Have been for dinner before with excellent service by Trevor and Susie, tomahawk steak was delicious, mushroom risotto. Great lunch today with wonderful service by Carla. Try the price fixe lunch - French onion soup and lobster bisque were so good as was the Nicoise salad and Bento box. Generous portion sizes. Opt for the two or three course (includes dessert).
The wife and I went here for a birthday dinner. Sat upstairs in the mezzanine which was quieter. Place was very busy for a Thursday night but our server was still friendly, attentive and efficient. Her name was Carla. They do a steak presentation of the different steaks they offer prior to ordering. Steak was well cooked and they have a large selection of seafood for pescatarians. My partner and I could not have been happier with the food and service. I cannot overstate how delicious the food was. We each ordered the Kobe Tenderloin. The cuts were brought to the table for approval before they were cooked. The other various cuts of meats were also shown prior to selection. Our waitor Vig, was attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Black & Blue to anyone looking for an elevated steakhouse experience.
