“What an amazing place! I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve tried in Toronto. Their breakfast was outstanding, and the chia drink was on a whole other level. Everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour. Highly recommended!. Big thanks to Mr Renato grata guy the owner of the place very friendly and help. Best filtered water too . It is a must try“
“One of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been in. The ambience is cozy, eclectic, and warm, the pastries and drinks are delicious, the owner is so kind, and the greeter of the cafe, Juliette, is the star of the show! I could stay for hours! 🥰🥹😻“
“I brought my daughter to one of the workshops here, and we both had an amazing time. The experience was fun, interactive, and educational, we learned about the chocolate-making process, sampled a variety of chocolates, and even created our own chocolates to take home. The staff made the workshop engaging for both kids and adults, and it was a wonderful way to spend quality time together. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves chocolate!“

“Been coming here for YEARS and it’s cherished by many in the area!! Love it here, always amazing service, the drinks are always scrumptious. Chicken panini? My GO-TO! Himalayan Coffee House (Himjav) has fostered a community of its own. It’s always been a lively, welcoming and true local spot :) Hope this place is here forever“

“I have ordered full sized cakes from Kream on two occasions and were thoroughly satisfied both times. Pickup was a breeze and staff were very friendly.
The cakes are loaded with fruit, the sponge cake light and fluffy, and the whipped cream was simply delicious. Highly recommend for those who enjoy not too sweet desserts :)
I also enjoyed their dalgona iced latte as well! :)“

“I have been coming to Egg Club Dundas since 2024, and it has consistently been one of my favourite spots for breakfast sandwiches in Toronto.
A huge appreciation to the manager, Zy, his sister, and the entire staff for their incredible hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Their welcoming attitude and genuine care for customers make every visit a great experience.
The breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious always fresh, well prepared, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality and passion that goes into every order. It’s not just about the food; it’s the friendly service and the positive atmosphere that keep me coming back.
Finding a place with both amazing food and amazing people is rare. Thank you, Zy, his sister, and the whole Egg Club Dundas team for always providing such great service and consistently great breakfast sandwiches.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delicious breakfast and a wonderful customer experience!“

“Honestly, the gelato was very close to what we’ve had in Italy. The texture, flavour, and quality really reminded us of authentic Italian gelato. The cappuccino was also excellent — rich, thick, and topped with a beautiful crema, just the way we like it. A great spot to enjoy a taste of Italy right here in Toronto. Highly recommend!“

“I love this place! My boyfriend and I stopped by here a couple of times on our holiday to Canada, we'd brought our Bromptons with us so wanted to see these guys as they are the Canadian distributor for Brompton. Turns out they make the ABSOLUTE BEST MOCHA I've ever had in my life too :)
The owner was chatting to us for ages about places for us to cycle to and general bike chat, I felt like a local immediately. The other staff here were super friendly too.
The atmosphere is great, the music is epic (hello Neutral Milk Hotel) and the Brompton selection was brilliant.
Thank you for making us feel so welcome! I hope we get to come back and see you again 🚲“

“Had a really lovely experience at Zav Coffee Shop and Gallery. The space is calm and beautifully curated-you can genuinely take your time enjoying the artwork and photos on the walls. The people working there are thoughtful and cultured, which adds to the whole atmosphere. It's one of those places that leaves a lasting impression.“

“Expensive. Food wasn't fresh, took over 2h for my drink which was so sweet I couldn't drink it, fungas gnats all over our table, we went as a group and we paid nearly $100 a person for crappy food, service, well if you call reheated appetizers food that is. Each person got 1 piece of appetizer each, from three "courses", we ended up going elsewhere to eat real food... never again. Oh and not to mention, took us over 2h to get there (we were excited and quickly dissapointed), and they charged the same amount for our kids under 8, as they did for adults, as well as a forced tip!! Not worth it, don't waste your time or money.“

“I mean to write a review every time i come here, so i'm finally writing one while sipping my coffee! I'm only in the area once every few months but I ALWAYS come back for the croissants (the pistachio, especially).
They are always fresh, have the right amount of crunch and are by far the best in the city. The young man working this morning was also very pleasant to deal with :)“
“The absolute best coffee shop in Toronto’s South Core / Harbourfront. The iced oat matcha latte w/ strawberry is incredibly good. The staff are amazing and friendly. The atmosphere is chill and stylish. Oh and it’s dog friendly. 🍓🍵🐶“

“After moving to Canada, I spent years looking for a proper Raf coffee, and I finally found it at Kava! The coffee was excellent quality and exactly what I had been missing. The Medovik cake was amazing, and the salted caramel tart was absolutely delicious. Great coffee, great desserts, and a cozy atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!“

