We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Julie at Swiss Chalet, and she was truly exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she was funny, jovial, sweet, and incredibly kind. Her energy made the whole meal feel warm and welcoming.

She was also impressively fast and thoughtful with our orders — everything came out exactly right and right on time. What really made the experience special was how she went out of her way to get everyone to come over and sing Happy Birthday to me. It felt sincere, joyful, and so well organized — not awkward or rushed at all, just genuinely lovely.

Julie is one of those rare people who turns a regular meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. Swiss Chalet is lucky to have her, and we were lucky to be served by her. Thank you, Julie, for making our celebration so special!“

“Service is just great: very friendly and welcoming. Waitress is lovely. Good is delicious: good quality, big portions and tasty. Parmesan chicken was wonderful and the chicken soup very comforting. Cheesecake is rich. Extra service is the finger bowl with lemon to clean fingers.“

Harveys was great but we watched the server at the Swiss Chalet side of the premise putting his hand inside a glass to clean the side of it before filling it with water and prior to that he was scratch his head...
At same time he also had the order with him which he used the dirty hands to reassemble the plate by pushing the fries towards the inside of the plate without gloves on.“

“Amazing place to dine , Bianca is excellent! I dont mind to come everyday highly recommended from main dish to desert all you need to have for a perfect meal. How i wish they will have more options for beef in their menu. It will be perfect.“

“Turtle Jacks is our local go to. I've always enjoyed the food there with year's of never an issue. However, last night was our first experience that will definitely play a roll on determining if we’ll go again. New waitress to the facility (little to no personality) messed orders and side shrimp (no scallops). Should have had sundried tomato and cream sauce which was forgotten. I can wait on my order to get corrected....things happen. It was the personality or lack there of that did it for me.“

“only a few tables when we entered , we sat for over 15 minutes before anyone graced us with their presence. After we were given menus, we waited again forever . we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. was given bread and salad after a while......still no drinks .Our main courses sporadically arrived, no quality check(chicken was cold) . we actually thought our server left , as she was no where in sight. the table next to us was also getting irritated as they needed to leave . we stood up after we were done to try and find our server , but ended up going to the kitchen and asking for boxes for our food. went back up to ask for our bill, someone else came over . I told her it was an awful experience, and there was no apology or question asked to why, I guess they know 🤷‍♀️. I have avoided this chain as the service was always terrible , and we thought after 4 years we would give it another go. We'll, NEVER AGAIN“
