“I had ordered online but I selected this location when I was across the city at another. Called into the store to cancel my order because online firehouse support could not help. This is my goto firehouse subs location with excellent service every time I’m in. I couldn’t get a refund online so the manager Vraj was great and told me the next time I was in the area he would make my subs since I had already paid. I came into the store and he made them up for me even though it was four days later. Highly recommend this location and if there is ever an issue They will make it right. Vraj provided excellent service and resolved my issue that firehouse corporate ignored. Subs excellent as always, really fresh ingredients . Puts the competition to shame.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite and had a great experience overall. Roya made our subs and she was efficient, friendly, and courteous. She worked quickly while still being attentive, which made for excellent service.

The restaurant itself is clean, cozy, and compact. It's better suited for takeout or grab-and-go orders than dining in, but it has a welcoming atmosphere. Prices are reasonable and good value for what you get.

The only disappointment was the drink selection. At first glance, we thought it was a Coke Freestyle machine with lots of options, but it turned out to be a Pepsi machine with only a handful of generic choices. There was only one diet drink available, which was disappointing if you're looking for more variety.

Overall, great service from Roya, clean restaurant, fair prices, and tasty subs. I'd definitely come back.“

“Love this place. The truck from the Spadina location delivers a bunch of great stuff wrapped in cellophane around 11am. My favourite rolls are the veggie ones with mushrooms tofu cilantro and carrots and now they are wrapping them individually which prevents the rice paper from sticking to each other.“
