One thing that I noticed was that he came to check on us multiple times to make sure everything was ok with our food, in which is not done at many other places. at first she politely expressed reluctance to seat us & honest concern we may experience lengthy wait time but, she so very graciously allowed us to seat ourselves on the patio where my friend & i more than happily entertained ourselves in conversation.
our experience was well worth the wait.
dinner was delicious! i had the trout & prosecco and my friend had chicken & paloma cocktail. both dishes were beautifully plated and perfect in flavour - i highly recommend the trout w capers to other future diners.
Leanne was lovely and we enjoyed chatting with her at the end of our meal.

“My friend and I drove to B-Side Social from Niagara after winning a dozen free oysters and it did not disappoint! The oysters were so good we ordered an additional dozen along with the caprese salad and it was phenomenal! All of the staff was amazing. The owner (I think) or at least the GM came and chatted with us a few times, she had great energy! Our server Autumn was super cute and did a bang up job! Will def recommend and return!”

It is all in the Hammer /Farmer’s market . Hamilton is lucky to have Indonesian cuisine , which can come to you mild or really spicy . …You just have to ask . Now if we can only ask them to get a bigger restaurant with lots of chairs and tables for a truly good and yummy dining experience !”

I also love their flatbread options, hash browns, especially the garlic and herb savory one, which is super tasty and a great quick bite.

I’m sure sometimes bad things happen but I’ve lived close to this place for 3 years and have been going here 2-3x/week and my order has always been correct, “fresh” (lol for Tims) and service has been excellent. I actually make it a point to not go to other locations anymore because I know how inconsistent Tims can be. I hope the owner continues to do whatever they’re doing and celebrate the managers who’ve made this possible. I don’t know any of the staff names and I’ve been served by many of them and they’ve all been consistently amazing.”

So with that being said, this is the third time I’ve ordered with Timmy’s and I definitely need to acknowledge this place. My husband and I order the same thing every time (we don’t really like change lol) and every single time with the two kebabs and rice it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They don’t miss. The food that comes out of their kitchen is obviously made with love and care because they never let a bad plate go out. I’m not big on rice. At all. But this rice, I can eat all day, every day. They put a type of red sauce on it and a white sauce too. But it’s not what you think. It’s not the typical shawarma red and white sauce you get when you order a wrap or a plate. It’s savoury red sauce with tomatos and a little bit of kick. The white sauce seems yogurt based and it pairs absolutely perfect with the rice. And the rice, isn’t your typical white rice. It seems marinated in a way that is exploding with flavour just on its own. And don’t even get me started on the kebabs!!!! They’re juicy and big and packed full of flavour. And they give you two massive kebabs! TWO! This meal is not only filling but absolutely delicious and I’ve been addicted to Timmy’s Tanur since the moment I tried it the first time. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, using Uber eats or door dash, this restaurant will NEVER disappoint. They even throw in a delicious pita to make sure you’re full! Absolutely wonderful! “A few weeks ago, my wife and I visited Lakshmi Chowk BBQ & Karahi House for the first time. When we arrived, I asked the staff which dish they would recommend as their signature specialty. Their confident reply was, "Everything we make is special." That gave us the confidence to order their Mix Platter. The platter included 1 beef seekh kebab, 2 chicken seekh kebabs, 3 pieces of tandoori chicken tikka, 3 pieces of Lahori chicken tikka, 3 pieces of malai tikka, along with a freshly baked tandoori naan and a variety of sauces. After finishing the meal, I can honestly say they lived up to their claim. Every item on the platter was flavorful, freshly prepared, and cooked to perfection. Each type of kebab and tikka had its own distinct taste, making the platter an excellent way to experience a variety of their grilled specialties. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. A big compliment to the entire team—keep up the excellent work! My only suggestion is to continue maintaining this high level of quality and consistency. Standardizing great taste is one of the most important ingredients for long-term success in the restaurant business. We'll definitely be back and look forward to trying more of the menu. “We expected a party of approx 20 people on Jan 24/26 but due to the weather we had 3 people that flew out early from Pearson to Logan Airport and around 4 went home immediaely after the 'due' because they were from out of town. That left 13 of us. Since we had reserved, we still had a round table for 13 in the back of the restaurant. We decided to go with a family style format and actually ordered way too much food. The portions were large and tasty, from the egg rolls + spring rolls to a variety of dishes that satisfied everyone. We were extremely well looked after despite the restaurant getting busier. We were happy to see other parties in and out as January is very slow in the restaurant business. I dealt with someone on 3 occasions before we arrived and he assured me he woud make our dinner worth while. And he did. We ended up with one extra at the table designated for a comfortable 12 and that was okay. We also had our beloved SIL in a wheelchair to boot. We thought that would not be possible when we were expecting 20. Needles to say, we were not rushed, our food was excellent, we had good conversation around a round table and to add,.....it was a great experience. If ANYTHING, the room we were in could actual benefit from adding material or whatever on the walls, ceiling in order to cut way back on the noise. The table for 12 was far better than having 13 seated in a long table but noise barriers would help 100%. “Went for dinner tonight with a good friend who had never been to Rise Above Pizza and Wings before, so we tried a little bit of everything. Sweet potato fries and the delicious sesame slaw paired with an order of wings in two flavours (maple garlic and Sriracha lime, yum!), plus the Carbonara Pizza at the recommendation of Spencer, our server. Every bite of the meal was amazing, especially the crispy texture of the wings and the creamy balance of the pizza sauce. “This review for Annalakshmi restaurant on Main West is mainly for non-Indian patrons simply because I cannot presume to know enough about Indian cuisine and completely appreciate the nuance of their cooking. However, that said, I know my own palette and I’ll say with conviction the Butter Garlic Masala Dosa I had was fantastic! The taste was wonderfully garlicky and the sauces a great compliment. The other dish I tried was an appetizer Medhu Vada Plate which consisted of four lentil “donuts” with a dipping sauce that could have easily been its own soup it was so delicious. Highly recommended, 100% vegetarian. If there were any negatives depending on your preference in Indian Food, there is a lot of deep-fried selections, lots of bread in various forms and no meat. Take your time with the menu and ask your server questions because between the above mentioned items is a lot of tasty gems!”

