“First class from beginning to end. We were lucky to reserve seats at the chef’s bar and see the detail and care that goes in to every dish. Great chat, buzzing atmosphere and fantastic food. A memorable evening ❤️”
“Have been here probably more than a dozen time over the past 4 years for both a la carte and ayce. Don’t get me wrong, the food is amazing, but for the price? the a la carte is really not worth all that. The buffets, on the other hand, are a different story since I am willing to starve myself all day for them.
The best deals from HDL have been the $2.95 Marbled Beef and the Meat Carnival, but sadly both of these absolute steals are no longer available at this location. The Flexi-Semi Buffet is great too, but it would be so much better if it included the Flat Iron Steak in addition to the current protein options. I personally think the soup bases are way way overpriced so I recommend just getting water to save money since the sauce bar (for $3.99) provides all the flavoring you’d need tbh + unlimited fruits.
But hey, I’m a uni student so if you’re balling unlike me, go ahead and splurge. Maybe consider giving me a call if you are feeling generous too and want to feed a broke big back. I promise to eat your money’s worth.”
“Just the best - our fav over and over again - try the garlic shrimp!”
“Simply the best. There's nothing much more to say. The praise is well deserved. There is nothing pretentious about this place; inspired food cooked perfectly.”
“If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine made with care and bold flavors, Leela is a must-visit. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with pink decor. I can confidently say it's one of the best Indian food experiences I’ve had in a long time.”

“Great experience! This all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu spot offers amazing value for the price. The variety on the menu is impressive, with a wide selection of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths. As a huge lamb lover, I was incredibly satisfied—the quality of the lamb was excellent and perfectly sliced. Another massive plus is the all-you-can-drink selection, which includes a great variety of soft drinks and juices. Definitely a go-to spot if you want to eat well without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!”

“La Vegas is the best vegan restaurant in Toronto!”
“The new location is excellent and the food was amazing!! The service was also top notch.”
“A wonderful place for a peaceful and high quality dining. Excellent foodsnvironment, excellent atmosphere, wonderfully delicious food and exceptional service. Safa took time to one by one walk us through the menu and we o make sure we know what we wanna order. See the pictures for more details. We ordered their mixed Mezze and Moroccan kabob which was heavenly!
We also got their yoghurt juice and ended up with an exquisite Persian style saffron tea!
As my friend put it, the experience touches all your five senses!”
“The salads we had were good. Pinsa was delicious. The place is nice with a patio. We both realized after that we felt disappointed by the service. A couple employees/owner walked past us as we stood at the door. A minute or two later someone greeted us. Then after paying and tipping quite well the sever didn’t say thank you. Seems small stuff but it’s not inexpensive to go for dinner these days and the small stuff matters more…to us.”
“We ordered a Christmas crepe cake from Nana's and were blown away by its beauty and sumptuous flavors! We loved that it wasn't overly sweet, and the next.morning could be enjoyed as a breakfast treat with a strong coffee! Highly recommend it for a special occasion cake!”
“We had the best tiramisu, absolutely delicious and perfectly made! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food overall was excellent. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommended!”
“Had an amazing experience. The food was fantastic and the service was even better. The owner was incredibly attentive, offering samples to me and other patrons and making sure everyone was enjoying our meals. You can really feel the care they put into the place. Toronto definitely needs more spots like this.”
“The variety and generous portions of each of the items on the menu is very satisfying. The founder/owner/chef takes a personal interest in the customer. The weekly menu changes periodically and a full menu for the month is planned. Many thanks”
“Chef kaito was absolutely amazing. It was the perfect experience - coursing, pacing, sake offerings. My only suggestion is to have ambient lighting instead of overhead. For such an intimate and lovely space where the patrons engage with each other as well as the chef, some warm lamps would put this place in a different stratosphere”
“such an excellent restaurant! food was delicious and plentiful and the service was fantastic! Voula was personable and lovely to talk to.we had a large party of 14 and everyone loved their meal and atmosphere! thank you !”
“Delicious food and friendly service will definitely be back!”

“Delicious food, super friendly staff, child friendly, great entertainment and heated patio.”
