“I went today, owner was so nice. She let me try some items, so yummy. I will be making trips often. I bought ravioli, gnocchi, pizza crust, focaccia, bagels and flour so I can make my own French crepes and custard this weekend. Pierangela the owner was so interested in what needs I had regarding being gf and explained how to prepare all the items I bought in detail. I highly recommend making a trip to Nate’s, you won’t be disappointed.“

“I’ve been coming here for years. I always just get a pizza. In the past, I have found it thin and dry crust. Today the mystery was solved. The woman asked if I wanted thin or regular crust ? Who knew there was an option! I was never asked or advised. I ordered the regular crust , and it was delicious 😋. Staff are very nice.“

“I had a great experience at New York Fries in Woodgrove Center. The fries were fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what you'd expect from a place that specializes in fries. I tried the Butter Chicken Poutine.

The service was quick and friendly, even during a busy lunch hour. The staff seemed organized, and my order was ready faster than I anticipated.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price—it’s a bit on the higher side for the portion size, but the quality does make up for it.

Overall, I’d recommend New York Fries if you're in the mood for high-quality fries or poutine while shopping at Woodgrove.“

“Customer Service here is a 10 at a time.I originally ordered something for my birthday. Was told it would come in time but unfortunately I ordered it after three p m. So it wasn't able to come in time. And these people went out of their way to make my day extra special. Honestly Warmed my heart. They gave me a few extra freebies. “Highly recommend: The Knafeh. It’s my favorite Middle Eastern dessert, and I love that they serve it on a hot cast iron plate to keep it warm. Although the texture of the phyllo pastry was a bit too thin, so it became soggy quite quickly as the ice cream melted, which was a bit of a letdown.

Overall: It’s a very cute cafe with a nice atmosphere, and a great option if you’re looking for a spot that stays open late!“

“Had a great service at this location, ordered 4 medium pizzas, 8 drinks, and 4 dips. Food was anazing but took awhile. One worker was locked in at the front and did alot of work and deserves a raise. The other worker, (Antoon) stayed in the back either prepping some up, or prepping himself. Antoon rarely came to the front and displayed a mean/nonchalant face. Additionally, he came to the front and pulled 4 plastics bags which was his first appearance. To conclude my review, I would ljke to thank the worker for basically carrying Antoon by doing all the work in a busy time. Antoon, I don’t think pizza pizza is a great a fit for you. Maybe you were in training or prepping something in the back, but please try to display yourself more often and take orders, instead of just pulling out bags and staying in the back.

“At first glance, the store looked pretty empty, but the place looks nice, we were nicely greeted by the employee pretty fast compared to the other store I've been to, which I also think is the only one in the store. My friend ordered curly fries, they came out pretty nice, they were hot and good. When we left, the server made sure that we were happy with our order, asked us and doubled checked if we wanted a bag for it and ketchup.“

“They have switched to Thai, but still have many of the Chinese favourites. I wholeheartedly appreciate fully gluten free restaurants as a celiac person.

It would have been nice if our server was a bit more attentive. I waited close to 20 minutes after finishing before I had to get up and ask if I could please get my bill. A neighboring table also seemed annoyed that they were sitting longer than my partner and I for their bill, and seemed surprised that they needed to get up and ask for theirs as well.“

“A very cosy uptown restaurant ! I have been several times over the years and it never disappoints. Was there again last night and have to say the veal scallopini was excellent. “While doing a little weekend bakery hopping in Toronto, we decided to wander into Nadege, after leaving another cafe down the street. What a treat!

First off, the butter croissant was a pretty decent price in comparison to nearby bakeries. And it was quite tasty.

My personal favourite is the apple crumble danish…both the mini version and the full size version. But the mini cheesecake comes in a close second. And the chocolate croissant and almond croissant tie for third.
