“I have been going to Momiji for over 20 years and despite the VERY FEW negative reviews I have NEVER been disappointed - think about that! I have eaten at Momiji probably 500 times over the years! I am no ingenue having eaten in Sushi restaurants in Tokyo, Kobe, Kyoto along with the US, Vancouver, the UK, Spain, Budapest, Malta, Naples to name a few expected and unexpected locations.
As I have said the food has been CONSISTENTLY excellent. Almost always I have sushi but the tempura, udon noodles and other dishes are of high quality too.
Recently (August 2026) Momiji have introduced a Special Menu which is updated weekly. The Special Menu comprises fish flown directly from Tokyo. The puts Momiji into a totally different league to most other sushi restaurants outside downtown Toronto. True the Special Menu is priced above the regular sushi menu items but it is at a price point which is 1/2 half the price of downtown Toronto Japanese. Think of it - excellent sushi fresh from Tokyo (they'll show you the manifest of the shipment if you ask) without the hassle of driving or taking the GO downtown, NO parking and close by.
The decor leaves a little to be desired (mangaement please note). However Momiji us a GEM NOT TO BE MISSED.“

“We have been to sushi Park a few times and it’s SOOO delicious and fresh! We always get the spicy salmon and spicy dynamite rolls. We want to try others. The rice is perfectly cooked and I love how the salmon is finely chopped, so it’s nice to eat, it’s not chewy. The best sushi!“

“This is my go to spot for maki sushi spot. Love their sushi rice. Love their Maki combos. $5 and $6 Maki rolls are fantastic. I haven't personally ordered any of the other non-maki items but primarily because whenever I eat here I tend to only try their maki rolls.. Their nigiri is very good as well. It's great for takeout and dine-in. Sometimes it gets really busy and the one waitress on staff has a harder time, but that is never my concern because they are all friendly and courteous.

“This sushi is the best in the GTA and super clean place … I honestly don’t understand the reviews saying the staff are rude. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had a good experience. Everyone has off days, and expecting employees to be overly cheerful every single time isn’t realistic.
You’re there to enjoy great food, not to make friends with the staff. Get your sushi, enjoy your meal, and have a great day.
If the food and service are good, that’s what matters most. I think some of the complaints about friendliness are a bit overblown and coming from people who are fake to your face but come online to bash that’s the real disrespect.“

The interior is fresh and upscale and as an added bonus is 2 mins away from where I live (This could be dangerous 😉) Note: A drink (Tea) is not included in the price @ $4.00 which is a bit steep (Pardon the tea pun) and would have been good to know this in advance. Other then that I would highly recommend this restaurant. *Do not eat anything prior to going here as the variety is so much it would be hard to taste everything in one sitting! ❤️“

I really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere this place and reminds me of a South Korean convenience store. This place has a lot of verity from Buladk Noodles to Flavoured Milk from Binggrae.

I really love their sushi they have and enjoyed it. I got the 8 piece Crab Salad & Avocado Roll and I loved it overall, it was fresh as well.

“I’ve been here before and this experience was next level. Last time I was here I got a different chef, but this time I got Chef LJ and he was brilliant. He was handsome, funny and a good cook. We could not stop laughing and were entertained the whole time. His tricks were mesmerizing and entertaining at the same time. He even was a comedian telling multiple jokes throughout the whole experience. I got the emperor dinner and it was a lot of food. Chef LJ cooked it to perfection. Me and my friends had a great time with him and would probably request for him next time we come. The only complaint I have is there is a bit of a wait time but the wait was worth it. Overall we had a great experience with chef LJ and would highly recommend him.

I could taste every single ingredient. The freshness pops! This restaurant is is a kiosk in the Erin Mills Town Centre Food Court. The service was friendly and efficient. This Food Court is a wonderful place to linger; lots of space, major windows and, even on a gloomy day, there is plenty of bright light. Parking outside is free.
