“I’ve been coming here since 2018 and this place has been amazing! The menu is quite vast and I find that the combos are the best bang for your buck! This family run and operated place has amazing service as well, with first items coming out in less than 10 minutes after ordering. I’ve been to quite a few sushi places in my time, and they hands down have the best shrimp nigiri and tuna. Highly, highly recommended. Extremely convenient to get to as well!“

“Good food at a fair price.

Been a few times now and I’m still surprised at the prices each visit.

My most recent order was the teriyaki chicken bento box which comes in at an astonishing $12.50! With other comparable spots pricing their boxes from $18-$22, the value seems ridiculous.

However, there are a few caveats to this price:

1. No rolls are included with the meal. Other restaurants typically include 4-6.
2. The tempura was lacking. Only 2 pieces and they were broccoli and mushroom. Would pay more for some shrimp or yam.

For the price it’s difficult to complain and I left feeling satisfied. If you’re craving some Japanese food at an affordable price, Sushi Zuki is the place to go.“

“I was so pleasantly surprised that there's such a wonderful Japanese restaurant not far from me.
The food is fresh, delicious, and served in a manner pleased for eyes.
The portion is great and prices are reasonable.
To be full, you need just 20-30 dollars per person.
I am not even say how friendly staff are. They are here for help, but not overwhelmed you by their presence.

“I’ve ordered two types of sushi for dinner, both were delicious.
Delivery took in total about 30-35 minutes, that’s really important for me as well as good food quality.
Food was delicious, inside the bag was also free miso soup and side salad. I noticed some extra utensils and extra napkins as well.
Good amount of wasabi and ginger.

Since I have an avocado allergy, they recommended the beef aburi instead, and it was absolutely delicious. One of my favorite spots in Liberty Village for sure :)“

“The restaurant, service and food at this restaurant was good. However the only downside is that the customers are literally asked to pay a tip. During this difficult period of the pandemic, it is hard to leave a tip. It should be optional but if you do not tip, you are sort of asked "why no tip". This becomes odd and the customer should be given the discretion to tip. This is the reason, I am giving 4 stars to this restaurant.“

“To-Ne Sushi in Toronto is genuinely amazing. This little spot completely changed how I think about sushi in the city. The fish is unreal — buttery toro that melts, sweet scallop that tastes straight from the ocean, and salmon that has zero of that “fishy” aftertaste you get at mediocre places. The rice is warm, perfectly seasoned, and packed with the kind of care you only see when a chef actually respects the craft.

Their aburi is a standout. Seared salmon belly with a light miso glaze hits that perfect mix of smoky, crispy, and rich without being heavy. “Yasu is a restaurant where you take guests that you want to impress. I went here for my birthday and it definitely blew my mind.

I love how attentive and tailored the service was. They also had wasabi root as well!

Omakase is one of my favourites as you get a bit of knowledge on what you’re consuming and where it’s sourced.

First of all, all the servers and chefs were so welcoming and fun (especially the head chef)! Every single piece was perfection. My favourite was the toro, but everything else was just as amazing and absolutely delicious.

Choosing the sashimi omakase was definitely the best decision. We paired it with Hakkaisan sake (cold one), and it went so well with the meal so well. Crisp, chill, and just a little bit of subtle sweetness.

“I’ve been to this restaurant more than 10 times and it never disappoints. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is nice and friendly in my experience! It is always a pleasure to come in for a lunch or dinner. The restaurant is fairly small, so it may be really full and busy and sometimes you may need to wait 10-15 min for a table. Just one personal remark: I really enjoyed the ambiance more in the past when they used to play traditional Japanese, Korean and other “Asian” music. The new playlist with modern songs just does not fit this otherwise wonderful place. I hope one day you can play those traditional tunes again.“

“Had Valentines dinner there last night. The first dinner package was mainly sashimi but the changed it to sushi for us at a reasonable extra cost . The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back. An extra was that the waitress who greeted us was Japanese.“

“I came here for lunch with my coworkers and we shared a tasting box plus a few rolls on the side.

I don’t eat cucumber, so I specifically asked for no cucumber in our order and was told it could be swapped with avocado, which I really appreciated.

We were also informed it would take about 20 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 40–45 minutes due to the lunchtime rush. Totally understandable though, and the manager was very apologetic and even gave us a $5 coupon for our next visit along with our box.

When the food arrived, the presentation of the tasting box was absolutely WOW.. it was so beautifully done. We were honestly just too hungry at that point to admire it for long.

Unfortunately, I noticed the first roll I picked still had cucumber in it, and when we flagged it, the staff immediately looked into it. It turned out there was a miscommunication about the substitution, and most of the rolls in the box had cucumber. The manager personally came over, apologized, explained everything, and immediately took care of it by offering to remake the box without cucumber and providing a full refund, which really went above and beyond.

Despite the hiccup, the service and care from the team really stood out. Mistakes happen, especially during busy lunch hours, but the way the team responded made a big difference. I’d definitely come back again.“
