“I went here with one of my colleagues between lunch and dinner, so the restaurant was not busy. The food is great for the price: Fresh mango salad, fresh rolls, and curry are all authentic...and the food came FAST! The music was a whole chill 2000s throwback vibe and the food wasn't expensive and the cost was on par with the quality and service. Some points to note:

- If you are a wheelchair user, you may want to order delivery as the restaurant's front door is not wheelchair accessible as there is a small step up at the threshold. This can be fixed by installing a threshold ramp.

- They have many great vegetarian and dairy-free options, with tofu-based dishes available.

- They can accommodate dairy allergies.

Overall, it's a fun little chill spot to hang out with your friends, and the staff is good with splitting bills. :)”

“I've been coming to this restaurant since it first opened many years ago. The food was very tasty, but I have a sensitive stomach -- so I was quite unwell afterwards. I'm not sure if others are experiencing the same? I'm curious if it's just me? I made sure to stay away from fully raw items.

There's quite a bit of selection on the dinner menu, my favourites were the maggi shrimp and the torched salmon sushi.

“I had a great experience at Mr Nick’s Grill! The Greek omelette was the best—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and packed with fresh ingredients. The feta, veggies, and seasoning were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was generous.

The service was excellent as well. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. “I usually order from Fresh Burger through Uber Eats because the buy 1 get 1 deals are honestly great for my lunch breaks, but what keeps me coming back is the service. Carmalyne always remembers my order and makes my burger exactly how I like it, even adding mayo when the app doesn’t give the option for certain burger sizes. That kind of attention to detail really stands out.

Every time I go in, she greets me with a smile and you can genuinely tell she enjoys her job. She’s often singing while working and it makes the whole atmosphere feel welcoming and positive.

“Right off the bat I can whole heartedly recommend coming here and at least trying the food. I've been to a lot of Vietnamese Cuisine all around Southern Ontario, plenty good, and some okay. Com Pho The Ky, is in my opinion, is among the top; a place where the taste, portion of the dish, and the price of the meal offer exceptional value.

When I visit, I'm attended to right away - not once do I have to wait to be noticed. The food arrives together on time, while it's still hot. You can reasonably feed 2 people off a single dish's portions, so you'll always leave the restaurant full or with a take-out box. The taste (at least for the Phở Bò Kho) is rich and full, not watered down or tame, which you may or may not prefer - however for me this is a welcome experience.

Don't be fooled by aesthetic or atmosphere of the restaurant, it's clean and quiet (at least when I eat there after work), and it gets the job done. You go here to eat plenty of good food for good prices, where you can have a peaceful meal without being rushed.

I have to specifically mention the Friday night team because they are absolutely amazing. There is one gentleman who I believe may be a manager (although I’m not completely sure) who is always so friendly, professional, and welcoming. Now for the food perfection every single time. My order is usually a sweet tea and a large fry, and somehow they always get it exactly right. The sweet tea is consistently fresh and delicious, and the fries are always hot, crispy, and generously filled. It might sound funny, but I genuinely spend the week looking forward to my Friday Chick fil A run. Nothing hits quite like that sweet tea and those fries after a long week.

What I appreciate most is the consistency. Whether it’s busy or quiet, whether I’m dining in or taking food to go, the experience is always excellent. That’s rare these days, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back week after week.

“I want to take a moment to recognize a McDonald’s employee named Lovekaran (I hope I’m pronouncing his name correctly). I honestly haven’t had such a positive experience in a fast-food restaurant in at least five years.

It was very clear that this guy either truly loves his job, loves kids — or both — and was simply having a wonderful day and sharing that energy with everyone around him.

We ordered my 5-year-old son a burger with no pickles. Of course, my son found one pickle and, being a serious little complainer, made a big deal out of it. I jokingly told him to go complain — and he actually did.

Lovekaran listened to my son so attentively and respectfully, like he genuinely mattered. What impressed me most was that he didn’t push another burger or rush the situation. Instead, he calmly told my son that once he finished his meal, he could come back for an ice cream. That small gesture meant a lot — my son felt heard, respected, and happy.

This kind of kindness and patience is rare, especially in fast-food environments. Employees like Lovekaran make a real difference and leave a lasting impression.

It’s clear they’ve put effort into improving the overall vibe of the place. That said, there are a few changes to be aware of—most notably, they are now selling the Dubai series or offering fresh fruits, which might disappoint some regular customers.

On the plus side, this location offers cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory, which is a nice treat to find in-store. They also frequently run bubble tea specials, often offering two drinks for under $25, making it a decent value if you’re going with a friend.

If you’re particular about what goes into your drink, it’s important to ask whether it’s made from fresh fruit or powder. “Looks impressive and smells really nice, so we decided to try it while passing through the mall. The server was extremely kind and explained clearly all the menu. The taste of the pretzels was good, though not amazing. We tried the salted one with extra parmesan seasoning. It is still worth trying, and perhaps other flavors are better. Overall, it is a nice concept, a good idea, and it is clear the place is doing very well.”
