“We love coming to Swiss Chalet, especially on Wednesdays..The Wednesday special is perfect for families with kids who want to save a few dollars while still enjoying a nice meal together. With four kids, finding a place that’s affordable and family friendly is a huge plus.

The food is simple and comforting. It’s not fancy, but it’s exactly what you’d expect for the price.

What really keeps us coming back is the amazing staff. They are always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Olivia, who looked after our family so well. She accommodated our four kids with a smile, was incredibly patient, and never made us feel rushed. Honestly, she has the patience of a saint! She made sure everyone had what they needed and made our dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.

Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. “A friend and I went to the restaurant for lunch yesterday. All of our food was excellent and the service was the best I've ever experienced at a restaurant. Our waitress was kind, attentive and had great menu suggestions. When we stayed for coffee she even put on a fresh pot.“

I chose a dish that she approved and my wife chose a more traditional Swiss Chalet menu choice (The 1/4 chicken). My choice was a new dish (Chicken Teriyaki) that is being tried out in several different Swiss Chalet stores and was really excellent. I would suggest that possibly there was too much food which is all delicious. I normally attend the Swiss Chalet on Yonge just north of St. Clair and I will ask for that option there.“

“Navi was the best waitress to serve us. We were a group of 9, with 5 kids, 2 bills, and she was calm and there when we needed it. I strongly recommand this place. The food was tasty, perfectly cooked and not expensive at all! We were really happy when we left.“

“as a pakistani i never tried somali food but i have to tell you this place has some of the best goat i have ever tried, you dont need any sauce anything for their meat, its flavourful salty and just really good in general. its super soft aswell, its like a better tastier fattier version of brisket. the goat is the best option. for food like that in toronto it would be like 50$ a plate, yet there its like 20-24$ max. atmosphere is decent depends on what day you go/times ive went twice the one at night. The night is more packed and nice, but its a calm collected atmosphere. Service was alright the workers are nice and professional.“

I ordered the Grand slam.my mom went the following weekend with my nephew and her food was cold, they ordered and the food came out less then 5 min later. It should be cooked after ordering, not made in huge batches.“
