“Great location and the food was made and cooked perfectly. As always got the four cheese spinach dip and hubby and me decided on burgers. Both were cooked and plated to perfection. Fries are a nice thick cut fry and cooked decently, but I would ask for well done next time as I prefer my fries a bit more crispy. Our server could of replenished our drinks before we finished eating, but it wasnt the end of the world. Just decided to not buy an additional round of drinks as we were pretty much done eating. As a customer thats okay, as a business owner they missed out on the upsale of a second round.“

Quality of the food was nice and tasty but portion of the dish (salmon with veggies and rice) was 30-40% smaller than it was served at different location at Hyw 7 and 404, in Markham at our gathering of eight friends a week ago.“

“My family and I visited Swiss Chalet today about 5pm, and we had an amazing dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent hospitality.

The food was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy The fries were hot, crispy, and fresh, and everything was served quickly and at the perfectly. You can really tell the team takes pride in the quality of their food.

The service was exceptional. Our server was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The entire staff worked together to create a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel valued as customers.

Thank you to everyone working this evening for providing such a wonderful experience. Great food, outstanding service, and a clean, comfortable restaurant made this one of our best visits. “Was hesitant to try @ first but finally I made a decision to go ahead to order. I was very glad that their congee is very smooth + good. I stay quite far from Jalan Besar but the delivery was super fast + the food still very hot when I received 👍👏😃“
