“Most places will offer vegan food but they just subtract ingredients from meat dishes and at best add tofu without even seasoning it. Really nice to go to a place that specializes, the fresh rolls and golden bags are a must. Very happy with the Pho as well“

“LOVE this place! The most delicious burrittos I've ever had! AND had to take 1/2 of them home as they were so filling. I had the shrimp while my friend had the smoked lamb and we shared them. Both were excellent. We loved sitting at the window table and watching everyone on College St. walk by with their dogs. Also $10 for a glass of Prosecco!?! Bargain! Decent prices and great service and atmosphere. We will be back. PS. Great place to hang out before a show at The Royal Theatre literally steps away.“

​The Food: Everything was amazing and incredibly tasty. The ingredients were fresh, and the broth bases had so much depth.
​The Service: The staff is very kind and nice. They were attentive throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed.
​The Value: They have a really good All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE) menu. There is a wide variety of meats, veggies, and snacks to choose from.

Their benne dosa and podi idli are absolutely spot on—fresh, flavorful, and reminiscent of home. The chutney served with it is the perfect complement, elevating the whole experience. “I was keeping in touch with this place since september 2025 cause I really want something special with my husband for our 10th anniversary together and the only thing I can say is this place was more than perfect. We've got an incredible waiter (Joydeep), we've got a lot of restriction with all the allergies I've got and the fact my husband is cœliac and they take care of both of us all night long. As a huge lamb lover, I was incredibly satisfied—the quality of the lamb was excellent and perfectly sliced. “Pleasantly surprised! A heads up that they no longer have the pizza, waffles, soup, Buddha bowl & (I think) burgers. Which might sound bad, but I much prefer a restaurant par down their ingredients and have everything be fresh than stale. Me and a friend both ordered the avocado toast, the balsamic glaze was a highlight and was so deliciously vinegary! The eggs were cooked just right with a slightly jammy centre and the toast came topped with some hemp hearts as well, and onion in the avocado spread. I'm not a fan of arugula generally but I found all the flavours to compliment each other well in this toast. I would come back here again if I was with my friend (a vegetarian) !“

This was a 10/10 dining experience for me, and pretty much the best I’ve had out in TO in a very long time. Just wow. “My favorite bar in Toronto! The interior of the bar is unlike any in the city. The staff, personable and individually interesting. The regulars, quite cool and the irregulars that just shoot in for a drink, are usually chill.

I have a soft spot for the place for personal reasons, but everyone I bring loves the place. Check it out, it's nestled between Milou and Project Gigglewater (usually outside of Summer, you'll see people awkwardly walk into Ruddy, thinking it's Milou or Gigglewater).“
