As good or better as what I've had in Spain with fresh mussels, clams, shrimp, calamari, (proper) Spanish chorizo and chicken. very authentic (my 6 year old loved it also). They also recommended a nice dry white wine to go with it. Picked up some imported chorizo and manchego for later 🤤.“

“Consistent - hours of operations (never close randomly), food since year 1 still amazing, price keeps you from wanting to go elsewhere, service is always kind, efficient & helpful. I’ve been going to 416 since year 1 of opening. Probably the only place in Toronto that has stayed this consistent for over a decade. Will always be my go to spot after a long day of work.“

“My girlfriends and I visited Planta a few weeks ago, and it was such a pleasant experience. It was my first time at the restaurant, and while I’m not vegan, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I’m currently limiting my dairy intake, so I was thrilled to satisfy my pizza craving with one of their delicious dairy-free options.

The service was fantastic—both Sid and Grace were such a pleasure. Grace was especially knowledgeable and helpful when we were placing our orders, and when there was a small issue with my meal, they handled it quickly, apologetically, and with kindness.

Our server Mays was knowledgeable, entertaining and prompt while servicing our table inside and tables outside. The manager, Ishaan checked on us frequently making us feel at home. When you consider the amount of courses and wine the price point was more than reasonable. We highly recommend this restaurant. Paella for the win!“

“I can’t say enough about our stay. I came to Toronto for surgery and had anxiety about the stay. They reached out to me numerous times to make sure I had a smooth stay. They even accommodated another night on short notice due to some complications that I had. Taylor, Nisha, Luis and everyone we came in contact with were stars in my books. They went above and beyond for my stay and I can’t thank them enough. Also the basket of bath products with a thoughtful letter was just lovely and blew me away. “We like the one at Carlton street so we decided to visit this one tonight. The food is good and we like the Thursday deal - it’s a Tsukune flight. This location may not have that many seats, it still has good vibe. BTW, it has a Ashahi beer for $6 on Thursday.“

“Very nice venue with art and decor. Winterlicious Apps and main dish (steak) were a little too salty in my opinion. Noise level was awful with the club next to us. All we heard were vibrating sounds. Insulation of the venue itself was quite poor; cold winds seeping through the walls. We ate dinner with our coats on. Not ideal. The most they could've done was offered us a free coffee.“

I had avocado maki, and it tasted really REALLY good. 👍 My parents had other stuff too and they liked it a lot and loved it a lot. So I’d highly recommend the food. And our waitress was really nice and always made sure we were cared for! The place was very vibey, and our karaoke machine was super good. It sounded awesome. “We had reservations for a party of 7 adults to celebrate a birthday. We happened to arrive on time at 5:30pm and were politely greeted and seated by Gabby. She informed us that we had arrived in time to take advantage of Happy Hour pricing for our drinks, which we agreed to. We ordered several glasses of wine and beer, and it was a nice surprise to pay much less than normal pricing. The service that she provided was exceptional and all of our party really enjoyed chatting with such a nice and friendly waitress. The food was excellent, and Gabby surprised our birthday person with a warm chocolate lava cake, which we all shared a tiny piece. Thank You, Gabby, and thank you Eden.“

“Learned about this place from Too Good To Go app and decided to come here for lunch with a friend. It is a little hard to spot since it is hidden in a small street. We heard this place just open a month ago, so might explain why the place wasn't too busy. Good for us, since we could sit by the cozy lounge area. I got the Avocado Toast, and my friend the Mediterranean Cauliflower. The Toast was super balanced and beautiful (and so much avocado!). The Cauliflower had a lot of components and was very filling. We both agreed the food was 10/10. if you coming for Cocktail, would recommend the Amethyst and the Carribean Sour!“

“We go to Corks for work lunch regularly. The food and drinks are great for the price. The atmosphere is great and quiet for conversations. The waiter Agusto is awesome and provides 5-star services all the time. He remembers all of our names and our orders and preferences. Lunch at Corks has become one of the reasons we come in to office for work!“

Love the vibes here. It really does remind me of Japanese izakaya. Their pressed sushi is a signature! Dont skip on the karaage cuz the sauce with a onsen egg is bomb!

It can get busy and its a small place. So go early!“

“The food is top-notch. The problem is when you go to Spain, Spanish cuisine is just regular food. Here it is exotic and gourmet and you have to pay for that privelge. I actually thought the portions were a little small. I know it is tapas but it would be quite expensive to fill up on tapas if you ate the quantity of food you would eat at a typical Canadian restaurant. A big bowl of bread would help... especially to mop up the womderful sauces.“

“Not a bad note at any time. Monica is a very good server who is knowledgeable, engaging but not smothering. There when needed. The food is inventive and so tasty. Small bites. Two of us ordered five dishes and loved them all. The sommelier, Tessa, makes an amazing Arancello (better than Limoncello)! Her wine list is interesting and extensive, covering most types and regions, but we would have liked more bottles from Ontario, although the ones provided are all really good. We shall be back.“

“I recently visited Clockwork for a beautiful tea for a close friend's big birthday celebration. There was a great selection of teas and delicious treats, including gluten-free and nut-free options for those with dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was perfect, and everyone had a wonderful time. Before the tea, I emailed Elise to make sure everything was perfect. She was very lovely and accommodating. The staff members Gemma and Leah were nice but also incredibly attentive, making our celebration even more special. The whole experience was great. I would highly recommend it!“

“I was here for a Heated Rivalry theme night. There were themed drinks (3 types, each with different types of alcohol and mixes, not like some places where they are all rum for example), there were two drag kings who performed that I didn't realize would be there which was super cool, edits were playing on the screen on the dance floor. I had a super positive experience here and would definitely go again!“

“Come here pretty often since almost 10 years ago, always a good choice for late night snack n drink.

They offer a huge menu from Japanese ramen, yakitori to western snacks like nachos, fries etc. Also a huge drink menu(mostly Asian liquor)but not an expensive one.

The vibe here is vivid but not too noisy, you don’t need to screaming to talk.

I’ll say it’s the place to enjoy drinking and having fun.“
