“Stopped in for dinner while visiting the city for a girls hockey Tournament. Our group sporadically showed up throughout the course of an hour. Our waitress was more than happy to accommodate moving children and parents at one table and kids at another. Julia was fun and kind which led to a relaxing environment and not having to worry about loud girls and silliness.
Orders, drinks and meals all came fast and served with smiles.
We were also treated with an A cappella choir which was a wonderful treat!
We would revisit!

I don’t review chain restaurants often, but this establishment is worth the visit. Comparable, if not more enjoyable than some of the most fine dining we have here in Durham region.

“The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

All staff around us went beyond reasonable expectations, demonstrating so much patience and making efforts to accommodate some irregular requests. The staff was so considerate and helpful, I can begin to explain how helpful it was in a stressful situation. “We had a fantastic experience at Kelsey's. We brought our family which was a party of 9 and included 5 small children. The staff were all accommodating and perceptive to our needs including ordering the kids meals first so that they did not have to wait very long to start eating. The food quality was excellent. “Went into Swiss Chalet for a two dine chicken dinner. The food was fantastic. The chicken was moist and we had the most pleasant server by the name Maria. We didn’t have to ask for extra napkins, a refill. She was most attentive to her guest.“

“We went to Symposium for our anniversary and what an amazing night! Our server Jaime was beyond amazing. Extremely welcoming and fantastic customer service. I recently came home from a trip in Bermuda and asked the bartender to make me a 'Bermudian Rum Swizzle' and Sawan did not disappoint! He nailed it right on the pin! The food was delicious and compliments to the chef! We also indulged in their tiramisu cake as our dessert and my goodness, the flavor! So fresh! All in all, an extremely wonderful night thanks to Jaime and Sawan!“

“I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time and a delicious meal. We will return next year.“
