This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

The flavor was so to die for, not too salty, nor too bland. Meat wasn't too fatty as I imagined from other pork banh mi I had in the past at other banh mi shop. Portion was so filling too. “I recently ordered from this branch and honestly, it was a pretty solid experience overall. A Footlong Steak & Cheese on Italian Herbs & Cheese, toasted, with all the veggies and honey mustard and garlic aoili sauce. The bread came out warm and soft, and the steak was actually well-portioned. The veggies were fresh and crisp, especially the lettuce and tomatoes, which made the sandwich taste clean and balanced.

What really stood out though was the service. The employee who helped me, Jaime, was friendly right from the start. He greeted me properly, didn’t rush the order even though there were a few people behind me, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even suggested to lightly toast it a bit longer for better texture, and he was right, it made a difference.

It’s a family run restaurant, the chef father makes so delicious and juicy bagel&sandwich, the cookies baked by the son are also very impressive 😍😍😍 what is more impressive is the price, All Day Breakfast:a bagel with a coffee , only costs 5.99CAD, 6.77 after tax. Nowadays this price can only buy a cup of coffee in Toronto 😅😅 A bagel alone like that would cost at least 12 CAD!!!! When I firstly saw the ad saying All- Day Breakfast 5.99 on the wall, I thought that must be a scam😂😅 Buz similar meal like that in the campus food trucks are at least twice the price.
