“I’ve been going to Pizza Pizza since I was in Grade 9, and one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back is because of Angela. She’s been working there for years, and she’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming every single time I’ve come in.

From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.

What I appreciate the most is how she remembers people and builds real connections with customers. Over the past four years, she’s recognized me, asked how I’ve been, and always greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency isn’t common, and it shows she truly cares about her job and the people she serves.

It’s rare to come across someone like Angela who leaves such a strong, positive impression just by being kind and dedicated. She’s a big reason why that Pizza Pizza location feels welcoming, and she definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every day.“

There is a fantastic range of options on their menu making it an excellent spot to stop for a specialty drink and appetizer, breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or cocktail hour. With every bite you can taste the quality of what you are eating. I ate there with my 3 and 6 year old recently and they loved it just as much as I did. I highly recommend everyone visits this unique spot and appreciates their ethos for themselves! If I lived in Toronto I would definitely be a regular customer.“

“My friend and I saw this place randomly. However, it was one the best choices we made that day🤩. The food was excellent. Portions were enormous. They even have a bundle for 2 which costs under 25 dollars per person and you get appetizer and main dish.😋
Our server Anna was very sweet and helpful. She guided us throught the Menu as it was our first time here. She was really quick and caring, the best combo for service.
The patio is located on the side street so there is no noise from the cars or people passing by.
Overall, we loved it 😍. Will definitely come back one more time.“

“Dropped by tonight and ordered the happy hour appetizer- squash tacos, humus and pita platter. Both were fresh, and so tasty. Portion size was perfect to share between two people. Our food came out pretty fast. Jacob was our server, he was knowledgeable and was a joy to talk. Loved his personality.

“In total agreement with their sparkling reviews. Had a takeout falafel wrap (the best we’ve ever had) and all the descriptives apply. Fresh ingredients, tasty generous filling, perfectly dressed condiments, a warm toasted pita and all wrapped in a way that’s easy to eat and you don’t wind up wearing. And talk about a bang for your buck it was hard to finish at one sitting.
On entering Delinas your immediately struck not only by the presentation of their food but also by the cleanliness, organization and engaging staff. We will certainly be returning to try their shawarma wraps and plates.

Its alot of item which can be without onion garlic on the menu but the person didn't even check with the chef.

“What a gem! We were in the mood for something different and this was it! From the outside, this place is so unassuming but the vibe inside is so chill! We went on a Thursday night and it was packed! This actually made us excited because it was obvious this place was good! I got two tacos, one carne asada and one beef bulgogi and OMG! Both were absolutely flavorful and fresh! The chips were so crunchy and fresh too! The queso was so creamy and perfectly spicy (beware if you’re sensitive to heat because it has a bite). My mom got the bowl and loved it! The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful! The service was spectacular and the food came out pretty fast considering how busy it was! I highly recommend!“

“Delicious vegan Caribbean food in the heart of Kensington Market. Veggie D'light hits the spot for lunch on a weekend. I had their meal with jerk saitan, veggies and basmati/quinoa. I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

“6 out of 5 STARS. My husband & I went for BRUNCH on a Saturday. First time to the establishment. The food was outstanding, as was the service. Our server CLIO was great. She was helpful, friendly and very patient with us – I had a lot of questions, it being our first time.

I had the BUILD A BENNY and my husband had the HORCHATA FRENCH TOAST. The PORTION SIZE was PERFECT. Our COCKTAILS were also quite delicious. (They do NOT have tomato juice, so sadly – no Bloody Marys. LOL)

I was lucky enough to be one of the FIRST to try the NEW HOLLANDAISE infused with BEETROOT JUICE. It was delcious.

In the end I ended up BUYING a bottle of the IN HOUSE HOT SAUCE – it tasted SUPER FRESH, HERBACIOUS & HOT HOT HOT.

We cannot WAIT to come back to try the DINNER MENU!
We did NOT have a rezo, but I think we were a little lucky – so, going forward, I will make a reservation.“

“This location is always slammed and I can’t imagine working in a place like this. I always try to be kind to the workers here. They are always kind back, the food was standard for NYF. Overall the atmosphere can be chaotic but if you are kind to these guys they will be kind back.“

“Phenomenal experience! This local bakery has such a wonderful selection of pastries, which are a little pricey, but great as a treat! They do also have Bang Bang Ice Cream flavours that were delectable & perfect if you don’t want to go to their location (that typically has a pretty long wait). The service was helpful and friendly, along with a reliable team that makes the line go fast! The seating is limited, but the window seats are really great for a small rendezvous. Overall, I’ll definitely be returning to Bakerbots Baking for another treat!“

“I’m not gonna lie, this place changed how I view Pizza Pizza. The poppers and large pizza I ordered were just…incredible. I have no words. Pro tip: when the pizza is delivered, through it in the oven at 350 for around 5 minutes for the PERFECT crisp. Coming back for more jalapeño poppers ASAP.“

“Came here on my first day after moving in to the neighbourhood and who I presume is the owner was so sweet and kind! He gave me directions for things nearby and talked to me during my meal, and his kid looked like she was having a lot of fun as well. I ordered the Aloo Paratha and the plate was steaming hot when it came out and was the size of my chest, and it was 7 bucks! I gave a huge tip and I plan to return many times in the future!“
