“After much anticipation I finally got a chance to try Spice Nosh, they have both indoor and outdoor seating (patio) available. Inside was smaller, so more intimate seating.

The menu consist of south asian staples with western cuisine. This is what intrigued me to come try this place.

I got the Beef Parotta Eggs Benny, this had kick to it, the beef was flavourful. I would say the potatoes were a bit dry. I enjoyed this.

Beyond Butter Chicken Burger, the chicken looked very much real, down to the texture but it is indeed vegetarian. This was tasty too.

Dirty chai was a bland of tea and coffee, it was great.

The service was quick. I definitely want to try the sweet portion of the menu next.“

“We were in on Saturday after a funeral and everything was exceptional. Our server was Farzy, we only went for her and were so happy when we saw her. We were a group of 35 and everything was seamless. She took care of us alone was so attentive, and so loving and welcoming that we forgot we had just went to a funeral. She made us laugh and not one thing went wrong. We love her and will be coming back to this location until she remains here. Hope swiss chalet never loses this super star. 🌟“

I recently hosted a birthday party there and from the moment I initially checked out the venue, the events manager, Michelle, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was very professional and made the whole planning process such a breeze. My guests and I were very happy with the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant. Not to mention that the restaurant is already so pretty, you don’t need much to decorate your event! On day of the party, the servers were very attentive and welcoming. I definitely would host another event there in the future :)“

“Hello Panagio, I'm a fan esp using Uber eats but PLEASE don't tie the bag too much because the steam from the potatoes are making the whole plastic, bread, utensils and cartons all WET and it's just makes the whole experience unpleasant. “The attention to customers experience is amazing ! Server Angeline noticed I had not eaten my full meal she immediately asked”was there a problem”? I have eaten at this restaurant many, many times with only rave reviews about food. Tonight a problem, right away the General Manager Stefan Jackson came to our table and offered compensation. I said the problem not with staff, the kitchen but the way the steak was butchered incorrectly so the cook was perfect, unfortunately the meat was the problem. Mr. Jackson was so polite, professional and obviously wanting to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Service like this is outstanding and as I have been a regular customer at Taps, I will continue to be. Thank you Angelina and Mr. Jackson for your thoughtfulness and handling of this. “I've been going to Wally's at Hurontario & Central Pkwy since 1985. In fact in 1987 on a very late Saturday night actually Sunday morning I met my 1st girlfriend who was a stripper. This location was very popular in those days for strippers, Patched motorcycle gang members, bartenders, clubbers, and anyone that wanted chow really late.
It may look a bit tired inside these days but the chow remains as decent as it was in 1987.
Recently I've been coming here because I'm in the area. The chicken souvlaki dinner is fit for a champ. Doesn't matter what you do for a living or who you are, if you wanna eat like a champ you'll order the chicken souvlaki dinner. And if you came decades in the past like myself, the memories will accompany your chow !
Every bite I take reminds me of Crystal with her natural double D's (1987) !

We don’t visit Harvey’s often, so we weren’t very familiar with the menu. The order agent (name on the receipt shows Husan, not 100% sure) was extremely welcoming, patient, and helpful. She guided us through the options and made the whole ordering process very easy and comfortable.

Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service really made our visit enjoyable. Because of her, what was just a casual stop turned into a great experience.“

“So I went to this restaurant on August 8th this week for a social event, and the onion rings and chicken fingers were good and the service was good. However, if you require news captioning, there is something wrong with the TVs or with the service that the restaurant uses which prevents them from being able to turn on closed captioning for the CP24 news channel. I was very confused as to why the staff I asked said no to me - I genuinely believed discrimination at first. However, someone from the social attempted to navigate the menus and the option for closed captioning was grayed out and not selectable. I hope that issue can be corrected in due time around the TV and/or the service as captioning has many beneficiaries and I would hate for the restaurant to miss out on repeat business because of that. My recommendation is thus based on the service around food. Numerically, everything overall is a 4 out of 5.“