“Just an incredible experience. Great food (5 course tasting menu), impeccable service (attentive and informative), beautiful decor, and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend for personal or business entertaining.”
“ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS lives up to the hype, well deserved Michelin. The flavor profiles were amazing, if I were to close my eyes and think of the taste, the dish tastes like that. The only complaint is that I couldn’t eat more!
The service fantastic, lovely staff, kind and very accommodating.
The ambiance can be both fun and romantic, felt very cozy and comfortable.
I will be back!”

“What an extraordinary experience.
We were fortunate enough to experience Chef Daisuke’s remarkable culinary artistry before the restaurant’s final service. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by a team whose attentiveness and kindness set the tone for the entire evening.
The menu was exceptional. Each course seemed to surpass the last, showcasing thoughtful technique, beautiful balance, and impeccable ingredients. Every bite was memorable, and the carefully curated selection of unique sake added another layer of discovery to the experience.
One of the highlights of the evening was Chef Daisuke’s interaction with the guests. His passion, humility, and engagement created an intimate atmosphere that transformed dinner into something truly special and unforgettable.
While it is bittersweet to see this chapter come to a close, I am incredibly excited to see what Chef Daisuke creates next. His talent, creativity, and dedication to his craft are undeniable. If his future ventures are anything like Yukashi, they are destined to be extraordinary.
Thank you for a truly memorable evening and a dining experience we will not soon forget.”
“I initially wanted to go for brunch because the options look stunning but we got there late, however, the food was perfection!! I would gladly go again at any time of the day! Jerk chicken, oxtail, and plantains were to die for truly! If you’re looking for flavour, look no further! The vibes are also so upbeat and the staff absolutely welcoming, impossible not to enjoy :) balanced and very filling meal definitely stop by!”
“Went last night with a group of 4. Usually I have to think how many stars I give. Not in this case.
This was the best dining and food experience we have had in a long time, The tasting menu was impeccable and incredibly delicious. From beginning to end there was not a single course that was not excellent. I can write abut the food courses but as they will change makes little sense. Let me tell you, it is wonderful mix between flavours.
The atmosphere, the service with the best server you can experience (shout out to Jessica) made the overall experience a 6 star but I only can give.
Will I be back, a million times yes.”

“The fabulous Lakeview Diner. A place you have to go! Not that there was just shot some amazing movies/ shows, it's also high food quality and amazing fast and super friendly staff. We couldn't be happier yesterday when we were served. The Diner itself just feels so special. I've been before and I always love to go back.
You can even get gluten free buns or lettuce wrap with your burger. Cocktails are insanely good as well.
PS: No one can beat this apple pie milkshake!!”
“Aug 21, 2025, Ordered breakfast and forgot to use my app to collect points. The young lady gave me an option to collect the points even after I paid, but I declined. She tried to convince me that it would only take a couple of minutes, eventually she persisted and convince me saying she only wanted to help. I gave in, It worked out fine. This young lady never gave up, now there is someone who just improved your customer relations by 100%. A 5 star employee.”
“I had such a great experience at Subway today, all thanks to Mahi! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my order perfectly. You can really tell she cares about her work and the customers. Her positive attitude honestly made my day. Subway is lucky to have someone like her—definitely coming back!”
“Accommodated allergies and dietary restrictions without compromising flavour. Really inventive and delicious menu -- every dish was a standout. One of the best meals I've had in Toronto in a long time.”
“Had a very good dinner at the Thais Room on College Street. Would suggest a reservation on Saturday night as it has limited seating. Food was fresh, well presented and good quality. The squid dish and the golden curry dish stood out. The mango salad, fried rice and sweet potato dish were both nice additions. Happy to return.”
Takeout Restaurants
“It’s a lovely spot with great service and a bubbly atmosphere that feels very much like Toronto.
The food was exceptional. 4 cocktails. The plum wine negroni was exceptional.
The plates are small shareable. Japanese tapas. But they’re all exceptional in their way. The sashimi was fresh and beautiful. The corn Karage is a must get. It’s sweet and salty and crunchy. My friend and I commented we could snack on that all night. The liver pate was soft and whipped. The beef tataki was good. But the stand out was the pork belly katsu. I could have eaten 3 more plates.