“This was me and my friends’ first time at Dessert Fox and we will definitely go back to try more stuff on the menu!
I ordered the iced dalgona latte and was so shocked when it came large pieces of dalgona - it was a nice touch! I also ordered the matcha strawberry croffle and it was so good. The strawberries were sweet enough to balance the matcha, and the croffle was so soft. The service was also very quick! Definitely a nice space to study or read, or just hang out with friends.“
“Love love love Mayil! Their coffee is just like the South Indian filter coffee I remember having back home (probably better!). They've got options to customize it to your preference, and offer some really good tea and snacks as well. I also appreciate how thoughtful their decor is - every little detail is reminiscent of South Indian culture and it just feels so welcoming. The owners, Amal and Neha, are super passionate and dedicated to ensuring top notch service. There's a patio at the back, wifi and they're also dog friendly. Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city!“

“Folks, you have to come try the peanut butter and jelly latte here. I was expecting an overly sweetened flavor, but what I got instead was a rich latte that's not too sweet, just lightly topped with a bit of jelly.
We also had the cortado, which I would say is on par with some of the best coffee shops in the city. Overall, I recommend this coffee shop. Just a heads-up: there are a couple of stairs at the entrance, so it might be a concern for those with accessibility needs. Otherwise, Great vibes!“

“Was taking family to a hospital appointment nearby and stumbled upon this place. Very cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The beans weren’t too burnt, and had some real notes you could pick up on. The ginger molasses cookie was incredible. 7 minutes from Princess Margaret“

“I tried the mocha and it was filled to the very top of the cup with pretty embellishment and not too sweet. I enjoyed it. Also indulged a delicious, decent size cheese scone. Yummy.
Met my friend and sat outside where there are 3 rickety tables and chairs. Also a couple small benches and stools.
Dog Central with friendly people. I did not get much of a chance to look inside since it was so busy. Chill vibes - Neighbourhood gem.“

“Great atmosphere, like a rustic cabin. The staff was chill and welcoming. I enjoyed my coffee. They sell a varieties of roasted beans too. Relatively narrow space but long enough to pack several tables, and it's on a part of queen st rather far from the financial or touristy core of the city.“

“Always the best coffee, best service, the best staff. Everyone of the staff I met here was kind, cheerful, and welcoming. Always makes my day brighter when I stop by. Their latte art is beautiful. Their rewards program is really good. I also like buying my beans from them, their house blend is really good, and they stock excellent roasters at great prices.“

“This place is always so good. I feel like it is odd that I can’t even recommend a specific dish on the menu. We always just get the weekend special (which changes every week) and it has never disappointed. Great food. Great prices. A local favourite.“

“Best roaster in the city. I had a 2 bag filter subscription for 2 years and the coffee beans never disappointed. The subscription gave variety of coffee with different flavor profiles, roasting methods, and countries, so it was always a treat seeing which beans I'd get every month.
They are serious at roasting good coffee beans at a good price.“

“Been twice already and it’s become an instant favourite for me in the area. Their pour overs are INCREDIBLE and Jackie & Chi (I hope I’m spelling it right 🥺) are some of the best baristas I’ve ever encountered. Their love of coffee and hospitality is easily identifiable. I’ll be back :)“
“This is one of my favorite cafe in Toronto. I already had the drinks here three times in two weeks and all of them were really great. Highly recommend Guava Lemon Tea and Togo signature latte. The Persimmon & Hawthorn Berry series are yummy too! You won’t be disappointed.“
“The last time I had a good habesha cousin was back in 2024 in Addis Ababa until today to be surprised by Jemila Dubai Restaurant. I tried a couple of habesha restaurants in Toronto but none is a match to this one. A dish you can hardly finish, an eye opener genuine taste, a very humble service, a home feeling atmosphere, traditional. Ohh I haven’t eaten this much in almost 2 years. Thank you Jemila Dubai.“

“This is a rustic little coffee shop downtown, not far from the DVP. Met a colleague here for a brief meeting on my way through the city. There was tonnes of room for working and chatting, several people were on their laptops. The coffee and other drinks are delish and about the same cost as Starbucks. Service was friendly and the vibes are chill. There was a huge space in the back with couches and cushions, along with tables. It looks like a re-purposed warehouse. They even had a skatepark-style half pipe in the back..not sure if they let people skate inside, bit it was pretty cool. Seems like a good venue for live music, but not sure if they do that here. Cool place to check out if you're in the area.“
