“I’ve been going to Pizza Pizza since I was in Grade 9, and one of the main reasons I’ve kept coming back is because of Angela. She’s been working there for years, and she’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming every single time I’ve come in.

From the start, Angela made the experience better. Whether it’s a busy rush or a quiet day, she treats everyone with the same respect and positive energy. She takes the time to listen, gets orders right, and never makes you feel rushed. Even when it’s hectic, she stays calm and professional, which really stands out.

What I appreciate the most is how she remembers people and builds real connections with customers. Over the past four years, she’s recognized me, asked how I’ve been, and always greeted me with a smile. That kind of consistency isn’t common, and it shows she truly cares about her job and the people she serves.

It’s rare to come across someone like Angela who leaves such a strong, positive impression just by being kind and dedicated. She’s a big reason why that Pizza Pizza location feels welcoming, and she definitely deserves recognition for the effort she puts in every day.“

With every bite you can taste the quality of what you are eating. I ate there with my 3 and 6 year old recently and they loved it just as much as I did. I highly recommend everyone visits this unique spot and appreciates their ethos for themselves! If I lived in Toronto I would definitely be a regular customer.“

“Absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh. We ordered the squash tacos, the swoosh, and the onion rings, and every single dish was amazing. The sauces were incredible too—they really took everything to the next level!

Ana was our server today, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, energetic, and welcoming, and provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She also had such a warm and lovely personality that made the experience even better.

Soup and salad were fresh and delicious.
Chel did a wonderful service and suggested to order soup and salad separately since I didn’t want to have pita or bread .
This was a great suggestion as I got more salad that I love .
Service was also excellent .

“We came here for Summerlicious after a trip to the nearby Lossande art trail. The food was fantastic and our server, Monica, was the kind of iconic friendly you can only expect in the east end. So glad we found this place, highly recommend.“

Its alot of item which can be without onion garlic on the menu but the person didn't even check with the chef.

Regardless of that the place is very good they have ac seating . The food is on costlier side ofc but it's good.“

“What a gem! We were in the mood for something different and this was it! From the outside, this place is so unassuming but the vibe inside is so chill! We went on a Thursday night and it was packed! This actually made us excited because it was obvious this place was good! I got two tacos, one carne asada and one beef bulgogi and OMG! Both were absolutely flavorful and fresh! The chips were so crunchy and fresh too! The queso was so creamy and perfectly spicy (beware if you’re sensitive to heat because it has a bite). My mom got the bowl and loved it! The ingredients looked super fresh and colorful! The service was spectacular and the food came out pretty fast considering how busy it was! I highly recommend!“

“Delicious vegan Caribbean food in the heart of Kensington Market. Veggie D'light hits the spot for lunch on a weekend. I had their meal with jerk saitan, veggies and basmati/quinoa. I asked about the soup of the day and was promptly offered a taste by the friendly chef. Had the medium soup as well--a delicious rich soup with yams and coconut milk. Now I have a new favorite lunch spot.“

“This location is always slammed and I can’t imagine working in a place like this. I always try to be kind to the workers here. They are always kind back, the food was standard for NYF. Overall the atmosphere can be chaotic but if you are kind to these guys they will be kind back.“

“The Bull BBQ Pit on St. Clair is one of the best BBQ places I’ve visited in Toronto! The food is delicious — especially the brisket and pulled pork — and the portions are generous. “I’m not gonna lie, this place changed how I view Pizza Pizza. The poppers and large pizza I ordered were just…incredible. I have no words. Pro tip: when the pizza is delivered, through it in the oven at 350 for around 5 minutes for the PERFECT crisp. Coming back for more jalapeño poppers ASAP.“

“I always come here for breakfast with my wife and our young daughter for Tibetan breakfast. The great thing about Garleek kitchen is that the restaurant offers all of its main meals (dumplings, chow mein, chilli chicken, shapele, etc) right from opening hours at 8 am so we always have some main meals along with the Tibetan breakfast which in of itself is a good and filling proportion. 10/10.“

“Our only regret is not coming here sooner.
We went today for lunch with our 2yo baby and they were very accomodating. Gave us a quieter area of the restaurant, time to review the menu, and were always ready to assist.
The food was impeccable! It came very fast and was very tasty. The beef brisket curry and the crispy beef were phenomenal, and the fried rice was exactly as we expected.
We certainly recommend this place and will come back soon!“
