“I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.

One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.

Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

Her kind, caring and professional demeanor is the reason why the customer experience in that location is great. She goes over and above to make sure customers are looked after. “Love this location as the interior deco gives a Relaxing feel probably because of the special shaped lights and wall arts. There used to be very few people dining so it is very quiet and gives a nice atmosphere to dine in. The service is quick, I always like to order ahead and pick up from the counter to save time. Other McDonalds wants me to be physically there first, but this location, i can pick up immediately when i ‘m there, which serves the purposes of mobile order. I ordered BLT with sesame bun, it’s hot and fresh when I got it. Perfect breakfast place, highly recommended.“

“This place is Burger Heaven! Because as soon as you step inside, you're hit with an intense, mouth-watering smell of beef.

It definitely lives up to the promise of redeeming burgers. Specifically, I've been craving a Big Mac for years; but due to not wanting to eat the Frankenstein Food at McDonald's, I resisted temptation.

However, now I finally get to fulfill this desire because the High Priest is the fresh, healthy, and delicious version of the beloved, iconic burger from my childhood, so I not only get to indulge in burgers but also 90s nostalgia.

“My husband and I were on our honeymoon last week and decided to try The Burgers Priest. We were so blessed to be served by a man named Steven. Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was happy to hear that people are still willing to take honeymoons and to see true love. I swear he was the friendliest person we met and he blessed us so much this visit. “Got some coupons in the mail and decided to stop by Harvey’s for a quick dinner. The food was yummy, fries came out nice and hot, and I totally forgot they had apple pie here! The staff let me know it would take about 5 minutes since it’s made fresh, which I really appreciated. Service was great, and it’s also super convenient being close to home.
