Great coffee shop, wildly fun roasts. Milkshake is impressive with pineapple upside down cake notes, doesnt turn sour. Tropical will get acidic real quick. Ethically sourced. They have very fancy bikes for sale (if you have $3000 + to spare (tire-get it). This is probably my favorite drip coffee spot.

Pedaal Coffee + Bikes serves VERY GOOD coffee, including Americano and matcha latte. The cafe has super friendly staff, great vibes, and excellent bike services. It is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by, especially on the patio in good weather.