The bill was on the higher end, but well worth it.
It was a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be back.
Note that reservations are important and there is a fee for no shows. No shade, I get it.”
“Union is a nice and cozy restaurant. The cocktails we ordered (the magnolia spritz and the union martini) weren’t particularly strong. In fact, we were questioning whether they added any alcohol at all. But perhaps that’s our personal taste. The food, overall, was okay. We had the dry aged steak, fish, ribs and hen. Of the four, the fish was the tastiest dish. The hen was cooked well and the chalet sauce paired well with it. On the other hand, we were let down by the steak, which did not have any dry aged flavour whatsoever. Texturally, the ribs felt as they were cooked the day before and reheated, giving them somewhat of a stale and chewy feel. We also ordered three desserts: the orange chocolate tart, the cheesecake and the ginger cake with ice cream. I would strongly recommend the ginger cake and ice cream. The cake was sweet and fluffy and the contrast of heat and cold from the ice cream was lovely. The cheesecake was just okay but the tart was a disappointment; we left most of it on the plate. Overall, a decent experience with a couple of hits and misses.”

“Second time there to having dinner with my husband by Dior’s retreat. Very thankful and grateful”
“This is my favourite place! I always order P10 - Vegan Pho and the vegan crispy spring rolls. The food is always delicious. The staff are friendly. I order from Uber eats often as well and it's the same quality, lots of veggies/tofu and noodles.”

“Had Valentines dinner there last night. The first dinner package was mainly sashimi but the changed it to sushi for us at a reasonable extra cost . The food was excellent and the wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back. An extra was that the waitress who greeted us was Japanese.”
“It was my first time here and I will be back.
Right from booking, it was very smooth, and once we got there, everyone was attentive and warm.
The ambiance was excellent, the food was even more so. Everything we had was delight.- We choose from the brunch menu.
We even ordered some items to take home with us!
As an extra bonus, the prices were very reasonable. They have earned every bit of their Michelin recommendation.”
“My wife and I enjoyed the 7-course Cool Season tasting menu last night and it was hands down the best meal we’ve ever eaten! The pomelo salad and red curry sablefish were standouts for me, but every dish was beyond fantastic. They apparently change the menu about every three months so we’ll definitely be back in the spring/summer. If you’re looking for a memorable experience with delicious food, I highly recommend the chef’s table at Kiin!”
“I recently bought daal from this restaurant and was served by Paras. He was very welcoming, polite, and hospitable. The service was excellent, and his friendly attitude made the experience even better. Truly appreciate his great customer service!
Daal was really tasty and made as per my order!
Thanks team!”
“Like the name says, this place is tiny but absolutely worth visiting. I've been twice now and really enjoyed my pasta each time. It's delicious, the flavours are creative, and the portions are reasonable given that it's clearly fresh pasta and small batch. I also enjoy the pesto roll.
I'd suggest coming early to avoid a wait and following their instagram to see what the daily pasta specials are (there are usually 2).”
“Jason made us feel like family when we visited yesterday. food was great, we will be back!”
Fine Dining
“A TEN course tasting menu in intimate surrounding with the chef preparing your food directly in front of you. Largely vegetarian with 2 fishs dishes...a scrumptious ceviche and a seared cod. A fantastic experience for all your senses ...and educational too!”
“As a tradition, me and my girlfriend enjoy fine dining on our birthdays. Having been to many of the premier dining spots here in Toronto, I can confidently say that Parquet tops them all in both food and service. The food was wonderful and beautiful, and our server Zorique was insightful and hospitable. This experience helped make this years celebration one to remember forever. I do not recommend eating fine dining often, but when you do, consider Parquet.”
“Jun - the owner, chef and server was Awesome!! Explained each dish as they were served, with detail on fish, preparation (smoked, cured, aged), fish cut, fish origin location etc.. very complete Omakase and ended the meal with delicious ube ice cream!! Wish I brought a small container to bring some home (hint). Must return for 2nd or 3rd visit!!”
