“Came here by myself, I got seated on the bar side. My server, i did not get her name, but if I had to guess she looked of an Asian decent, long dark hair, a lil shorty. She was extremely polite and bubbly I love her. I got the Kim Crawford wine 6 oz with the coconut shrimp, as an appetiser. It was delicious 😋. For my main dish, I ordered the butternut squash ravioli, it is a vegan dish, and It was heavenly, i still think about it. I would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. “We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet during our recent visit with friends. Our server, Raneem, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always available when needed without hovering over the table. Her service really helped make our evening enjoyable.
The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. Everything arrived promptly and tasted great.
We had actually stopped coming to this location for a while because the food quality had become inconsistent. However, this visit was a pleasant surprise. There has been a noticeable improvement, and it seems that under the leadership of the new manager, Jasmeet, things are moving in a very positive direction. The restaurant feels well-managed, and the future of this location looks bright.

Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location. “Tatiana, our waitress, was excellent. She's helpful with menu suggestions, listens carefully, and is prompt in delivering drinks and food with a smile. I chose a dish that she approved and my wife chose a more traditional Swiss Chalet menu choice (The 1/4 chicken). My choice was a new dish (Chicken Teriyaki) that is being tried out in several different Swiss Chalet stores and was really excellent. I would suggest that possibly there was too much food which is all delicious. I normally attend the Swiss Chalet on Yonge just north of St. Clair and I will ask for that option there.“

From the moment we sat down, he brought such a warm and welcoming energy that immediately made the whole experience better. Grant set an incredibly high standard and left a genuinely lasting impression. “Stopped at Kelsey's Original Roadhouse on Trip to Ireland from Buffalo and was amazed at how outstanding the food and service was. We were greeted with warm smiles and great service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. I ordered the smokehouse BBQ bacon burger and wife ordered the Thai lettuce wraps with shrimp. Both meals were fantastic. Came out hot fresh with outstanding fries. Whenever we come back to Toronto we will definitely stop here again. Made the beginning of our vacation a wonderful experience!“

I believe she mentioned she was new to the restaurant but if she hadn't have mentioned that, we never would have known. Patricia was great. Knowledgeable with the menu , timing was perfect and just a joy to have serve us! I am also a server and I know a good server when I see one. My children rarely finish what they order when we're out but today they both cleaned their plates AND finished mine :) delicious food, great service. “Loved their tomato/red pepper soup. I was heavily sick and all it took was their soup to get better. I'm vegetarian and it's hard to find vegetarian soup anywhere, but their soup was so well made. I took a look at their menu and they have other vegetarian options too. I would definitely recommend not just for the soup but also their other food options.“
