“I would like to note that you have a very good team: all staff are always friendly, serve food, and are ready to help. There are no issues with the service — it’s excellent.
The only request:
• Please clean the tables thoroughly, as the varnish makes them sticky.
• The entrance door is very dirty, with hair on it — it looks unpleasant and untidy. This is the first impression of your restaurant.