“A unforgettable dining experience last 07/04/25 (Friday)! Shoutout to Chef/Owner Danny Cancino and his team for an impeccable service! 👏 Every dish and the complimentary additions were phenomenal! The modern twist in Filipino cuisine was definitely well done!💖🌟 Here are some of my standout favorites 🤯: • Pineapple + Kombu (Seaweed): Refreshing and light, with crispy seaweed balancing the sweet, citrusy pineapple 💛 • Duck Ensaymada w/ Duck Prosciutto and Truffle Butter: One of the fluffiest breads I’ve ever had, inspired by classic ensaymada. Spreading truffle butter on it was chef’s kiss—it melts in your mouth! 😭👌 • Scallop Inari Lumpia: Beautifully presented with fried sushi rice, ginger-chili dressed Argentinian shrimp, and seared scallop on top. The rice was fluffy and so tasty I could eat it endlessly! • Iberico Pork Collar: Juicy, saucy, and umami-packed tender pork with chicharon, lettuce leaves, and sesame aioli. The pickled papaya (atchara) was a nice touch—I don’t usually eat atchara, but I loved it with this! • Beef Short Rib Kare-Kare: The star of the show! 🌟👏 Rich, classic kare-kare flavors with blanched bok choy and eggplant. The thick, peanuty sauce was delightful—if only there was rice! 🤣😋 Hope as many people as possible get to try this ultimate gourmet experience, whether you’re visiting Toronto or a Canada local! 🌟 Thank you Mineral!☺️Until we visit again!”
“Taline has been a fantastic addition to our neighbourhood and has quickly become one of my family’s absolute favourite places to dine. We’ve dined here several times, and the quality has been consistently outstanding on every visit. The food, service, and overall dining experience never disappoint, which is why it has become one of our favourite restaurants in Summerhill.
Every dish is beautifully presented, packed with flavour, and clearly prepared with great care and attention to detail. Highlights included the hummus, fattoush salad, the mante! Oh and the gedzou patates are to die for! Banru, and the Tsoug whole grilled fish, The lamb are all our favourite dishes.
The restaurant itself is stylish and intimate, with an open kitchen that allows guests to watch the chefs at work, adding to the overall experience. Taline delivers a dining experience that feels refined, thoughtful, and meticulously executed, one that is undoubtedly deserving of Michelin recognition.”
“Our graduation celebration at Black+Blue Restaurant in downtown Toronto was an absolute delight. The impeccable service provided by our server Mathew truly elevated our experience. As a steakhouse, the food was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the unparalleled attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Mathew’s guidance and attentiveness made the evening truly special. Highly recommended for any occasion where exceptional service and fantastic food are a must!””
“What an incredible meal! Yasu is easily one of the best omakase experiences in Toronto. The restaurant is intimate, with a small number of seats and several scheduled seatings each night, ensuring everyone is served at the same time for a perfectly timed experience.
The dishes are exceptional, showcasing a wide variety of fresh, high-quality fish. From bluefin tuna to lobster and ebi, each bite was perfection. With about 16 individual dishes, the meal felt like a journey through expertly crafted flavors and textures.
What stood out even more was their attention to detail, including accommodating allergies like gluten-free options seamlessly. Overall, an outstanding dining experience I’d highly recommend.”
“Had such a great experience at Bar Banane last night. The vibe was warm and intimate without feeling pretentious. Perfect for a relaxed night out.
We ordered the smoked sturgeon rillettes, which were outstanding and perfectly balanced. Easily a standout dish.
For drinks, we tried the Berry Dangerous and Eleventh Hour, and both were fantastic.
Great atmosphere, great food, and even better drinks.”
“Where do I begin from right when you walk into the door, you smell the charcoal aroma. A dimly lit dining area full to the walls. Food was incredible from every bite. Highly reccomend the tasting menu as every bite is so unique. The tar tar and oysters definitely blew the fish outta the water and the I’ll make me want to go back again and again. The lamb chops were great super tender and finishing off with the aged fish was a star. That broth still lingers in my mouth.”
“we went there last night ! ordered half octopus . its came and we didn't like it so much. waitres asked why we didn't finish , we said we didn't like it so much . Manger came to the table (before the bill) and asked what we didn't like in the octopus... and than she went to back and came back with : taking the charge of the octopus from the bill (its $59) !!!! great service !!! in very respect !!! with not even 1 word negative etc. !! amazing !!! we definitely will come back !!!!”
