“Sandwich and service good as usual but what on earth happened to the Olives? They used to be this incredible spicy flavour and they have changed the recipe to be not spicy and very heavy on salt and what I think is Oregano or another non-spicy taste? Super disappointing and I hope it's just this location doing their own thing with the Olives.“

“The owner comes in regularly and speaks to the customers. Asks they are enjoying the food and if there is anything they can improve on. An owner who shows incipient in daily operations changes the atmosphere and the employees must feel it as well because they are happier and eager to help. Very grateful for the Rutherford and Weston location. A staple in our community“

“Had a great experience at this location. It was clean, ( including the bathroom). The gentleman that helped me took his time, and was incredibly pleasant. Normally I wouldn’t take the time to review a sub shop, but honestly this location deserves it.“

“We went in 30 minutes before closing and the owners had already put away alot of the stuff for closing, we ordered 3 subs and the owner without missing a beat made all 3 like it was 12pm, made them with care and expertise. “I don’t understand all these other reviews; all I’ve seen is great customer service and genuine kindness every time I visit. The food is absolutely delicious. I am personally a huge fan of their sandwiches, especially the tuna sub, which is always fresh and made exactly how I like it.
Beyond the food, the staff really makes the experience. Essa was an amazing cashier during my visit. He went out of his way to help me navigate the menu and made sure I had everything I needed for my order. It is rare to find that level of care and attention these days.
