“Originally came in for a quick sandwich but was surprised by the quality of service and genuine care Mona put into making the subs! They were gorgeous and well portioned it made me realize i havent seen a sub come out this well in years lol. Seriously she does deserve a shoutout for the amount of care and intention she puts into her job ❤“

“Delicious doner sandwiches with really nice house made bread. Tasty fries too. Very clean establishment with noce service and easy parking in front. Will come back again! I like their stamp system too and got free fries with my order. Nice incentive to come back.“

“I’ve been to this Mr. Sub location quite a few times, and it’s always been a great experience. The staff, especially Meshwa and Manav, are incredibly friendly, cooperative, and consistently provide excellent customer service. They make every visit welcoming and ensure orders are prepared just right. As a nice bonus, they even offer a free cookie with the purchase of a sub, which is such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and good food!“

“The scrambled egg sandwich with avocado spread hit just right after the Jays game. I am definitely the most interesting thing you will find on this menu tonight, so if you are a guy with good taste, feel free to say hello when you see me around.“

“Had a great experience at Subway today thanks to Atit Gurung. He was fast, friendly, and very professional. He made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and kept everything clean and organized while preparing my sandwich. Great customer service like this makes a big difference. Highly recommend!“

“I had ordered online but I selected this location when I was across the city at another. Called into the store to cancel my order because online firehouse support could not help. This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

“Had a great experience at Subway! I tried one of the Power Bowls, and it was fresh, tasty, and made quickly. The customer service was excellent! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained, which made the visit even better. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!“

“Yesterday I was so happy to see Sneha at this Subway as well! This is already the third time I’ve seen her at different Subway locations, and every time, the customer service she provides is excellent. The way she treats customers is truly outstanding—I would give her 10 stars if I could!

This is also my third time leaving a good review for Sneha because she is always consistent with her excellent customer service. Every time I see her, she is friendly, welcoming, and makes sure customers have a great experience.

I rarely come to this Subway and usually visit other locations nearby where she works, but when I was leaving dollarama , I saw Sneha inside cleaning the dining area. We decided to come in because we know she makes really good subs. She always suggests new sandwiches for us to try and recommends the best sauces that go well with them. Every time, the experience and the food are the best!“

“Everything is just fab! Lev is the best!!“

“Great service! Came an hour before close wanting the sub dog and although they were no longer prepped the lady serving us went out of her way to prepare one for me which was super kind. I already had a back up sub in mind in case they were out but I ended up leaving with what I originally wanted so shout out to her! Will come again!“

“Amazing restaurant with great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere! Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great experience and really enjoyed our time here. Definitely one of the places I would happily visit again. Highly recommended! ❤“

“I often order from this store, food is always ready on time, portions are correct, I’ve never had a mistake in terms of toppings. I’ve had one time, out of dozens of orders where the bread was a bit stale, but otherwise it’s been great every time.

The store is extremely clean too.“

“Best sandwich you can ever have. Bread was fresh, the pesto cream is amazing and the meat is sliced so thin that it almost melt in your mouth.

Update: changing it to 4 stars (food is good) however 8 months later and I see they are going cheaper on the experience (replacing nice box for paper and less amount of meat) for the same price or more. Used to feel more luxurious, it seems the business strategy changed.“

“This place absolutely feels like old Toronto vibes from the 2010s. I stopped eating subway from 2021 and I took a long break from subs. I always used to pass by mr sub thinking subway is way better but now in reality I absolutely love Mr sub even more. I ordered a large white traditional grill chicken sub and it was fantastic. Such amazing workers they got at the front! Also Canadian own which makes it even better! They also have a Mr sub app to get free combos and free small or large sub after buying the 9th you would get your 10th for free.“

“I had a great experience at Subway today. The food was fresh and prepared just the way I wanted. Preyati provided excellent customer service, she was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Her positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Preyati!“

“Every month for the past 2years plus i have gone past this place and never really gave it much of a glance. However i was at a wedding last weekend and the Black Camel, catered it. I tried the steak, mayo and caramelized onions sandwich, it was delicious and very filling. Went back today to get more steak sandwiches and also to try the pulled pork, 10/10 for taste, seasoning and the amount of filling to bread ratio is devine and all served with a friendly smile. We will be back for sure.“

“I recently visited Subway, and it was a great experience! The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and patient while helping me customize my sub. I really liked how fresh the ingredients were — the vegetables were crisp, the bread was warm, and the meat tasted great.“

“I would like to give a special shoutout to Shree. She was exceptionally helpful throughout my ordering process, provided wonderful product recommendations, and demonstrated deep knowledge about the menu. Her customer service was truly top-notch. Thanks to her amazing suggestions, I had a fantastic lunch!“

“I had a very positive experience with Kritika. She provided excellent service with a professional and friendly approach. She was attentive, polite, and ensured that all my concerns were addressed clearly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the effort she put into making the process smooth and stress-free. Kritika’s dedication and customer-focused attitude reflect great professionalism, and I would highly recommend her service to others.”“

“The store is very clean, and the lady working there is very friendly and respectful. She makes the sandwich perfect 👌 and honestly always have a smile on her face to greet me each morning when I stop by for my lunch. Excellent customer service and clean store.“

“From the moment you walk in the door. Friendly greeting by all. I was not disappointed with my 1st order. Do not skip adding a hasbrown to your order. we'll.done and I hope you have a very successful business.“

“This is my always go to store. I’ve been at this subway location couple of times and the subs here are always good. Sejal’s customer service is really great, she always greets with a smile and makes the sub so good. All the food served here is so fresh and tasty! I’ll come back soon !“

“I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.