“Had an absolutely wonderful dinner with family and friends. Really great service, very friendly staff, and delicious appetizers, mains, and dessert. Our server Krish treated us like family! What a treat!”

“Blink and you’ll swear you’re back in Greece. This gyro spot is an absolute must-stop seconds from St Lawrence Market.
Juicy, perfectly seasoned, wrapped in pure happiness… no shortcuts and all the fries.
Do NOT leave without the homemade baklava—it’s dangerously good.”
“Osmow's is a flavor explosion! From the first bite, the perfectly seasoned shawarma wraps are a culinary adventure. The chicken is tender, the sauces are addictive, and the portions are incredibly generous. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even during the busiest times. Whether you're a shawarma fanatic or a first-timer, Osmow's is a must-try. Trust me;it is good”
“If you want fresh and delicious pasta, this is the place to go. Stefano and his team make you feel at home the moment you walk in which makes the shopping experience even better. They have a wide selection of pasta, made fresh and ready in minutes, along with delicious ready-to-go meals that just need to be heated up or baked in the oven. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s become a family favourite with weekly visits for quality products that also taste amazing!”
“I’ve been going to Pizza Pizza since I was in Grade 9, and one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back is because of Angela. She’s been working there for years, and she’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming every single time I’ve come in.
From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.
What I appreciate the most is how she remembers people and builds real connections with customers. Over the past four years, she’s recognized me, asked how I’ve been, and always greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency isn’t common, and it shows she truly cares about her job and the people she serves.
It’s rare to come across someone like Angela who leaves such a strong, positive impression just by being kind and dedicated. She’s a big reason why that Pizza Pizza location feels welcoming, and she definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every day.”
“The pizza was excellent! Thin and crispy with no flop. Tried the arrabbiata this time and their pizza never disappoints. The service was also great - my order was ready quickly and the staff is very friendly. Even got a complimentary drink from the owner. Highly recommend.”
“Muy buena comida y precios solo deberian de hablar español se supone que es un restaurante mexicano!”
“We came here for drinks and to watch the ball game as a family and Skip was the best!!! My dad and husband had steins of beer 🍺 and the girls enjoyed her signature Tiramisu martini!! 🍸 We shared many laughs together. Thanks for the excellent service!”
“Really enjoyed the atmosphere and Ceci was a great server ! Recommend Rob’s pizza.”

The pizza looked so delicious with all the toppings! The sides were an amazing pair with the spicy chicken. This place was so chill that their employee was sleeping here.
Fun times!”

“Great experience with fine french cuisine and especially warm staff, congratulations 👍”
“Just checked out this place and Omg what a gorgeous atmosphere. Adam was at the front door to greet me and he was very professional!”
“They were not kidding about the portion size! Me and my friend split one of the pork donkatsu + an extra bowl of rice and we only barely managed to almost finish it. We also ordered a cheesy corn which was super cheesy and not too sweet. The katsu itself had an amazing crust, light and crispy even in the sauce. I’ve never had the brown sauce before and it had a sweet and tomatoey flavor. It’s not personally my preferred flavor combo but still a lovely meal overall. If I were to go back I think I’ll order the curry sauce instead.”
“I had a great dinner with friends on 8 June. Good food of great value. Waiter Samuel is cheerful and helpful.”
“One of my favorite dining experiences in Toronto, ever. The most friendly, helpful staff, beautiful, thoughtful food. Very cozy atmosphere. We felt very taken care of! Spanish cuisine at it's absolute best. booked out next visit before we left. Xo”

“The best Food🍜 The bEst Drinks 🍷 The best Vibes Ever 🍾 Must Visit BAWARA, TORONTO ( The Indian Restaurant) 🚀”
“Great location for dining. Good side dishes, good value with the price. Everything is perfect, I love when they have bigbang music. Truly love it. If you are looking for a place to hang out, it is a good place. Food is not super delicious but it is good.”
“Matsutei Sukiyaki offers comforting Japanese hot pit in a warm and cozy atmosphere. They offer both AYCE hot pot and à la carte. There’s also AYCE drink option available. You can choose between many varieties of fresh ingredients: noodles and rice, vegetables, seafood, meat and broths. The sauce station makes crafting your own sauce easy and enjoyable.
