Service was stellar from the minute I walked in to walking out. Food was perfect and tasty! Reservations are definitely recommended and be prepared for louder environment as it’s lively and cozy! Staff couldn’t have treated me any better.
All I can say is - AMAZING. We initially wanted to order a few dishes to try out, but realized there was a tasting menu that they offered. Bar Isabel doesn't tell you much of the tasting menu, and it's a very interesting concept, but I can confidently say that everything about it was amazing. One of the best restaurants in the city! We started off with the sourdough bread with olive oil - it was super soft! Then we moved on to the bone marrow, which was very decadent - it came with bread and chimichurri. The grilled octopus was great, as usual. Something we tried different was the mushroom dish - which was meaty and delicious. Service and cocktails were amazing! Vibes were immaculate.
