An owner who shows incipient in daily operations changes the atmosphere and the employees must feel it as well because they are happier and eager to help. “I don’t understand all these other reviews; all I’ve seen is great customer service and genuine kindness every time I visit. The food is absolutely delicious. I am personally a huge fan of their sandwiches, especially the tuna sub, which is always fresh and made exactly how I like it.
Beyond the food, the staff really makes the experience. Essa was an amazing cashier during my visit. He went out of his way to help me navigate the menu and made sure I had everything I needed for my order. It is rare to find that level of care and attention these days.
