“Store located in plaza on Dundas street. Quick and easy order, menu is straightforward, prices are very reasonable. We ordered the assorted banh mi. The portion was huge, bun was soft and not hard at all like some places, and it was filled with assorted meats and veggies. You can have options of spicy or nonnspiyn chose the nonnspicy option. Would definitely come back and try other fillings.“

The place was clean, bright, and had a great atmosphere. Parking was a little tight, so we parked over at the FreshCo plaza and walked over. Despite the rush, the staff never missed a beat. Everyone was friendly, patient, and efficient. Honestly, if you told me they brought in a veteran crew from Newark, I might believe you. For a brand-new location, it was impressive to watch. They handled the lineup, kept things moving, and still found time for some small talk. My date went with the #17 Mike’s Famous Philly—grilled onions, peppers, and white American cheese. I like cheesesteaks, but they’re not usually my go-to... if they all tasted like this one, that might change. I think the cheese really made it. I went with The Number Four—provolone, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt... and I added the cherry pepper relish. First bite? Forget about it. Best sandwich in town. The provolone and meats being sliced fresh right in front of you made a difference. I had very bad experiences with her so I stopped coming but now i see new staff and The team here is absolutely incredible. “I have been visiting this location regularly on saturdays for the past two weeks, usually on my way back from work to pick up a sub for my wife. However, my previous experiences have not been very pleasant. There is a staff member (a girl with glasses) who often gives me strange expression and speaks in rough tone. She does not seem happy to assist customers in the last half an hour. As a customer I expect to be treated respectfully.
Today, my experience was completly different. I was served by a new girl just visited in last 15 mints. She was extremely kind and professional. Even though she was busy managing closing tasks but still greeted me with a smile and took time to prepare my order exactly as requested, without any mistake. She did not rush me at all while making the order like other girl with glasses.
My wife loved the taste today thats why I am reviewing now. She deserves appreciation. Becuse of this experience, I will now prefer visiting on sundays instead of saturdays
I would request the manager or owner to evaluate employee performance based on how they treat and attend to customers.

“I went for lunch today it was a big location lots of seating also the ladies noticed me on arrival and addressed me even though there was a super tiny wait but I appreciated it!

My order was perfected after we had to remove a sauce that wasn’t what I wanted but I was given a free drink too and that’s why I knew she cared for my experience and I told her I would leave a 5 star review!

She was also caring about my taste preferences even though I could have sucked it up, but I knew I wouldn’t like the bbq sauce added and it was an accident that was owned up to on their part and I kept the sub just had it modified it bit with the removal of as much as possible to help the restaurant too. They did offer to remake it from scratch but I felt bad (and for me personally I was ok with the food). As long as that sauce was removed lol. “I ordered a pickup from the uber app. I went little bit earlier then the pick up time and obviously my order wasn’t ready. The lady who was working at that time asked me about my order and when i told her that i am bit early, she politely answered me that no worries i will prepare your order.She prepared order infront of me. And trust me she prepared a best subway for me. Very nice customer service.I ordered vegetarian subway with veggie patties. All vegetables and sauces were in perfect amount. It was so delicious.I will definitely visit this place again.“

“The person running the place on most days is very friendly. The food is good.

What stands out to me the most is that the person who prepared the order (I believe the owner) gave us plenty of extra veggies (jalapeños and olives) like we had requested in our online order. This is in stark contrast to many of the other subway restaurants that I have visited where getting an adequate amount of veggies on your sandwich or on the side can be difficult or even not possible. That is why this will be my go-to subway in the area from now on.

Biggest problem in my opinion is that the hours are a bit short. Closes way too early for me because I will usually want to go at nighttime, around midnight.“
