The location is lovely and excellent eclectic decor. Now, THE FOOD. Holy Motherless Goats!!! The flavor profiles are unique (chocolate jalapeño butter with balsamic for the table bread = MIND BLOWN), the presentation and the quality is some of the best we’ve ever had. While waiting for our order, we were served Turkish tea which was comforting and the staff helped us bring our food to the car - such friendly people! Our food was cooked so well and there was so much flavour added to our dishes, we will definitely be visiting again and would recommend this place to anyone!! :) excited to try more dishes!”

The yoghurt base calms the heat a bit for those who can't handle spice, and it has an interesting sourness to it. I'm not a big fan of sourness, but this wasn't off-putting for me.I was craving spicy biryani when I ordered this off of Uber Eats, and I don't regret it. It was a bit pricey, but the serving was large enough for 2 meals, and it came piping hot. The only negative was that they didn't include cutlery with my order, hence the 4 stars for service.”

“They have the best wings in Hamilton. They always taste very fresh and juicy. I've had the mild, bbq, Thai sweet chili and Buffalo hot. They were great everytime. The food was affordable 60 wings for only around $50 and for the size and quality it's an absolute steal. The pizza here is also absolutely phenomenal. The crust is like no other and enjoyable. Their sauce is not too sweet or acidic but just right. They use high quality mozzarella and it shows, and are very generous with it. They also always put lots of topping. I usually get the shawarama pizza, canadianN or BBQ chicken. The Greek pizza and gyro pizza are also very unique, and I enjoyed the taste. There's so many options it truly is National and I never get board. National pizza is a Hamilton classic and a must try!”

“My family and I went to Moxies while vacationing in the area, after a long drive from Ottawa we were tired and just wanted to eat dinner. I ordered the beef tenderloin (amazing)husband had ribeye ( also amazing) staff was friendly with great customer service (multiple stops at table to see if everything was fine and if we needed anything) however I did have an issue with an item on my plate and within 10 mins of letting our server know one of the managers ( I’m sorry I forgot her name) was at our table to discuss the issue and assure she would rectify the problem, when she returned with the bill so over compensated us on our bill. Definitely recommend Moxies in Hamilton staff was friendly and quick to rectify the problem as well as multiple apologies for the issue. Sometime s**t happens but it doesn’t mean the food isn’t great. Will defiantly return when in the area”

There's a regular group of clients between 9 and 10 p.m. who are very annoyingly loud almost shouting at each other, like they own the place and don't even care about the other diners. Some playing card games. Reminds me of Sunday market in a Damascus Souk! And most of the time they occupy more than one table. I wish all of them at least ordered a piece of Timbit. And I wish too, I understand their language. I've complained to the very polite crew once, I guess they're too scared to say anything. So am I.”

“This place is great. We took our 115lb Bernedoodle there this past Sunday. There were a couple of dogs inside already who came to greet Declan. Once Declan was comfortable, we took him off leash to explore.The other pet owners paid close attention to their pets to make sure they behaved. It was a great experience for our pup.When we first got in, the owner came and greeted us and gave us the rundown of the rules. The rules are no more than common sense for responsible pet owners - clean up after your dog, here are the supplies to help you clean up after your dog, keep an eye on your dog ... the normal stuff, nothing outrageous. The staff is very friendly and welcoming!They have special events each month, we missed the Easter photos by one day, but then again Declan wouldn't have fit in any of the costumes?They have specialty items for your dog too! We got the pumpkin bagel for Declan. It comes with cheese. Make sure to tell your server if your dog has any sensitivity. Declan loved his bagel. The food is always consistent regardless of the day of the week or how busy they are. Our favourites are the pickle fries and pizza rolls, we’ve also enjoyed the Mac and Cheese Bake, Moe’s fries, Mac and Cheese burrito, Crunch wraps.. all delicious! We usually add on a dessert to our order which is almost always a punkaroo cookie! The cupcakes and cookies are always good too. “We went to Peruviano for the first time tonight and we will definitely return. Both the service and the food was fantastic! We had the beef hearts and octopus for appetizers. For mains, my husband had the Aji De Gallina and I had Sudado de Pescado. I didn’t want any rice and was given the option of asparagus instead. The fish and asparagus were both cooked to perfection. My husband loved the chicken and enjoyed the fried cassava so much he asked for an order to take home. Portion sizes are generous. Looking forward to returning!”