We visited for a weekday dinner and ordered the “Premium Set AYCE” and enjoyed the delicious hot pot and the vibes.
For dessert, you can order soft serve ice cream and “Hanami Dango”.
The staff are friendly and guide you through the experience. The service is fast and efficient.”
“Czułam się jak w Polsce. Oczywiście menu było dwujęzyczne, tak jak wiele menu w dzisiejszej Polsce. Jedzenie było pyszne, absolutnie fantastyczne. Babcia ma konkurencję.”
“We had a really nice experience last night. The place was great, and even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated quickly at a nice table.
Caroline was amazing. She was very attentive, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. She checked in at the right moments, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure everything was perfect. She was also very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
We’ll definitely be back!”
“Great indian food and great service. The flavours and spice level match what was described to us.
Loved the chilli fish and the butter naan was pillowy and soft. Definitely the best tandoori bread I've had in Toronto. Chicken tandoori momos and the malai kofta curry were good too. Will be back to try other curries.”
“super good! I had the spicy "No Name" recommended by the counter gal. I loved it, love the crispy bubbly crust and fresh toppings. it is pricy but delicious. 4 big pieces I shared with a friend.”
“Best food in the city. A master of their craft. Highly recommend. The service is incredible as well.”
“I was there earlier with a friend, and we had a wonderful time! We were served by Noman and Rithima (apologies if I misspelled your names!) and both were very welcoming. The food was delicious, good size portion, and overall a lovely visit. Thanks so much!”
“We love this place, but your server Megan from NL made it extra amazing, she is a true gem. Great food, great atmosphere, great music.”
“Expensive. Food wasn't fresh, took over 2h for my drink which was so sweet I couldn't drink it, fungas gnats all over our table, we went as a group and we paid nearly $100 a person for crappy food, service, well if you call reheated appetizers food that is. Each person got 1 piece of appetizer each, from three "courses", we ended up going elsewhere to eat real food... never again. Oh and not to mention, took us over 2h to get there (we were excited and quickly dissapointed), and they charged the same amount for our kids under 8, as they did for adults, as well as a forced tip!! Not worth it, don't waste your time or money.”
“I wish I could give more then five stars for Maison T. This was our fifth time going to this restaurant. The food gets better very time we visit. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the ambiance is just perfect. The chef is absolutely amazing and has put together the most incredible and delicious menu you could ever want. If you want the best restaurant experience in Toronto, go to Maison T.”
“If I could give it 6 stars, I would. This place is PHENOMENAL, such a hidden gem. The food is upscale and comforting while served within a warm and welcoming interior (I love the baby fireplace). Thanks for the delicious meal and great service, we will definitely be back!”
“Had a wonderful experience dining here with my family. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great, and the overall atmosphere made our visit very enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”
“Consistently good sushi with good deals. Salmon is good quality 9/10 times and rolls are good-sized with proportionate rice. This location is consistently good - try the miso soup!”
“Excellent food and incredible, friendly service. Highly recommend.”
“I had a great dinner with friends on 8 June. Good food of great value. Waiter Samuel is cheerful and helpful.”
“amazing amazing amazing!!! best rare beef pho in toronto, portion sizes are so good and u’ll feel like ur never running outta beef! + sweetest service ever 💗”
“I always go to this place with my kids they love their cheese dosa. The staff is very friendly as well. we always have great time”
“I recently visited Eat BKK Leslieville and tried their Pad Prik Pow Talay. This dish was an absolute delight! The seafood was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked, with a wonderful mix of shrimp, squid, and mussels. The flavors were bold and well-balanced, with just the right amount of heat from the chili paste, complemented by the sweetness and smokiness that are characteristic of this Thai dish.”
“I really like the corn with cheese, spicy sauce chicken, and soy garlic chicken. The tteokbokki is pretty good too. If you get chicken, the beer is very cheap also (50% off beer pitcher). As for the non-alcoholic drinks, I like the grapefuit-ade. However, the atmosphere isn’t the greatest… (clean tables but loud music and peeling seats and walls)”
“The food was so delicious and a very eclectic menu. A little gem of a restaurant. 😀”
“Best restaurant in area. economical and great menu, super fresh with great service.”
