“Have come here a few times and the food is always good. Today we went out together as a family and one of the meals was not cooked the way we liked. We told our server, Clara who was very helpful and she offered to remake it or get us something else.

We finished the dish except for the part we didn’t like but when the bill came Clara had removed it. Which we didn’t even ask for. It was a very nice gesture to keep customers happy.

The food overall was enjoyable especially the chicken tenders. We will go back.

“We went to Symposium for our anniversary and what an amazing night! Our server Jaime was beyond amazing. Extremely welcoming and fantastic customer service. I recently came home from a trip in Bermuda and asked the bartender to make me a 'Bermudian Rum Swizzle' and Sawan did not disappoint! He nailed it right on the pin! The food was delicious and compliments to the chef! We also indulged in their tiramisu cake as our dessert and my goodness, the flavor! So fresh! All in all, an extremely wonderful night thanks to Jaime and Sawan!“

“Mary provided excellent customer services before even arriving to the restaurant to accommodate our large party. Tim was fabulous at serving. He was very attentive and keep the children entertained. “The absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Inadequately trained servers, the "manager" definitely could use some serious customer service training AND training with the payment system as he struggled with processing our bill. The food was served cold. We order a Chicken BLT wrap just before our meal ended To-Go and after waiting over 50 minutes for our takeout, we were told the takeout was busy with takeout orders for customers?? excuse me?? what are we?? We had just ordered 2 bar drinks, an appetizer and 2 main entres, so I guess we are not a customer. Unbelievable!! And then the manager proceeded to be combative with us when we began to rightfully complain. No apologies, no discount, nada! No surprise this place has a low rating...THEY'VE EARNED IT! 👎“

“Cam and Jason were both outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They kept drinks full, checked in regularly without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Their teamwork was excellent, and they handled everything professionally while still being personable and engaging. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, and their positive attitudes did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend both of them and would be happy to be served by them again.“

“Megan was great, she was very quick, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The tables were a little sticky and very humid in the restaurant- with many water marks on the ceiling. Just a reflection on the owner, not Megan or the chefs - food was very hot and accurate representation of the menu!“
