“I had an amazing day today after waiting in the lineup at service Ontario for over an hour and a half back hurting just to renew my drivers on my birthday. I decided to come and have a quick meal at Swiss chalet and Tony was amazing. I mentioned it was my birthday and she made a 20 minute meal feel amazing. She made me feel special and I just wanna give her a special thanks and shout out thank you to everyone actually that was working here. “There was an amazing server i did not get his name unfortunately I remember he was a bald male. he was one of the best servers I have ever had he was very friendly and kind to me and my grandma allways making sure are food was good and that we had everything we needed he even gave us more sauce without being asked to.if you ever go to this location I would highly recommend him as a sever“

“Went for dinner last night with a friend and we ordered the Roast Beef dinner..it was good noticed our beef were not 3 slices as advertised and was shredded like the beef on a bun..not happy with that .as we were leaving talked to hostess and said we purchased showing her the picture and told her..She did not say anything except OH REALLY.. i said u may get someone who may be disappointed and that should not be the answer
Gave 4 stars because our waitress was fantastic and yes we ate it ..but you may want to look into why and at least get the order right..first picture is what we ordered . Second picture the way the meat came..
