“Ordered seafood pancake and jajangmyeon. Both were excellent. The seafood pancake really surprised me with how good it was even after a 20 min drive home. It was crunchy, yummy and loaded with seafood.Def found my fav Korean restaurant in the area.“
“Hidden gem for Korean corn dogs in the area! Great quality, very good portions of their meat and cheese. A great local spot if you’re craving corn dogs and want a good variety. This spot is located past the cash registers inside the supermarket.“
“Highly recommend this sushi spot, especially if you're a vegetarian/vegan. Have not found another place with as many options. My favourite is the spicy vegan tuna maki. Service & Atmosphere is top-notch as well.Vegetarian options: Spicy Vegan tuna roll, spicy vegan crab roll, spicy vege roll & agedash tofu are the ones I've tried and reccomend“
“This is the only reason to stop by the Newin Centre Mall as this Korean eatery serves great dishes in the food court of this somewhat sketchy mall. This is a cash only place, run by an elderly Korean couple that serves Korean classics like Soondubu, Gamjatang, and Jjajangmyun. We also had the Donkatsu and the Spicy stir fried pork. Prices are reasonable and serving sizes are adequate. Make sure once you are done to return the dishes and tray back to them.Parking is available on the street or the plaza nearby.“
“Food was amazing! Really flavourful and fresh! Service was good, but took a while to come with our meal (which is okay). Atmosphere was perfect! Lovely decorations and music! Amazing food and amazing atmosphere!Vegetarian options: They had an option for veggie dogs.“
“I got the Spicy Pelicana Signature, and the Yam fries. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Juicy and tender and probably the best chicken I’ve had so far. The yam fries were also delicious, the only complaint I have is the portion size for the fries. For 10 dollars, I expected there to be a bit more fries.Overall I really enjoyed the food here, would definitely come again for the chicken!“
“Wow. The kimchi here is spectacular- very deep flavour and complex, also very crunchy. The food we got was also well done and seasoned perfectly. A good amount of food, fast service, and the place was jam packed. Will def return if I'm in the area.“
“Mom and pop business. Highly recommend their tofu and black sesame dessert. Prices are very reasonable, I’ll be back.Vegetarian options: All their food offerings are vegetarianParking: Parking is very busy but if you want to walk, the secondary parking lot is empty. That’s the one I will use next time.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp get into the mall“
“We live at this building and always purchase items here about 2x a week. If we need any snacks or a meal (their beef stir fry is AMAZING highly recommend it!!) Or are short in ingredients they've always had it! Theyre always super friendly!“
“Their fried chicken combo is really nice. The price can be a little high, but I think it's the average among korean fried chicken these days. The chicken is crispy, the seasoning is sweet, sour and spicy. The sauce is not too overwhelming nor salty, which I like. However, they changed their spicy sauce a few months ago and I miss their old flavour.Their skewers are also really tasteful, I enjoyed all types of sauces (cheese, spicy etc). The male owner is also very kind. I sometimes had to wait extra 10-20 minutes when they had many orders rushing in, but the owner always apologized and once gave me extra pickles as well.“
“Wow Restaurant is a hidden gem of Korean cuisine in Mississauga. We indulged in the spicy stir-fried pork, pork bone stew, and tteokbokki. The service was sweet and attentive, and the food was exceptional. If you're seeking authentic Korean cuisine to enjoy with your boyfriend, girlfriend, or family, this is the place to be. Have a great time and enjoy the goodness here!“
“Came for lunch with the family. Service was great, attentive but not overbearlingly attentive. It was just right. Portions were a good size and pricing reasonable. Food was fantastic. Everyone in our party really enjoyed the meal. We live out of town but will for sure come back when we are in Mississauga again.“
“I always sorta scoffed when I saw this chain downtown Toronto, I kinda wrote it off as crummy Korean fast food and I never gave it a chance. Recently, they opened a brand new location in the Sussex centre near Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario in Mississauga near where I have my office and I had the opportunity (more like had limited options otherwise) to try them out. Wow. It's actually a legit meal. It's healthy, it's fresh, they provide MASSIVE portions and it was such a great value. You can have fresh sushi which is pre-prepared but always fresh daily, or an assortment of Korean-infused mains, Without question, the go-to option @ Bibab Express is their Bibimbap bowls (boxes). It's set up in the same style as a Subway or Chipotle where you build your meal with the ingredients you want from meat to veggies to rice (white, brown or purple) and top it with the sauces of your choice. I went with a purple rice, bulgogi beef bibimbap topped with everything including a fresh egg. It was super heavy in my hands but light on the stomach in the end (as well as the wallet - $8.50+tax). Best of all when you purchase 9 bibimbap's you get your 10th free! Really enjoyed this and it's definitely a great fresh healthy alternative to nearby food courts at SquareOne Mall. Eatcrest Out!“
“The food is good and worth the price. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 overall is because the decor is outdated and needs updating apart from that you would be happy with the service and food quality.Parking: A good amount of parking with two exits which helps the flow of cars going in and out.“
“Amazing place, where you can enjoy Korean style food.My choice was Ginseng BBQ Bulgogi (Beef) - good portion, good meat and perfect combination of flavors; and Half & Half Corn Dog (Half Mozza + Half Beef Sausage) - my favorite is with beef sausage. I love both dishes and definitely recommend them to anyone!“
“Casual friendly and fast service, the menu is on the smaller side but I was glad for that because I always have a hard time choosing, I ordered the kimchi soon tofu with hot stone rice and it was the perfect dish for a chilly day, hearty, savoury, and good level of spice. Was told the kimchi is shellfish free so I was glad for that because i love kimchi but have.a hard time ordering it because of my allergy. Will definitely be back! it's easy to miss because of all the construction but there is customer parking in the back.“
“Come here all the time with my friends and they never disappoint! Servers are so kind which is a bonus and the food is always top notch quality. We usually order hanging tender, short plate, and Kimchi fried rice. What’s so amazing is that they also do free refill on appetizers and there’s so many to choose from. Kha was super sweet and so kind and made our experience even better!! She’s the best and definitely deserves a promotion or a raise cuz she goes above and beyond!“
