“The server Milan was fantastic. We were a family of 5 out for a dinner and it was first time at Scaddabush. Milan recommended some wonderful items from the menu as we were vegetations. The Pasta Appa Norma was very good! He helped us pick some mocktails which were also great. He also suggested we visit the bar where we were given some samples to try. Overall a great experience thanks to our server Milan.“

“This is my second time here after coming here years ago and we were in the area so I just decided to come on a whim. It is a super cute local spot in Port credit with adorable Italian atmosphere like you were eating at your Nonna's house, and the food is honestly very good 👍 We were a party of four with an 8-year-old and the surface was great fast at first they informed us that the table we were getting was actually a reservation for an hour later so they did warn us that we would have to eat quick but then later changed seating so that it all worked out and there was no rush. Everyone was friendly and attentive. My husband got the calamaei and vodka rigatoni I got the mushroom pasta my mom got the carbonara and our daughter got a kids pepperoni pizza. Everything was fresh, delicious and a good size portion! The only thing that kind of bothers me is that you have to add meat to your pastas not to say that all the pastas didn't come with some kind of meat but as someone who enjoys protein I definitely want in more so to add chicken was an extra $8 and I added a meatball to my husband's rigatoni which was $3. All in all the total four four people came up to about $140 which is pretty decent considering we got mainly everything except for dessert. A solid place in a beautiful spot and a definite go again 💖“

“Mario's catering menu is pretty vast and food quality is great. I have order their catering service since 2017. He has look after some of our family and friends events. Mario has accommodated menus from 10 ppl to 50 +ppl and consistency has always been there. Also, all his staff have always been friendly and respectful.“

“I payed $16 for 10 wings and only got 9… and it was already expensive… and the workers were quite rude as well. I respect them working late but they should try to be nice. I want a refund for what’s missing

“Once you’re inside, there’s inmediately a friendly atmosphere from the staff at the counter. It gets better when you’re seated at your table because the servers create an even better customer experience, making you feel at home. Aside from the great food they serve, this experience matters most for me to come back and recommend. Highly recommended!“

“Ordered pizza online and paid in advance by credit card. Tried to do another order for additional items but website would not accept any of the 5 different payment methods I tried.

I arrived at the store at the correct time, and saw my order ready to pick up. But the staff member had to take 7+ minutes to receive an order on the phone. By the time he took the phone order there were 10+ customers waiting to pick up orders. Eventually took 15+ minutes to pick up an order.
The staff member charged me the incorrect amount because part of my order was already paid online. But, with the large unruly crowd I did not want to delay further.

To make matters worse, the personal pizzas we recieved were badly irregular in shape, looking more like lopsided squares with uneven toppings and crusts.

EDIT: I have been back several times since the disastrous incident. Food quality is better and more consistent and they are more organized. Wings pretty good. Fries not good. Personal pizzas great online deal on Tuesdays“

“Oh my goodness!! I received the most AMAZING SERVICE ever from Kevin. He was attentive, very fast and constantly checking if we needed anything else. If he worked here everyday I would eat here breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have never in my entire life had such an amazing server. If all your workers were like him this location would be busy non to stop. I come a few times a month but I will be purposely be coming now on days he is here. I can't believe how amazing he was. We also had the most pleasant experience with the host named Jaz. I hope all of your workers aim to be like them.“
