“I came in today with my daughter, and we both ordered meals at Hero Burger. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The service we received from Bilar was amazing — he was literally a one-man show, handling everything as the cook, the order-taker, and even the server.

One thing that really stood out was how he brought our food out to our table while we were waiting. That extra touch of kindness made the visit feel even more welcoming and personal.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blue Moon Burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. My daughter built her own burger, and she loved it as well. Both meals were fresh, tasty, and perfectly made.

Overall, we had an amazing experience thanks to Bilar’s effort and dedication. Great food, great service, and incredible customer care — all from one person running the whole place. We’ll definitely be coming back!“

Her kind, caring and professional demeanor is the reason why the customer experience in that location is great. She goes over and above to make sure customers are looked after. Not only was he super friendly and patient while we tried to decide what we wanted...but once he found out we were on our honeymoon he went out of his way to make us feel at home. He made our burgers juicy by placing good amount of sauce, he was very friendly and we fully customized our burgers specifically with our sequence of toppings. Fries were fresh. Very satisfied.