“Went for dinner last night before going to a show. The menu was a bit out of our normal experiences but we wanted a different experience. Or booth was comfortable. Jason answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they probably were for him. He was engaging but not over the top - very likeable. We tried four of the spicy dishes and they were all exceptional! We did not try the skewers, which we now regret, but we will go back to do that for sure. What a great dinner experience! Thank you, Jason, and your team. We even enjoyed seeing your take-out container in action 😉.”
“La Vegas is the best vegan restaurant in Toronto!”
“The new location is excellent and the food was amazing!! The service was also top notch.”
“We dined at SARA last week, and were extremely impressed with the amazing service, food, and atmosphere. The chopped salad was one of the best salads I've ever had!”
“Delicious fresh food, amazing staff & service! Great ambient atmosphere!”
“Son Tum Jinda is a great downtown spot with a short menu that makes ordering easy, especially if you’re not very familiar with Thai food.
The food is good (not overly impressive for the price), but the value, vibe, and central location make it worth it.
I like how they offer set-style options with mains and desserts, so you don’t spend too much time choosing.
The space is small and gets crowded, with a 1.5-hour seating limit, but overall a solid experience.”
“A great place for a Sunday brunch, food is delicious, staff so nice”
“We have passed the sign for Dhillon's Karahi many times without eating there. That is our loss. We decided on a whim to check it out this evening and were delighted with our meal. The samosas were delicious: having the sauces on top, rather than on the side, gave them a special flavour. The mixed vegetables and Lamb Korma were perfectly done. And the Naan and rice were the perfect compliments. We enjoyed and will be back. Thank you.”
“Came here with a large group with relatively little warning (called 30 minutes in advance) and everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food came quickly despite it being busy, the staff was courteous and everything was absolutely delicious. Will be back!! (With less people haha!)”
“The sushi had a unique taste and were prepared by a professional Japanese chef. The food was excellent quality, everything was fresh and delicious. The chopstick holders were very cute too 😅”

“Valeriia, I want to thank you for a perfect evening on May 2nd. You made it easy for me pre-event, in terms of your help with planning. You answered my questions as we went along and provided good advice. The event itself was a huge success. The staff were excellent in terms of knowing when to bring out food, when to pass it and when to place it on the buffet table. Staff kept the gluten free food separate which made it easy for guests to find it - you even placed the gluten free cards I had brought. Beverage service was professional and the wines Valeriia selected were enjoyed by all. I had one guest with some very specific dietary requirements and Chef made a small plate for her which was ready when she arrived which was very much appreciated. The guests commented on the quality of the food and staff. Several people said that they would now come back to Le Select for dinners. I would strongly recommend Le Select for events.”
“the auld spot is my go to on the danforth. i love the servers and the owner and the chef rob. the food is good and the cocktail , wine list , and craft beers are exceptional. there are also daily specials and in the summer they have a patio. just an easy friendly neighborhood place. the place is always full which speaks for the quality of the food and place”
“Found this restaurant yesterday after an appointment at Humber River hospital . We enjoyed half chicken dinners accompanied by Rice potatoes and Salad . The chicken was cooked on the grill to perfection .The salad was simple but delicious . It felt like a warm home cookjed meal on a cold winters day . The staff were welcoming and friendly and our waitress was attentive to our every need . Ill be back . Thanks”
“Someone dear in my family purchased an Easter cake as a special treat for our Easter dinner dessert. It was really a most pretty work of art on the outside. BUT, as a veteran family cake baker, I was unimpressed with the qualilty and taste of the product as something to eat and savour. The cake itself was dry and tasteless with little resemblance to a propoer carrot cake. The overly generous icing was even worse leaving the palate with a sticky feel that smacked of pure lard or shortenng but decidedly not butter. Just gross! Anyone who thinks this is a fabulous cake has never eaten homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, or has no taste at all. So, B and B, do stick to decorating I'd say.”

