“Tried the True Emperor burger tonight and honestly one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I should’ve gone double patty because the chicken was so good there wasn’t enough beef-to-chicken ratio 😂 Onion rings were top tier, crispy and flavorful, and the chocolate milkshake was thick, creamy, and not overly sweet. Atmosphere at this location was awesome and customer service was on point. Definitely worth the visit.“

“I ordered the Single Loaded AK47 burger with a side of fries, an Orange Crush pop, and Dubai chocolate for dessert — and everything was spot on. The burger was packed with flavour, juicy, and perfectly loaded. The fries were golden, fresh, and crispy, exactly how they should be.
The Dubai chocolate was the perfect way to finish the meal, and the Orange Crush washed it all down nicely. On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent — friendly, welcoming, and attentive staff.

“Best burger spot in Malton. GET THE LOADED FRIES -We drove 35km to reach this spot and it didn’t disappoint - in fact we’d drive that any day for those fries alone. Don’t be deterred from the strange mall pass though to get there - this place is a hidden gem. Foods incredible, prices are very reasonable, large portions, lots of great choices. Staff were helpful and friendly, space was very clean. We tried the Oklahoma double smash patties, the poutine and loaded fries. You’ll be shocked by how good the food at this price point. “4.2 / 5 - food was tasty but some red flags all over the place. Plus it was $40+ for one combo and one extra burger.

1) got the 4oz and the 6oz prime burgers to try both.
2) got the Cali-fries to try.

- there was “Cali sauce” or the house sauce kind on all the items in the bag. So I was cleaning my hands before eating.
-fries themselves are fresh and amazing. The Cali-fries are smothered in sauce (see the pics). With sautéed onions in the middle and some unmelted sliced American cheese. Won’t get again, but fries or poutine I’d do.
-burgers were good. Tasty all around, and a lot going with the toppings and extra add-ons. But not worth going out of your way.

Overall, staff was nice and professional. But the place has a bit of a dirty vibe. Single washroom was pretty filthy. There is no recycling, so everything including the plastic straws all go in the garbage.

“It was 4 of us. We went straight mains after getting drinks/tea. I had the Thai Curry chicken bowl along with another person. My food was good. Hot, seasoned and well cooked. 1 person had dessert after. But it was good to be able to eat, relax and catch up with my friends.“

“We were in on Saturday after a funeral and everything was exceptional. Our server was Farzy, we only went for her and were so happy when we saw her. We were a group of 35 and everything was seamless. She took care of us alone was so attentive, and so loving and welcoming that we forgot we had just went to a funeral. She made us laugh and not one thing went wrong. We love her and will be coming back to this location until she remains here. Hope swiss chalet never loses this super star. 🌟“

The kabobs were perfectly seasoned and tender, the rice was fragrant with just the right balance of savory. Portions were generous without feeling heavy, and everything tasted fresh and authentic. On top of that, the hospitality was warm and welcoming, like being invited into someone’s home for a meal. “Honestly one of the only pakistani restaurants I go to. For one, they are always consistent in taste, unlike other restaurants that start off strong then lose it. Second, their halwa puuri is the best in GTA. I don't even bother with bland pakistani food outside, if you want taste and consistency - kolachi inn is the best pakistani restaurant in GTA.“

“I have only gotten one thing here but the pani puri/gol gappe is the best here. The puris are fried and so crisp - never had any holes. Definitely not the store bought ones that are all broken. The pani is super flavourful and has a kick. Wish they put more filling but honestly it’s my go to. This place is always busy thought especially at night so call before if you’re pickup!“

“We went to dinner with our daughter husband and our 3 yr old little granddaughter. We booked a table to accommodate the young one and the staff put us in a great quiet spot. The food was excellent and our server was very friendly and super efficient. Can't wait to go back“

“Had an awesome experience at this Hero Burger next to Erin Mills Town Centre on Dec/23/25. The sweet lady who was working the burger joint did everything on her own (cash, food prep and waitress!). She had the best attitude and was so great to the kids (we came in with our 2 daughters and my daughter’s 3 friends…all 13 year olds… for a quick birthday lunch). The food was great. We had burgers, fries, hot dog and chicken strips. She had everything perfectly cooked and the perfect temperature, considering it was a large group. Everything came in good time. She was always smiling and the service was beyond! It was like coming home to mom’s for lunch! Thank you for an awesome time! :)“
