Brunch at Park Hyatt is an absolute must-do experience in Toronto. Rahman gave us exceptional recommendations and we were able to sample a variety of their brunch dishes. The Crème Brûlée French Toast was a standout dish that is an absolute must-try. And their cocktails are just as great! Joni Restaurant at Park Hyatt is truly a hidden gem with top notch service.
Great food but service very slow- apparently they start making the food after you have ordered but that took nearly an hour. The food was very good but that was a little too long to wait.

In Toronto's London-like weather, I noticed the renovated Park Hyatt while strolling through Yorkville and decided to drop by for a warm drink. However, they didn't have hot chocolate at their rooftop restaurant on the 17th floor. So, I came back down to Joni and enjoyed a delicious cup of frothy hot chocolate recommended by Barsha.
