Madrina Bar y Tapas offers a fine and modern cuisine, although some dishes like the poulpe were too salty, the carpaccio was oily, and the spicy sauce on the patatas bravas was disappointing. The service was lacking, with forgotten cutlery and empty water glasses. Despite this, the menu was good and the service was friendly. The portions were smaller than expected, but the atmosphere and decor were lovely. There was a chef tasting menu available, although some found it overpriced, especially the $11 charge for bread. Overall, Madrina Bar y Tapas provides a unique dining experience with room for improvement in certain aspects.
