“I had such a fantastic time here recently. The vibe is exactly what you want for a relaxing night out, and the selection of craft beers in the refrigerators is honestly impressive.

I really enjoyed the creative touches they put into their drinks. One of my cocktails even came garnished with a little paper airplane on a skewer, which was such a fun detail. I will definitely be coming back again soon.“

“This is a great little gem in Toronto's Junction neighborhood. The brunch was delicious. We had the specials. Their home fries are the most unique and delicious fries I have ever eaten. They also have a cool waitlist option that they use to seat their guests. The servers are very polite and friendly.“

“Overall, this place is great. The food has been really good except our one feedback is the peach cobbler. Isn’t that good and needs to be redone especially for how much it cost but we really really love the croissant Benny. The hashbrowns were good.

We like the patio, overall we’ll come back but also you can’t charge one dollar for syrup. There has to be at least some syrup included when you buy pancake pancakes.“

“Food is not $5 anymore but as expected with everything going up here 🤦‍♂. However the whole menu is still well priced esp compared to other places and still good quality. Always a reliable spot to grab drinks with a group, the loud music and videos on the tvs is a great vibe. Been coming here and other locations for close to 10 years now and to this day is still a considered option“

I love how Catherine was able to suggest some items off the menu, when it came to payment, she had asked if had scene points to collect. Second time (22/12/2019): I saw one of the server being rude with everyone, even me twice and with his workmate as well, he was working in the front tonight... “It was my first time at the Roses Social when we went there for the Cinco de Mayo brunch event. It was already a full house when we arrived and there was a queue of guests waiting to be seated. The atmosphere was very lively while a Mariachi band was playing. We started our fiesta with their curated cocktails made with luxury tequila—Don Julio 1942. We had Roses Paloma and Flower Child which were both refreshing and had the right kick in lieu of the festivities. For the food, we went straight for the mains and then shared a dessert which was good for two people. *MAINS* LOBSTER and SHRIMP ROLL It was such a flavour heaven but not overpowering thanks to the Chipotle aioli. There was a generous amount of lobster in the sandwich and the bread that was used was delicious in its own right. PANCAKES SUPREME The pancakes were light, fluffy, and perfectly tangy, with the ricotta adding a creamy richness that balanced beautifully with the citrus. The berry compote added a burst of sweetness and tartness that complemented each bite, while the Chantilly cream melted delicately into the stack. A sprinkle of granola on top brought the perfect crunch, making each mouthful a delightful mix of textures and flavors. STEAK and EGGS The perfectly cooked golden yolks added a creamy contrast to the savoury steak done the best way possible: Medium rare. Together, the combination is simple yet deeply satisfying. *DESSERT* CAST IRON COOKIE It's a fusion of warm chocolate chip brownie and salted caramel, perfectly balanced by a scoop of creamy vegan vanilla ice cream. Each bite delivers a rich variation of textures and flavors that’s both indulgent and comforting.“