“I don’t ever really write reviews on restaurants unless they are consistent with their food quality and standards. So with that being said, this is the third time I’ve ordered with Timmy’s and I definitely need to acknowledge this place. My husband and I order the same thing every time (we don’t really like change lol) and every single time with the two kebabs and rice it is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They don’t miss. The food that comes out of their kitchen is obviously made with love and care because they never let a bad plate go out. I’m not big on rice. At all. But this rice, I can eat all day, every day. They put a type of red sauce on it and a white sauce too. But it’s not what you think. It’s not the typical shawarma red and white sauce you get when you order a wrap or a plate. It’s savoury red sauce with tomatos and a little bit of kick. The white sauce seems yogurt based and it pairs absolutely perfect with the rice. And the rice, isn’t your typical white rice. It seems marinated in a way that is exploding with flavour just on its own. And don’t even get me started on the kebabs!!!! They’re juicy and big and packed full of flavour. And they give you two massive kebabs! TWO! This meal is not only filling but absolutely delicious and I’ve been addicted to Timmy’s Tanur since the moment I tried it the first time. Whether you’re dining in, taking out, using Uber eats or door dash, this restaurant will NEVER disappoint. They even throw in a delicious pita to make sure you’re full! Absolutely wonderful! I recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!!”

“A few weeks ago, my wife and I visited Lakshmi Chowk BBQ & Karahi House for the first time. When we arrived, I asked the staff which dish they would recommend as their signature specialty. Their confident reply was, "Everything we make is special." That gave us the confidence to order their Mix Platter. The platter included 1 beef seekh kebab, 2 chicken seekh kebabs, 3 pieces of tandoori chicken tikka, 3 pieces of Lahori chicken tikka, 3 pieces of malai tikka, along with a freshly baked tandoori naan and a variety of sauces. After finishing the meal, I can honestly say they lived up to their claim. Every item on the platter was flavorful, freshly prepared, and cooked to perfection. Each type of kebab and tikka had its own distinct taste, making the platter an excellent way to experience a variety of their grilled specialties. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. A big compliment to the entire team—keep up the excellent work! My only suggestion is to continue maintaining this high level of quality and consistency. Standardizing great taste is one of the most important ingredients for long-term success in the restaurant business. We'll definitely be back and look forward to trying more of the menu. Highly recommended!”

“For fast food this was really good. The meals were very tasty and well priced. Their smoothie machine was down and I didn't know to ask for ice in our soda. We ended up with too many fries but I enjoyed the poutine very much. I'd do drive through or pickup, the inside is not the nicest. Staff were pleasant and helpful.”

“Cannot thank Morgan enough for making our evening even more special! Morgan was so fun and friendly and interactive. Asked right away if there was something special that brought us in- we were there celebrating my daughter’s university graduation. She made the experience just that- more than a dinner- it was an experience. We laughed and Morgan laughed right along with us! Butternut squash pasta was 10/10, chicken tacos above what was expected - the bruschetta was a perfect starter! Personally I didn’t feel the steak lived up to the hype of a Milestones steak- but was still delicious. We plan to return for more “milestones” to this Milestones location! Thanks Morgan!!!!”

“Amazing place for Indian street food in Hamilton! The pani puri counter with 8 different flavours is a unique experience, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The noodle burger, stuffed kulchas, dahi puri, and cheesy schezwan puff were all fantastic. Friendly service, great variety, and authentic flavours. The new owner Patrick was stopping at each table introducing himself and making sure everything was fine.