I called last minute for a reservation and was told they would hold a table for me as I’d be there in about 20 minutes.When my husband and I walked in we were greeted and seated and it was very welcoming. The owner is so nice and friendly and accommodating to a minor substitution on my husband’s crepe for a dietary need.These were the best crepes I’ve had outside of Paris. I’ve been to a few places in Toronto and Niagara Falls and this was the best. They were light and slightly crispy, filled with delicious ingredients (we both had the apple cheddar bacon crepe) and for me I had a perfectly poached egg on top. The grapefruit mimosas were also very good.The whole experience was fantastic and we will most definitely be back and will also be trying their sister restaurant Reunion in Morristown.Thank you for a wonderful brunch. The flavor profiles are unique (chocolate jalapeño butter with balsamic for the table bread = MIND BLOWN), the presentation and the quality is some of the best we’ve ever had. The only thing that could possibly outshine the extraordinary service is the food. Every single dish is always the best version I've ever tasted by miles. This evening I started with the Caesar salad, as I always do, and it was delicious, as it always is. Every aspect of the salad is delectable, from the obviously homemade dressing right down to how the lettuce is chopped. My 9 oz. Striploin was cooked flawlessly and was melt in your mouth tender while the flavour can only be described as perfection! I did not order dessert tonight but I do know from past visits that every dessert item is pure bliss. Cost is comparable to The Keg but the service, atmosphere, food, and overall experience surpasses The Keg a million times over. The pickles, olives, and cheese and the beginning of your meal and candy dish at the end of your meal is such a lovely bonus to dining here, but my favourite addition to the meal is the scrumptious, buttery garlic bread that keeps on coming to your table. I simply can't recommend Shakespeare's Steak and Seafood enough.”

“This is the best Thai food I’ve had besides when I was actually in Thailand. we went with a group for a birthday party a couple of weeks ago and we were all blown away by the delicious food. “Place is usually good and I recommend it! Not sure if it’s new ownership or management, but today! I dunno if I feel the same in regards to establishment. I used a coupon, and things kinda changed! Apparently with a coupon they won’t stamp your loyalty card anymore due to head office! (there’s nothing on the coupon stating otherwise) Ive never had an issue in the past with stamps and coupons lol. The bathrooms had no electricity! Big hazard… and when I was paying for my meal there was a price error! The coupon stated $17.99 and he rang me up as $23.93? I had to explain tax on $17.99 comes to $20.32 and then he understood and finally came to terms. They should definitely work on those things so for next time I can rate them a 5 Star. Keep your loyal customers happy! No unnecessary behaviour by not honouring procedures, people will keep on coming to support your business.”

The Tom Kha soup is the best I’ve had in years, and a large portion for the price. The Green curry was absolutely delicious- I also got 3 servings out of it (dinner and 2 lunches). “We unexpectedly had a night without my young child. At 39 weeks pregnant I wanted to do something I can't necessarily do for quite a while once baby is born. Therefore I was looking anywhere in the area for Sunday night comedy and we came across this little gem of a show. By little I don't mean the set list I think I saw like 12 5-minute sets. It felt just like when I used to go to weird backroom events in Toronto to see my friends only all of these comedians actually know the rigamaroll. They had quite a challenge in regards to an audience there was a group of 5 people (of which maybe only 3 were stoned), me ( the super unexpectant pregnant lady) and her husband who were determined to really enjoy themselves, and a woman who I half think was an agent and like 15 comedians. Not everything hit but everyone was a professional and experienced and that alone I highly highly appreciate. Classic bar, interesting comedians, and good laughs. Maybe their material will be based in less heavy material with an audience that is more patrons than comedians ( like on NOT a long weekend) but a great show to take me back to days when I saw comedy weekly instead of annually.”

“The restaurant is small but it has a nice atmosphere. I placed an hour, which took about an hour to cook my Chicago-style pizza, but it was very thick with the ingredients. I got a small pizza, which was enough to feed two people and have leftovers. It was well worth the money for authentic style chicago pizza. I will be returning in the future. The service was good and the staff was friendly.”

The place was empty when we walked in on a Saturday evening, We had a platter for 2 and a steak.I had asked for a medium rare and got a well done, but it was still alright. The platter with the sausages was decent, especially the cordon bleu. It was pretty good. The food is generally on the saltier than we are used to.”

But what's more important is the service. 3 girls behind the counter, working in sync like they've been doing it for decades. Kind, quick, and extremely efficient. And most importantly, the whole premises was noticeably clean. From top to bottom. Kitchen, food counter, even the floor and tables. “Was at Glendale to pick up some food with my friend Claudio today. Everything we had was so good. From the jalapenos poppers, chicken fingers and the fresh fish and chips. Social distance policies were in place. I feel bad for these places during this time of lockdown. But if you are in the area, make sure to stop by for some food. You won't be disappointed. I can't wait until for them to be open fully again so I can experience the atmosphere of this place.”

“Unable to rate the food as I haven't eaten here for years. Last time I did was liver and unions with bacon and it was excellent! My wife and I have been going the past little while for a few pints and the live music on Saturday nights which has been really entertaining and enjoyable. I love the British pub feel here, I was recently in London England and frequented quite a few and this pub is very reminiscent of that experience. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the beer is fresh. Great all round place to go!”