“Had a great experience at Karahi Boys. The food was really good—fresh, flavorful, and well cooked. Special thanks to their staff member Aastha for the excellent service. She was very polite, attentive, and made us feel welcome. Overall, great food and great service. Will definitely visit again!”
“Absolutely incredible service. Our server warmly and Faye was attentive without being overbearing, made excellent recommendations, and genuinely cared about our experience. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, even during busy moments. They made the entire meal feel special—easily one of the best service experiences for our group.
I normally don’t write reviews but this was worth it.”
“I must say.....well deserved 5star .. had a wonderful dinner with my wife, the food was great = even the Ribeye Steak w/ rapini was great at an Italian restaurant . The servers were absolutely amazing, so attentive - due to small tables= the doormen were so friendly = kudos to management / ownership - If you're looking for a true authentic Italian restaurant = this is one you shouldn't miss out on. The Sugo (red sauce) was amazing”
“The Amsterdam Brewhouse is located along the Lake Ontario Waterfront at Queen's Quay West. They have a large indoor and outdoor seating area and are open from 11am to late (weekdays) and 10am to late (weekends). Menu features the Amsterdam Brewery label draught beers along with a fairly typical bar food menu. We visited recently during a warm weekend afternoon and were able to be seated immediately. Blonde Lager tasted just fine, artichoke dip was pretty good as well. Prices are a bit high but we found food and drink quality to be fair enough, food portion sizes are good. Venue is quite fun and views of the lake are great. Amsterdam Brewhouse is a fun place, we'd be happy to pop in again during future walks along the waterfront.”
“Food and Service was exceptional. Work dinner. Definitely took us on a good journey and left us in a good coma. Service was outstanding. Only suggestion is if you are going to take home left overs they give you a number and it’s up to you to ask for it at the end. If you forget to ask you are out of luck. I was so looking forward to taking the left overs to my honey at the hospital.😔 We will just have to come back😊”

“Delicious foods. Vodka pasta was amazing, mushroom pasta was okay. A nice trendy tiktok restaurant worth the hype at least once. Happy hour starts right at opening and we were lucky to get a table no reso exactly at 5pm opening but it is recommended you make a reso first.”
“The food is incredible and big portions, the servers were very attentive and the atmosphere is very chill. We got the hummus plate, a starter of falafel and a couple schnitzel sandwiches. They have have a very respectable selection of draft and canned craft beers to make the meal perfect”
“I celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday here, and overall it was a great experience. Sushi Kiwami is definitely a place worth trying. The service was very friendly, and many of the dishes were creative and unique—things you don’t usually see at other sushi restaurants.
Some sushi pieces didn’t quite hit the spot, but overall the quality and presentation were still very enjoyable. There’s a little room for improvement, but it’s still a solid place for a special occasion.
Overall, a good experience and worth checking out. ⭐”
“If you are looking for incredible tasting food, quality ingredients, environmental sustainability, a trendy and tranquil café vibe, detailed dietary accommodations, and complete transparency, this is your spot. You can tell that Chef Ishan and his team truly care about the food and experience they are offering to their guests and go out of their way to offer suggestions, provide any information you need and offer delicious bonuses throughout your meal. There is a fantastic range of options on their menu making it an excellent spot to stop for a specialty drink and appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or cocktail hour. With every bite you can taste the quality of what you are eating. I ate there with my 3 and 6 year old recently and they loved it just as much as I did. I highly recommend everyone visits this unique spot and appreciates their ethos for themselves! If I lived in Toronto I would definitely be a regular customer.”
“I didn't think anything could replace Glory Hole when they left Parkdale, but Fab has done it! Unpretentious, delicious and gorgeous donuts with the friendliest baker I have ever met. Fab loves our dog Gracie and started yelling hello to us from across the street before we even came to the shop. When we finally stopped in, Gracie was immediately given her own full sized donut...Fab has a friend for life. So nice to have a fantastic new spot in the hood. These are the best donuts ever!”
“Finally tried Sammie’s for the first time and it lived up to the hype. The sandwich was a great size, cooked to order, and the bread was incredibly fresh.
Super friendly staff who even brought the food over to the table. The space has a really cool, laid-back vibe (complete with an old-school Street Fighter game). Definitely recommend checking this spot out.”
