“This was a birthday dinner for our granddaughter with our grandson (her cousin), Everything was exceptional with a very perky and competent server (wish I had gotten her name). Please pass on our compliments to her. We forgot about the birthday treat until we saw another table with it but it was a legitimate birthday (actual date was today). My wife and I particularly enjoyed the Sicilian menu as we toured Sicily in late May and were familiar with most of the dishes. Thankfully, a Sicilian speciality (horsemeat) was absent from the menu! We will be back after this memorable evening.“

Mario has accommodated menus from 10 ppl to 50 +ppl and consistency has always been there. Also, all his staff have always been friendly and respectful.“

The espresso was solid but the real standout was their pistachio croissant, still warm and clearly not from a frozen batch. Staff behind the counter moved fast without ever seeming rushed, even during the mid morning rush around 10am. Small patio out front too, good for people watching if the weather cooperates, and I'll definitely swing by again next time I'm passing through Mississauga.“

If he worked here everyday I would eat here breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have never in my entire life had such an amazing server. If all your workers were like him this location would be busy non to stop. I come a few times a month but I will be purposely be coming now on days he is here. I can't believe how amazing he was. She was very polite, friendly, and helpful, and she also offered us a great deal for an extra-large pizza. “Once you’re inside, there’s inmediately a friendly atmosphere from the staff at the counter. It gets better when you’re seated at your table because the servers create an even better customer experience, making you feel at home. Aside from the great food they serve, this experience matters most for me to come back and recommend. Highly recommended!“

“Ordered pizza online and paid in advance by credit card. Tried to do another order for additional items but website would not accept any of the 5 different payment methods I tried.

I arrived at the store at the correct time, and saw my order ready to pick up. But the staff member had to take 7+ minutes to receive an order on the phone. By the time he took the phone order there were 10+ customers waiting to pick up orders. Eventually took 15+ minutes to pick up an order.
The staff member charged me the incorrect amount because part of my order was already paid online. But, with the large unruly crowd I did not want to delay further.

To make matters worse, the personal pizzas we recieved were badly irregular in shape, looking more like lopsided squares with uneven toppings and crusts.

EDIT: I have been back several times since the disastrous incident. Food quality is better and more consistent and they are more organized. Wings pretty good. Fries not good. Personal pizzas great online deal on Tuesdays“

“It had been quite a while since I had been to this place. I happened to be in the area and grabbed a veal sandwich to go which I remembered being SO good.

Was very disappointed to find when I sat down to eat it that there were ZERO toppings on the sandwich. No cheese. No peppers. No mushrooms. Nothing but veal and sauce. The guy behind the counter didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything on the sandwich so I figured everything would just come standard. My mistake, obviously.

The veal was good but very disappointed in how the sandwich was put together and the lack of communication about how it was going to be dressed.

If you’re going to order one, don’t make the same mistake I did and make sure you clarify what’s going to be on it.“
