I can’t say enough about our stay. I came to Toronto for surgery and had anxiety about the stay. They reached out to me numerous times to make sure I had a smooth stay. They even accommodated another night on short notice due to some complications that I had. Taylor, Nisha, Luis and everyone we came in contact with were stars in my books. Emily and Kim are noted for their excellent service, but Yenzi also received praise for being attentive without being intrusive.
