“Ive been here so many times. Its 2 minutes from my condo. Always come here monday and tuesday nights. I come alone after work spend $140 invluding $30 tip by myself. I came here tonight thursday night first time. I saw the usual uropean older waiteess i deal with. She saw me told me said hope you have a great night so nice to see you. Thank u for coming. This idian girl came to serve me. She was so nice at first. Then when im eaiting and drinking facetimeing with my family i hear her talking about something bad that happen with a customer or employee. I think nothing of it because its late thats life. We own restraumts and know that life. I proceeded to order more wine and i hear her talking to this one girl saying omg i cant beleieve hes ordering another drink and so many other things. can tell she had a problem with me after spending so.muh money at swiss chalet on my own . She said so much negative things about me.to.the dark.skin lady. I heard everything. She was shocked when i connfronted her
I even appologized for even brnging it up. But ive never experienced so much disrespect from a waitresss in my life. I.didnt even tip first time in my life. The food is so good here. But i had to share this. Those sre employees using slow time for their advantage and not caring about your customers . Owner should know his employees dont care about the customers and do what they want“

“My family went to this Swiss chalet first time and I must say the staff was amazing had a lovely young lady believe she said her name was Michelle she was the manager she had a very bubble personality. The food was great we had the ribs chicken and fries. Will be back to this location just for the staff. The interior can use an upgrade but overall great experience.“

“I am Armenian born in Canada and living in Brampton. It's very hard to find good tasting food with quality. We have tried Afghani, Iranian and other cuisines. Armenian Bistro was by far the yummiest. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic food made in a Tonir.“

“Great food and service! Myself and a friend went for their happy hour menu. I got the 1989 burger with sweet potato fries, which I’ll give a 10/10 while my friend got the blackened chicken Alfredo, which she also rates 10/10. We shared the cookie and ice cream for dessert, which will rate a 7/10. The service was amazing both the waitresses we had were very attentive and kind. Will definitely be back!“

“In early February I had an issue at this location with my order. Called it in to guest services / customer service and been going on a month before I called the store myself. Today I spoke to Roop she had this issue resolved in 10 minutes she is the manager at this location I recommend her restaurant due to the level of customer service she provide I was satisfied with her decision and would recommend this location.
