“Turtle Jacks is our local go to. I've always enjoyed the food there with year's of never an issue. However, last night was our first experience that will definitely play a roll on determining if we’ll go again. New waitress to the facility (little to no personality) messed orders and side shrimp (no scallops). Should have had sundried tomato and cream sauce which was forgotten. I can wait on my order to get corrected....things happen. It was the personality or lack there of that did it for me.“

“food is too good i ordered veggie burger and its very fresh and the services are too good by the team members especially sameen she gives best suggestion to me for the veggie burger and crisper fries i recommend this place .

“Harvey’s food is consistently tasty, and when I’m indulging in fast food, it’s definitely one of my top choices. The flavor and quality of the food stand out. However, the atmosphere at this specific location could use improvement. The ambiance is quite dull with low lighting, and the cleanliness doesn’t meet the highest standards. While I’m there primarily for the food, a better atmosphere would enhance the overall experience. I hope they address these aspects to match the quality of their menu.“

“My partner and I had a nice gentleman named Chris. He had the most PERFECT EYEBROWS (i know thats a weird compliment but whatever he was cool)
He was so sweet and treated my partner and I like long time friends, i could tell he wasnt afraid to be himself around us and it was so nice to see!
Side note to any potential future customers of Chris: BE NICE TO HIM! HE'S A NICE PERSON AND DESERVES THE SAME RESPECT BACK THAT HE SHOWS YOU! thank you. (And that goes for everyone in the retail or food industry)
Dont be a dick to your waiters and maybe you'll have a lovely experience like I did. :D“

“I had the best experience here when I stopped by for a quick bite to eat. In particular there was an employee, I believe her name was Atefa. She was so positive and welcoming, it made me feel like we were family. Having that type of service made the food taste that much better. I would also like to add it was super clean!! I will definitely be returning, thank you for such great, fast, service on top of the fresh food!!!“
