“My family and I are previous owners of 2 Mr.Sub stores in Toronto and let me tell you, this store is excellent. I remember growing up making sandwiches for people and just having a great time with customers because we were in the community and everyone knew us; why am I sharing this? Because for the first time in a very long time I felt that moment again just through eating a sandwich today at this exact location. I ordered through skip the dishes and not only did they get my order correct down to the very last item and request, but they were not stingy and the bread was not old or frozen like some of these owners do to save costs. As a previous owner, I understand all too well the struggles of being a franchisee with a Mr.Sub, and everywhere I go I see many Mr.Subs failing because of poor ownership and it’s really sad. This place is doing it right and they deserve 5 stars. Who ever the owner is should be proud that they are one of the last of a dying breed; a quality Mr.Sub where you can feel nostalgic about enjoying your childhood favourites without having to deal with rude customer service or terrible food practice. Kudos to you good sir/ma’am.“

“I went to pick up my birthday freebie from Mr.Sub, the experience I received was excellent. As soon as I enter the store, I get greeted. While the employee was packing another customer food, he greeted and acknowledged which was excellent. I don’t get that in many stores. I wasn’t aware that I get a drink and chips with my sandwich but the employee actually informed me and asked me to choose the drink and chip. Overall service was excellent from beginning to the end. I would recommend the store at Milner Avenue 100%.“

“Been here since Monday and man's get hungry.

So i stopped by tonight around 10:30PM not knowing how late it was open. Got a footlong sub made just the way I wanted. Not sure why comments seem negative ... if you want more veggies then just ask for it... smh. Do the staff not make the sandwich right in front of you after all??

And the girl working this evening was great. Basic communication skills goes a long way people.

Ate the sub at the seating area at Tim's. Walking back I even picked up 3 cookies just cuz the sub slapped.“

“I'm a MrSub lover because they've always been Canadian based. I get a footling Sub all the time. It's very cheap and in terms of quality, way better than subway. Subway gives me a small sub but it costs more than a large at Mr Sub. The employees are working hard and they're pretty polite. They deliver excellent service. I appreciate them since they serve us pure Canadian food without hesitation. I'm getting fresh bread every time.“
