“Visited IHOP Brampton for the first time this weekend. It was a busy Sunday, but the staff could not have been more diligent in trying to make sure everything was right. Kudos to our server Deandra. The food? A big thumbs-up from everyone in our party!“

“In early February I had an issue at this location with my order. Called it in to guest services / customer service and been going on a month before I called the store myself. Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. Very disappointed with the guest services the luck customer communication and customer service.Roop thank you and I Will come back to your location.“

“Food is hot and freshly made, very tasty. I ordered a couple burgers and onion rings, only took 5 minutes.

The service was very good, fast and kind. Sam is the best!

The atmosphere was nice, they have televisions, music, plenty of seating and the tables were very clean.

Overall, I have no complaints. I come here every time I usually want Harvey's, give it a shot and see how you like it.“

“10/10 customer service. Alissa was sweet handling my order, I had ordered Angus burger for myself and veg burger for my mom who is purely vegetarian, Alissa asked and made sure to switch her gloves when making the veg order which was so thoughtful and the right way handling customer service!“

“Please bring back the Seafood Linguine. It has been awhile I haven't gone to East side Mario. I don't understand why they would decide to remove the best pasta choice off the menu. Also please wash your wine glasses properly or have a better option to serve wine. I had to ask for another glass once the one served was visibly dirty. The server was pleasant and food still tasty although I noticed we had to ask for more sauce for our pasta as it came short off any sauce.“
