“i love the triangle kimbap from here. it’s tasty, convenient, and perfect when you need a quick snack. the size is pretty average, so i wouldn’t call it filling, but it’s great if you just want something light.“

“This restaurant is a bag of mixed emotions. It looks okay on the main door, in door isn’t bad . It’s small but carries this cozy vibe. Suitable more for students, I’d say. The food looks okay too but the taste…the taste is another issue. It doesn’t match the look. It tastes like Chinese food. Let me explain…I think they don’t use the Korean ingredients to make traditional Korean dishes, but instead just use any generic soya sauce and spice to make these original dishes. Fried dumplings are kinda hard & oily. Service is okay. I’d suggest owl of minerva restaurant if you wanna try Korean dishes. Pricing is fair.

“The food was delicious and flavorful! We tried the grilled meat bibimbap, seafood noodles, and Korean pancake, and everything tasted great. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh and hot, and the service was friendly. The restaurant also had a nice and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely a great place for Korean food. “As a Korean, I was not expecting much from this Korean restaurant in Hamilton… I don’t even know if there are any Korean grocery stores for them to get the necessary ingredients.
But when the food came out it was legit. Like legit, legit!
In Toronto this restaurant would rate a 8.5, but in Hamilton, it’s a 10!!!“

“We have been coming to Joya at least once a week for the past several years. This place is outstanding in every possible way, and we are so lucky to have such great sushi locally close by.

Atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful, the service is wonderful, and the food is always consistent, clean and delicious. We love you Joya

“I’ve been to this location a dozen times since it’s been open, it’s always quick and priced super reasonable. I was a little disappointed today, the service was really slow, only 1 other person was in the store in front of me, and my order took about 35 mins to make. Was it the fact that I added Mac and bites to my order for lunch, possibly… however that’s unreasonable. The Mac and cheese bites were not that bad , but didn’t justify the price of making it a combo, $21 (including tip) the store should focus on just doing the dogs, they’re great.“
