You can also order custom-made cakes for birthdays and special occasions, which makes it even more special.
Their tea selection is wonderful — they serve Sloane tea, which is one of my personal favorites, and their jams are just as impressive.
The staff is always polite, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, which makes the whole experience even better.

“I come to this Pizza Pizza almost every day, and it’s easily one of my favorite spots. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming—they’ve even memorized my regular order, which says a lot about their attention to customers.

The chefs here clearly know what they’re doing, and the food is consistently excellent. The panzerotti, in particular, is the best I’ve had compared to other locations I’ve tried—perfectly cooked and full of flavor every time.

“This location is amazing, food does take a while to come out since there are always a lot people between 11:40 and 12:40 since it’s since it’s during school lunch hours. Service can be quicker and i would love not to get ignored sometimes. But overall, I love this establishment.“

“I went today, owner was so nice. She let me try some items, so yummy. I will be making trips often. I bought ravioli, gnocchi, pizza crust, focaccia, bagels and flour so I can make my own French crepes and custard this weekend. Pierangela the owner was so interested in what needs I had regarding being gf and explained how to prepare all the items I bought in detail. Chel did a wonderful service and suggested to order soup and salad separately since I didn’t want to have pita or bread .

“I’ve been to this location several times now for cakes, macarons, ice cream… and from my experience this one has by far the best service and desserts every time (I’ve also been to the downtown location on Spadina and the one in Richmond Hill), I picked up a small Mont Blanc today I preordered months in advance during a promo for my birthday and the staff working there was very friendly and sweet and I really appreciated the hand-written message card that came with it! 🥹 Cake was of course delicious and a hit with everyone in my family, big thanks for making the drive in today’s snowy weather worth it 🙏❤️“

“Had a great service at this location, ordered 4 medium pizzas, 8 drinks, and 4 dips. Food was anazing but took awhile. One worker was locked in at the front and did alot of work and deserves a raise. The other worker, (Antoon) stayed in the back either prepping some up, or prepping himself. Antoon rarely came to the front and displayed a mean/nonchalant face. Additionally, he came to the front and pulled 4 plastics bags which was his first appearance. To conclude my review, I would ljke to thank the worker for basically carrying Antoon by doing all the work in a busy time. Antoon, I don’t think pizza pizza is a great a fit for you. Maybe you were in training or prepping something in the back, but please try to display yourself more often and take orders, instead of just pulling out bags and staying in the back.

First of all, the lovely girl who greeted us when we walked in, SOPHIA (I hope that’s how you spell her name) what a ray of sunshine. She’s so cute, and honestly, talking to her made my evening, seriously.

We later met GISELE, and her social skills are exactly what I would describe as kind and welcoming. She had really good banter, and she was making me laugh. She was cracking funny jokes when I was sad about the lobster and crab dip (srsly guys, why???!?!), and overall, she just had such a good attitude. This is how I want to be treated when I go to a restaurant!!!!!! There were more employees at this restaurant who were so sweet. I didn’t get their names, but literally every person we spoke to was just so amazing.

I am so beyond pleased with how I was treated by your staff. I haven’t had service that good at a Jack Astor’s in a long time.

It’s only giving me an option for 5 stars, but if I could put 10, I would.

The music was great — all bangers. Chef’s kiss.

The food was yummy as always. We got the Karen pizza. So good. I recommend it for sure.

“At first glance, the store looked pretty empty, but the place looks nice, we were nicely greeted by the employee pretty fast compared to the other store I've been to, which I also think is the only one in the store. My friend ordered curly fries, they came out pretty nice, they were hot and good. When we left, the server made sure that we were happy with our order, asked us and doubled checked if we wanted a bag for it and ketchup.“
