“Ordered their egusi and pounded yam on doordash, food is great in terms of taste and it was fresh. I’m giving them a 3 cos they are too pricey it’s actually ridiculous!
I also paid for extra pounded yam but didn’t get it (probably missed it though but i’m pained cos i paid for it and it’s expensive)

UPDATE- you actually pay extra if it’s pounded yam, so i didn’t pay for extra pounded yam, my bad. Now updating to a 4 since the price is the major issue.“

“Jonny the waiter was not only attentive, but also so catering to the needs of our group. He made sure our drinks were always topped up during the live band also while caring for a full out door patio. Matty in the back who carried out my steak did an incredible job not only was it cooked to satisfactory but it was above and beyond what my expectations were I had the best experience I could have asked for and would recommend to anyone i possibly could.

Decided to try out the new Line 5 LRT and this spot is next to the Keelesdale Station. Mainly a takeout spot but they allowed me to eat there because it wasn’t too busy. Loved the food!!“

“One of my family members said this is the best place for Portuguese food in Toronto. We were hungry so we thought we would give it a try. We phoned through our order and went and collected it and once it was home we tucked in. The food was EXCELLENT! There was plenty to go round and for us all. Highly Recommended!“

“Typical traditional portuguese restaurant that's been around for decades (new ownership apparently according to their Google page).

We had a large party of about 25, but the cook wasn't consistent by serving a few guests rare steaks when asked for medium-well, and someone had a portion of their fish fillet that was raw. One steak was returned, only to get it rarer then the previous one sent back. They should invest in a better grill or cook.

Otherwise, the food tasted good but given the inconsistency, no one wanted to come back.“

“I waited purposely to rate this place the day after we ordered. Had left overs and needless to say tasted even better. Ordered the pad Thai. One of the best ones I had in a while. The lemon is nice I added lime and threw more peanuts overall pretty good. Tempura shrimp, and veggies were really good. Yam,mushrooms, and broccoli. Lastly we ordered sushi. Every sushi dish was amazing and the spicy tuna melts velvety and silky in one’s mouth. Our new found favourite place will definitely order again. Thank you for a great experience.“

“Staff was welcoming and warm. My son and I needed an after school before math class snack.

Steak was perfectly cooked and juicy. Wings hit the spot and the calamari friti hits without heavy oil.

“Well what a great lunch we just had. A delicious dozen East coast oysters. French Kiss and Lucky Lime. plump and tasty with a smack of brine. Very nice selection of condiments. “My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our mixed boil plenty for 2 , very large portions of delicious lobster, crab. Shrimp and mussels. We chose the hot level which just hit he spot not overbearing in spice. The Crab Boil was well worth our drive were coming from Orangeville but we travel for great food. The staff are all exceptionally nice and attentive making sure you have everything at arms reach like napkins and a glass of water .No wait take a seat place your order and enjoy !! Definetly plan to make this a regular spot to visit since the seafood is affordable and bountiful , we ordered takeaway and picked up thier seafood soup and wings again incredible flavor they've got their boil recipe mastered. I called for a reservation for my girl's birthday a week in advance and the owner remembered without me saying a word when we arrived. At the end he brought her a complimentary delicious French vanilla ice cream topped with a macaron and raspberries filled with caramel. That's world class. As for the main meal, we ordered crab cakes, scallops, and I had the ribeye and she had the striploin. It was cooked exactly the way we love it and the beef quality is absolutely fantastic. The Chilean wine we had with it was fantastic. My desert was a warm pecan pie a la mode. Just delicious. This is the kind of place you would want to be at for a special birthday. We will 100% be back. Service like this isn't common in Toronto and I think you will enjoy it as much as we did.“

“Food was decent, we got the sukiyaki and beef bone broth, they were both a bit too salty for my preference and had to keep chugging water. The meat quality was good, and overall quality of the food was good. I felt that the sauce bar and utensils could have been cleaner, and dispensable chopsticks should be used. Their chopsticks had stains as it was wood and didn't feel thay sanitary.

Only 1 server was around but the restaurant was very empty on a thurs night. The ice cream at the end was good.“

“This place is your typical comfort food and the fish and veins were what I remembered as a kid. Even the decor is retro and not fancy. Very much a diner. It was nice to see that the fries I was served DIDN'T include little bits and chunks of overcooked fries. They were all well done. I ordered the halibut and it was cooked just right. Thanks.“

“Captain Azza’s crab cake is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The side of couscous was the perfect complement—light, fluffy, and seasoned just right. I also tried the grilled fish—it was perfectly cooked, moist and flaky with just the right amount of char and seasoning that brought out the natural flavor of the fish. What really made the experience memorable though was the kindness of the owner, who surprised us with a complimentary serving of the potato side. Such a thoughtful gesture that shows they truly care about their customers. Amazing food, warm service— Can’t wait to come back!“

“A large Club group of 40 had lunch at the Red Lobster on the Queensway! We had a separate party room for our group. The service was just great and the servers were very pleasant and accommodating. We received our meals in a timely fashion considering the size of the group. The menu is very extensive but varied which serves well to many different tastes and appetites. Everyone in the group really enjoyed their luncheon choices and most had to ask for takeaway cartons. We had couple or individual bills and they were handled efficiently by the staff. All in all, it was a very enjoyable afternoon!“

“Oh my goodness!! If I could give more stars I would. The Haddock was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh and piping hot. The fish was cooked perfectly. The French fries were also piping hot. The gravy was good. It would have been nice to serve such delicious fish with homemade Tatar Sauce but it was not. Just packets. I think my head would have blown off had it been homemade. That’s how delicious it was. Regardless of packaged Tatar Sauce, it was still over the top- good to eat.“
