i paid for it and it’s expensive)

UPDATE- you actually pay extra if it’s pounded yam, so i didn’t pay for extra pounded yam, my bad. Now updating to a 4 since the price is the major issue.“

“Jonny the waiter was not only attentive, but also so catering to the needs of our group. He made sure our drinks were always topped up during the live band also while caring for a full out door patio. Matty in the back who carried out my steak did an incredible job not only was it cooked to satisfactory but it was above and beyond what my expectations were I had the best experience I could have asked for and would recommend to anyone i possibly could.

“Incredible Jamaican vegan cuisine. I’ve wanted to try Ital food for a while but found it hard to get to some of these places. Decided to try out the new Line 5 LRT and this spot is next to the Keelesdale Station. Mainly a takeout spot but they allowed me to eat there because it wasn’t too busy. Loved the food!!“

“One of my family members said this is the best place for Portuguese food in Toronto. We were hungry so we thought we would give it a try. We phoned through our order and went and collected it and once it was home we tucked in. The food was EXCELLENT! There was plenty to go round and for us all. Highly Recommended!“

Delivery took in total about 30-35 minutes, that’s really important for me as well as good food quality.
Food was delicious, inside the bag was also free miso soup and side salad. I noticed some extra utensils and extra napkins as well.
Good amount of wasabi and ginger.

I called for a reservation for my girl's birthday a week in advance and the owner remembered without me saying a word when we arrived. At the end he brought her a complimentary delicious French vanilla ice cream topped with a macaron and raspberries filled with caramel. That's world class. As for the main meal, we ordered crab cakes, scallops, and I had the ribeye and she had the striploin. It was cooked exactly the way we love it and the beef quality is absolutely fantastic. The Chilean wine we had with it was fantastic. My desert was a warm pecan pie a la mode. Just delicious. This is the kind of place you would want to be at for a special birthday. We will 100% be back. Service like this isn't common in Toronto and I think you will enjoy it as much as we did.“

“What a hidden gem!!!! We googled before we went and decided to order the Crab cakes, calamari, zee Cesar salad, ahi tuna and lobster roll. Food exceeded our expectations, I certainly had to resist the urge to lick the plate on the zee salad and Ahi tuna both! A delightful array of flavours that had me dancing in my seat! Our servers were beyond amazing, good service is hard to find these days but Randy and Chris had our experience feeling Michelin quality! Highly recommend!“

“Food was decent, we got the sukiyaki and beef bone broth, they were both a bit too salty for my preference and had to keep chugging water. The meat quality was good, and overall quality of the food was good. I felt that the sauce bar and utensils could have been cleaner, and dispensable chopsticks should be used. Their chopsticks had stains as it was wood and didn't feel thay sanitary.

Only 1 server was around but the restaurant was very empty on a thurs night. The ice cream at the end was good.“

“This place is your typical comfort food and the fish and veins were what I remembered as a kid. Even the decor is retro and not fancy. Very much a diner. It was nice to see that the fries I was served DIDN'T include little bits and chunks of overcooked fries. They were all well done. I ordered the halibut and it was cooked just right. Thanks.“

The side of couscous was the perfect complement—light, fluffy, and seasoned just right. I also tried the grilled fish—it was perfectly cooked, moist and flaky with just the right amount of char and seasoning that brought out the natural flavor of the fish. What really made the experience memorable though was the kindness of the owner, who surprised us with a complimentary serving of the potato side. “A large Club group of 40 had lunch at the Red Lobster on the Queensway! We had a separate party room for our group. The service was just great and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating. We received our meals in a timely fashion considering the size of the group. The menu is very extensive but varied which serves well to many different tastes and appetites. Everyone in the group really enjoyed their luncheon choices and most had to ask for takeaway cartons. We had couple or individual bills and they were handled efficiently by the staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon!“

“Oh my goodness!! If I could give more stars I would. The Haddock was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh and piping hot. The fish was cooked perfectly. The French fries were also piping hot. The gravy was good. It would have been nice to serve such delicious fish with homemade Tatar Sauce but it was not. Just packets. I think my head would have blown off had it been homemade. That’s how delicious it was. Regardless of packaged Tatar Sauce, it was still over the top- good to eat.“

“Grabbed dinner here after soccer practice on a Tuesday around six and the place was already comfortable and not packed, which made it easy with two tired kids in tow. My youngest tore through the popcorn shrimp kids meal in about five minutes flat while my older one actually finished her broccoli for once, small miracles. Our server kept the biscuits coming without us even asking and checked on the kids more than she checked on us, which I always notice and appreciate. Easy parking right out front, quick seating, and everyone left full and happy, exactly what you want on a weeknight with the kids.“
