After walking in a narrow restaurant, we stepped into the most magical oasis in the back. Beautifully decorated with great natural light, fairy lights and wonderfully kind staff creating the most cozy and welcoming environment. As an influencer, I’m always chasing great food and vibes, and this spot nailed both.
Chef Deso personally presented each dish at the table, starting with their incredible bone marrow where are the Chef blow? Torch touch.

I asked Chef Deso to create something special for me, and he delivered a perfectly cooked steak paired with one of the most creamy, dreamy gnocchi I’ve had in Toronto. My date couldn’t stop raving about the Tuna and grilled octopus too.
What really stood out is that Chef runs the back of the house basically solo and with his wife, pouring so much heart into every plate and glass.
We did their dining menu special and honestly, for the quality and generosity, the price is ridiculously reasonable. I literally thought the price was per person, but it was per couple and I suggest this place to anyone that wants to take a date out for great food and beverages that’s affordable.
It felt like a true privilege to eat there.

“Learned about this place from Too Good To Go app and decided to come here for lunch with a friend. It is a little hard to spot since it is hidden in a small street. We heard this place just open a month ago, so might explain why the place wasn't too busy. Good for us, since we could sit by the cozy lounge area. I got the Avocado Toast, and my friend the Mediterranean Cauliflower. The Toast was super balanced and beautiful (and so much avocado!). The Cauliflower had a lot of components and was very filling. We both agreed the food was 10/10. if you coming for Cocktail, would recommend the Amethyst and the Carribean Sour!“

“We had an absolutely lovely experience here last night. We sat at the bar and had 3 courses of food, all beautifully presented and unique flavours. We were served by Ana who was informative, professional and enthusiastic about what she does. “Met friends at Lulu Bar on Wellington Street for recently and very much enjoyed the vibes, good cocktails and light bites to eat during their afternoon (3-6pm) happy hour period. Opening hours are 11.30am to late each evening. Drinks were all just fine. We were very happy with the food servings which were presentable and honestly all very good. Edamame, broccolini, kale salad, pork belly and burger were all good. Service friendly and timely, prices quite good during the happy hour period. Found Lulu to be a fun place to meet up with friends during happy hour. This is a good venue, one we'd be happy to revisit during future trips to Toronto.“

The heavenly hummus is silky smooth, rich in tahini creaminess, and subtly garlicky. A quenelle of green harissa adds a smoky char and gentle heat, while crisp, umami-rich falafel bites multiply the texture. A bright Banru blends feta, halloumi and chickpeas into a slightly coarse, chilli-tinted paste. The salty tang of the cheeses is tempered by chickpeas and enhanced by a sweet pickled tomatillo slice.