What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.

The place itself was clean and organized.“

“Loved the tofu sandwich. Crispy bread, flavourful fillings. I also loved the iced tea. Can't wait to try the rice dishes. So happy they opened in my neighbourhood!“

“I would like to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Vraj at this Subway location.
We recently started ordering sandwiches here, and every experience has been outstanding.
Vraj is caring, attentive, and very accurate with every order. It’s truly a pleasure to be served by someone so professional and kind.
Thank you for the great service.“

“Muy buena comida y excelente servicio“

“My mom ordered the 'meals of the day' since i wanted a cookie and my mom told me we could buy some later if i wanted more, and this pretty lady named Preeti said we could just scan the QR code to leave a review for a FREE COOKIEE, SOOO here I am writing a review. I would say GOOD costumer service and a staff with humor“

“I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Saumya! He prepared my Veggie Patty Footlong sub perfectly, with great attention to detail and fresh ingredients. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and one of the best I've had. Saumya was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you for making my meal so enjoyable. Highly recommended!“

“Ordered via the App at this Subway at Peanut Plaza for a quick lunch and got a footlong. Honestly, it was pretty good. The bread was fresh, veggies were crisp, and it was made exactly how I wanted. Nothing crazy mind-blowing, but it's a solid, clean location if you're in the area and just want a reliable sandwich that hits the spot. Friendly service too. Would come back.“

“Best sandwiches for sure ❤️“

“Stopped in for a quick bite and had a great experience overall. Roya made our subs and she was efficient, friendly, and courteous. She worked quickly while still being attentive, which made for excellent service.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and compact. It's better suited for takeout or grab-and-go orders than dining in, but it has a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and good value for what you get.

The only disappointment was the drink selection. At first glance, we thought it was a Coke Freestyle machine with lots of options, but it turned out to be a Pepsi machine with only a handful of generic choices. There was only one diet drink available, which was disappointing if you're looking for more variety.

Overall, great service from Roya, clean restaurant, fair prices, and tasty subs. I'd definitely come back.“

“The bagels are the best!!!! With cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich you can't beat them!!! ;)“

“I com here often for the classic banh mi with pork floss, and it never disappoints. It's my go to banh mi spot in Toronto.

What really makes this place stand out, is the people. I lost my wallet here a few days ago, and the staff were incredibly kind and honest. They kept it safe for me and returned it with everything inside. That level of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about the people who work here.

Great food and even better service—I can't recommend this place enough!“

“Great sandwich with perfect portions of toppings. It was busy and took about 15 minutes, but the gentleman working there was fast, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciate his effort—hope he sees this review!“

“Khatra was absolutely amazing! She provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience very welcoming. She greeted every customer with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Her friendliness, professionalism, and attention to customers really stood out. Great service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Khatra!“

“This subway store fast and nice service also their cookies are delicious I will buy again .“

“Amazing just like I remember from 1983!!! Great to be able to stop in.“

“We order from this Subway every week. The owners, Ellen and Wayne, are absolutely wonderful. They are so friendly and give amazing service. There have been a couple cases where our order was different to other weeks and the checked that we had ordered the right thing. We will never use a different subway!!!“

“Subway in Oak Ridges is always a reliable stop for a fresh, tasty meal. The staff here are friendly, the service is quick, and the ingredients are consistently fresh. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and they always get my order just right. A great spot in our neighborhood“

“Noor made me a sandwich and Boy OH Boy did it slap?!?! Yes, indeed!
I had a Blackforest Ham sandwich on a Thursday ‘special day’ (the way Noor would like it) and I’d ask for it again!! Tbh, I’m not a fan of pickles but she added some to the sandwich and NOOR…THANK YOU! I’ll be back soon for my cookie and another one of your sandwiches 😁“

“Love seeing you thrive“

“I've been eating at this Subway location for years. I've always found the staff super friendly and professional. It's my go-to location in the Midtown area (I have 3-4 to choose from) . Shout out to Bahar and Hemanth who are really pleasant and always serve with a smile. Also my sandwich comes out exactly as I want it when I order via the app. Keep up the good work y'all.“

“This is by far the best California sandwich location they stack the meat and have great service. Had a small issue today where they forgot some sauce ( mistakes happen ) but they took care of us. It was so refreshing to deal with people that made things right without having to make a big deal out of it. Appreciate the food and staff here this type of service is almost impossible to come by these days.“

“Always the best location over any other MR. SUB. Always fresh ingredients, always best service. We have never had anything but the best from them. If need be I'll go out of my way to go to this location for a sub. Prices r perfect and again subs r fresh and made perfectly. Love love love this location. 🥰🥰“

“Best place nd the staff from girl name nandini is awesome, cooperative best!!!“

“Honestly, this place blew away my expectations. The portion sizes are nice, the food quality was great and the prices were incredible. I didn't know places like this still existed. One commenter described this place as a hidden gem and I completely agree. Definitely consider grabbing a quick bite to eat here if you're in the area. I've been to a lot of places and I can say I usually have more complaints than nice things to say. This place is an exception.“
