“Great location and the food was made and cooked perfectly. As always got the four cheese spinach dip and hubby and me decided on burgers. Both were cooked and plated to perfection. Fries are a nice thick cut fry and cooked decently, but I would ask for well done next time as I prefer my fries a bit more crispy. Our server could of replenished our drinks before we finished eating, but it wasnt the end of the world. Just decided to not buy an additional round of drinks as we were pretty much done eating. As a customer thats okay, as a business owner they missed out on the upsale of a second round.“

“I’ve been to this location several times now for cakes, macarons, ice cream… and from my experience this one has by far the best service and desserts every time (I’ve also been to the downtown location on Spadina and the one in Richmond Hill), I picked up a small Mont Blanc today I preordered months in advance during a promo for my birthday and the staff working there was very friendly and sweet and I really appreciated the hand-written message card that came with it! 🥹 Cake was of course delicious and a hit with everyone in my family, big thanks for making the drive in today’s snowy weather worth it 🙏❤️“

“Been here a few times. Great customer service. Friendly and quick. Quality is great. Couple of spots to sit down and eat which aren't usually too busy so you'll likely find a place to sit if that's what you want. Typically I see people getting take out.

Best Pizza and Even Better Service!

I had an amazing experience at this pizza place! Not only was the pizza absolutely delicious—crispy crust, rich toppings, and perfectly melted cheese—but the service was what truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. The staff was attentive, quick to take the order, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit.

They even took the time to check in after serving the food to see if we needed anything else. The place was clean, the atmosphere was cozy, and the team clearly cared about making every customer feel welcome. It's rare to find this level of service nowadays!

“Incredibly tasting mock meat. There are a ton of options, from mock chicken to lamb, pork, beef, El, shrimp, bacon, and duck! The mock duck is uncanny how real and yummy it appears and tastes! I'd serve this at a dinner party to nonvegans as it is very convincing and probably tastier than the real thing. It's nice to have access to compassionate 'meats'; no killing or harm; just yummy food made from plants!“

The service was excellent and quick, contrary to some reviews that mentioned uncooperative staff; I didn’t experience any issues. We ordered 2 sets of Halwa Puri, 2 Lamb Paaya with Sesame & Garlic Naan, and Mango Lassi, all of which had a great taste with an authentic touch of Lahore. However, in my opinion, they need to improve their lighting and the tea, which wasn’t up to par. I also met the owner at the counter, who was a friendly and jolly person.“

“Supra- The middle-aged employee was working very hard and showed great patience while dealing with customers, even when one customer was extremely rude. During busy hours like this, Pizza Pizza should consider hiring more staff—having only one person manage everything is not enough.

At first, the cashier seemed a bit off with us, but after seeing the kind of behavior he had to deal with, I can understand his frustration.

“I just ate pizza from this location, me and my friends were eating and one of the guy with spex working here suddenly said that area is closed and all that and we were not familiar with that thing and no one told us. “Krish — the white guy with lots of tattoos — always made our visits to Pizza Pizza extra special. I used to come here often with my family, and he was always super friendly, respectful, and welcoming. He really brought positive energy every time we walked in.
