I visited Joni Restaurant at Park Hyatt last week, and it was an amazing experience. Natalia, the bartender, made the best Cosmopolitan I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. The beef tartare was outstanding as well, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
The food was great, loved the lamb dish, and I'd highly recommend their Caesar salad starter, even to share. Our server/waiter was very nice, asked questions, recommended drinks to pair with our entrees.
The drinks were pretty expensive for what we got. The restaurant was located nearby the entrance to the hotel it's connected to, and you'd often hear people screaming and shouting from the lobby. Regardless, it's a restaurant I'd like coming back to.
Top place to chill. Highly recommend the Macallan M Black, super smooth!

The Thanksgiving brunch was also a highlight, with many staying for hours to visit with family and enjoy the great food and Park Mimosas. The restaurant's food is crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and presented beautifully. Dishes offer rich, layered flavors that balance creativity and comfort, making every bite special. The live music adds to the cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxed dining and after-work drinks.
The quality of the food and the variety of flavors and influences is impressive. The service can be improved in terms of pacing and tempo, to allow guests more time to enjoy each course. The restaurant is known for its special tasting events, where chefs Cassese and Williams create outstanding meals with unusual ingredients and excellent sauces, complemented by carefully chosen paired wines.
