“We went to Peruviano for the first time tonight and we will definitely return. Both the service and the food was fantastic! We had the beef hearts and octopus for appetizers. For mains, my husband had the Aji De Gallina and I had Sudado de Pescado. I didn’t want any rice and was given the option of asparagus instead. The fish and asparagus were both cooked to perfection. My husband loved the chicken and enjoyed the fried cassava so much he asked for an order to take home. Portion sizes are generous. Looking forward to returning!“

“We got the chicken parm sandwich, mushroom pizza, an old-fashioned drink along with a spritz, and Tiramisu.The chicken sandwich was dry and could have used a little more seasoning. The mushroom pizza was great, quite filling and flavourful.The drinks were pretty good, too, but the Tiramisu was the highlight. It was a bit sweeter than others I've had, but it's still a good shareable unless you have a sweet tooth.Parking is paid next door, you can also park on the street (paid).“

“Tonight was our second time at Barbara Cafe and our experience both times has been amazing. Great food, great service. Our only regret is that we did visit sooner! The menu as well as the nightly specials are incredible and the desserts are such a nice size that you can sample several things without feeling like you over indulged. My 90 yr old father in law felt quite at home in this space and the serving staff made him feel like a million bucks by taking the time to listen to his requests and make suggestions. The crust was probably the best part of the pizza, light, crispy and had a bit of a chew to it. The toppings and cheese were a good amount, and the bacon and pepperoni were great, however was not too fussy of the Italian sausage. The sauce was probably an area for improvement, tasted rather bland and not much of anything else. The price was reasonable, yet a bit on the higher side for a large. Overall a well made pizza, and seemed like all ingredients were fresh. Worth a taste of you are in the area.“
“I had a great experience tonight at a meet up event. My friend and I shared a large 14" pizza which has 8 slices. It was pretty tasty but a little on the toasty side. We also shared Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. I had a perfect cocktail for a reasonable price. The upstairs has arcade games. We all had a great time. Service was great. Vibes were excellent. I would consider hosting an event there as well. P.S. They have a vegan menu and a regular menu. There's something for everyone.“
“We love LaPadella. They are the friendliest people and we love sampling their dishes. Last week got the last table on a Saturday night with no res. Love the bread and olive oil mix, drinks are full pours and perfect, and the food ....meatballs, veggie flatbread, escarole soup meatball and arugula salad and the pasta and seafood were all delicious. My only disappointment was that they ran out of tiramisu.This is a large restaurant and can easily accommodate large groups. Since the space is so big it may be hard to carry on a conversation as it can be quite noisy, I'd recommend reserving a spot in the front or up top for a more intimate setting.“

“The place is super cool, and the food is spectacular. I was in the other day a little later at night and once we got service it was great. But the bartender seemed more interested in talking to their friends than actually feeling orders. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes before I was even greeted. And several times my friend asked for a refill and was not given one until much later. The bartending staff was super nice, just a little lax. But it was late on a not very busy night.“
